Tule rantahotellin ylellisyyteen Beach Manor 712: ssä. Keittiö, ruokailutila ja oleskelutilat ovat täysin avoinna toisilleen, joten et koskaan unohda hetkeäsi tai upeita näkymiä aivan silmiesi edessä. Löydä kaikki päivitetyt laitteet, graniitti työtasot (löydät todella graniitti työtasot koko yksiköstä!), aamiaisbaari ja kaikki mitä tarvitset loistavan aterian tekemiseen keittiössä. Baarikorkean ruokapöydän ympärillä on paljon istuimia, ja uudet omistajat lisäsivät juuri baarialueen, joka on täynnä lasitavaroita. Olohuoneessa on kohotettu taulutelevisio, joten ei tarvitse huolehtia urheilusta suuren viihdekeskuksen ympärillä. Kaikissa on myös paljon istuimia, jotta ne olisivat mukavia. ** Kaikki vuodevaatteet on uusittu kaikissa huoneissa äskettäin + Omistajat omistavat vuodevaatteet ammattimaiselle siivoussyklille!** Makuuhuoneessa on oma parveke, kuohuviinilahden vesinäkymät ja king-size-vuode - mitä muuta tarvitset? Makuuhuoneeseen on kiinnitetty oma kylpyhuone, jossa on tupla-altaat, runsaasti työtilaa ja iso suihkukaappi. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on myös king-size-vuode, koskematon näkymä rannalle ja liitteenä oleva kylpyhuone - myös kaksoisallas ja suihkukaappi! Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi kerrossänkyä: toisessa on kaksinkertainen yläosassa ja alaosassa koko ja toisessa kaksoset sekä ylä- että alaosassa. Ja älä unohda kolmatta kylpyhuonetta - kyllä, kolme kylpyhuonetta! - toisella graniittialtaalla ja kätevä suihkukaappi. Tule katsomaan miksi olemme niin innoissamme tästä yksiköstä!

I would recommend comforters, the blankets were very thin and the weather dipped into the 50s/60s at night so we got chilly. The furniture is very white so we had to be very careful with the kiddos too. Overall was amazing and we will definitely be back!

Fall Break

The two balconies were perfect for viewing both sunrises and sunsets. The location was an easy drive to dinner and shopping. The kitchen was stocked with cookware, dishes, and appliances. There was plenty of seating in the living area and dining room. The owners’ willingness to share beach chairs and umbrellas was very kind - and a cost saving!

Condo was great, Staff could use some work

Communication for checkin/checkout was all via text and timely, which we loved. The website was a little difficult to find information beforehand, particularly kitchen items. In our particularly condo they removed all ceiling fans. I didn’t realize until we got there but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Other people in our party had major issues with the security people working the gate being very rude. We also had trouble getting our chairs and umbrellas correct 3 days in a row. My biggest complaint was the pickleball courts not being for Beach Manor. It doesn’t seem right to market it as one resort then aggressively and rudely kick my children off. The condo itself was great, beach was clean, and the water was clear.

Always love Tops’l

View and rooms as described. I prefer a three bedroom in Tides, as it is more spacious. The sink drain in the guest bathroom was broken and wouldn’t open or drain, so we weren’t able to use that sink. The living space cooled very well, but the master bedroom was warm at night. The property management company was very accommodating with check in, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 3. The dishwasher was extremely hard to close, and there were no dishwasher pods provided, so I had to buy my own.

We’ve stayed at Beach Manor on multiple occasions and the property never disappoints - convenient, quiet, perfect beach location.One heads-up for others, I thought the putt-putt, basketball courts, tennis courts, etc. were a shared amenity between the two condos (Beach Manor) and Tides. Unfortunately, I was reminded very aggressively and rudely by the Tides staff that we were not welcome. My fault for not reading, but save yourself a tongue lashing!The unit itself is in a great location. Awesome balconies with great views. Only complaint is that there are no dressers. We lived out of our suitcases because there was no where to store clothes.Again, great facility.

We haven't always stayed in the same unit but the love the views, pool, staff and the easy check in and out. The rooms have always been clean and inviting. I was a little disappointed in this unit in that is was not as the pics indicated. The furniture was different and there were no dressers. I personally like to unpack if I'm staying for over a week. Also the Master Bedroom on the right was very warm, the A/C seemed to have a difficult time keeping it below 72. I'm sorry but when I'm at the beach its hot and I prefer my room to be cooler. I would just make sure the pics are current. But would recommend .

Cleanness less than desirable

The property was a great location but not clean. The children’s feet were black after being inside for a short period of time. The couch had stains and was dirty. The master bedroom had a blood stain on the mattress protector. We washed it and it came out which means it wasn’t washed prior and made without caring - it was clearly visible. Will consider staying somewhere else only due to the dirtiness of the condo otherwise wonderful and no complaint.

Good - but definitely not great!

Good: Bedrooms were roomy and beds were comfortable. Beach view was as advertised (oceanfront). Balcony furniture was sufficient and comfortable. Bad: Don't understand cutting corners with most essential items that would costs less than $20 to get it right. Just 3 trash bags for the entire 7 day stay, and let's not talk about the quality of the trash bag. They each fell apart each time making a mess that we had to cleanup by hand. Cheapest toilet paper money can buy. Covers on the couches were white, dirty, and uncomfortable. Not sure why that's necessary. Didn't provide enough dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent. Again, all these items combine for 7 days would cost no more than $20 when we literally paid thousands for a week long stay. Must do better!

We had a great time. Had to do laundry daily. Our only suggestion would be to have more towels available. Beds were comfortable and we will be back! Thanks for a great Thanksgiving on the beach!

Gibson was quick to respond to a few minor issues found upon arrival. Biggest problem was on the third day, after loading washer with clothes, we found out it didn't work. We were informed that the washer was in the process of being replaced. Laundry service was offered but it was declined and a minor adjustment on rental fee was made. We were renting two units so washer in other unit was used, but still a major inconvenience. Washer should have been replaced prior to our arrival. How do you rent a beach unit for a week with no working washer, very disappointing. In future I will check to make sure everything in unit is working. Under recommend property to a friend, I would say maybe, but you don't provide that choice.

Summer Family Trip

This was a nice property with many sleeping options! It had a beautiful view of the beach and everything we needed for our stay of 7 people. We had a great time. Thank you!!

Can’t beat the view!!

This is our 5th year staying at the Beach Manor, our first time staying in 0712. The Condo was just as pictured, spacious enough for everyone. The only thing I could say negative was that we stayed for 8 days, and it would have been nice to have extra shower towels handy we had to wash them several times during the stay which led us to discover the dryer took HOURS to dry.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good stay in Beach Manor 712. We had what we needed in the unit and brought some things from home too. The only issue we had is for the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there was only 1 hair dryer, BUT Gibson Rentals responded VERY quickly when we requested an additional hair dryer. I highly recommend rentals through Gibson, they are top notch and VERY responsive!
