Päihdyttävä merinäköala! 4-6 makuuhuonetta

4-6 makuuhuonetta käytettävissä. Päärakennuksessa 4 makuuhuonetta, joissa on mahdollisuus lisätä 2 huoneen vierastalo vuokraan lisämaksusta.

Zyanya on ainutlaatuinen omakotitalohotelli, joka sijaitsee Punta Surilla. Koti sisältää neljä suurta makuuhuonetta, jokaisella on oma yksityinen mestarikylpylä, joista kaikilla on näkymät merelle. Alakerran makuuhuone, johon pääsee myös pyörätuolilla, ei ole vain valtamerta päin, vaan avoin uima-altaan päälle. Jokaisessa kolmessa yläkerran makuuhuoneessa on oma parveke, josta on upeimmat merinäkymät. Yläkerrassa on yksi keskeinen kylpyammehuone, jossa on suuri ylisuuri kylpyamme, jotta koko talo voi nauttia ja paeta pitkän päivän jälkeen rannalla, uima-altaalla tai saarta tutkimalla. Suuri ylimitoitettu kahden hengen olohuone ja keittiö katolla lattiaan liukuovet aukeutuvat ulkopuolelle, jolloin valtameren tuulet voivat täyttää talon. Suuri Oceanside-uima-allas ja kannella varustettu oleskelutila, ruokailutila ja tuolit ovat täydellinen viihdyttävä.
Siellä on kokin keittiö ja erittäin suuri pesula-alue. Talossa on upeimmat kuratoidut käsintehdyt huonekalut ja laaja taidekokoelma, mikä tekee siitä halutun kiinteistön saarella.

5 female colleagues all went to this VRBO and had the time of our lives - the property is gorgeous, the private chef was amazing, and we like to go to different places as a friend group but will go back to this one next year - this overlooks the ocean and the house is spacious and comfortable and looks like something from a movie - wonderful place

JUST WOW!!!

If you are thinking about booking, think no longer and just book it. This property is absolutely amazing!!! The pictures definitely don't do it justice! The views are incredible. Chef Luis, Roxana, and Marina were wonderful and the food and drinks were delicious, I would definitely sign up for chef services again. From start to finish, just an incredible trip. Angel, the house host, was very responsive and so helpful in getting all our extras booked...transports from the airport to Isla Mujeres, golf carts, ruin dinner, fire dancers, groceries, etc...basically anything and everything you could every need. We will definitely be back!!!

Truly 5 star experience

10/10 stay for our group of 10 adults on a friends trip (we had the guest house too). Beach towels, toiletries, bathing towels all provided. The villa itself is impeccably designed and the aesthetics and views are fabulous. Amazing private chef (highly recommend opting for this). Chef Luis and his team were amazing and each meal was better than the last (we all agreed they were the best meals we had on the island). They were able to accommodate several dietary restrictions and allergies and even prepared special dishes for a few people as needed. As the planner of the vacation, the host Angel and Chef Luis made my job easy and our group had a fabulous, memorable vacation!!!! I thought the reviews were too good to be true… but I was wrong, it’s that good.

Perfect Wedding Venue for 9 people

House is perfect with plenty of room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are big but the space just for all of us to be together, really made the occassion. The absolute best thing was Luis the chef and the fantastic food he produced. We had breakfast and dinner each day and let him decide the menu....unbelievable including lobster for the wedding meal. 30 per person per day to hire chef services plus house staff and groundskeeper then you pay for whatever food and drinks you want and they get. Food was approximately 30 per person per day! All communication was easy. Angel, the owner provided suggestions and helped with wedding arrangements.With everything done, this was a very relaxing trip and stunning wedding location.

From the moment we stepped through the gorgeous front door to our last morning at Zyanya, our vacation was nothing short of perfection. The home is incredible! Our stay at Zyanya was absolutely perfect. The home is immaculate and exactly as pictured. Absolutely stunning views and very quiet, we loved that there was no road noise and could just enjoy the crashing waves. The beds are so comfortable that a few of my guests wanted to strip down the sheets and see what mattresses they are. Roxanna and Luis (chef) were amazing. The meals they made were perfect and delicious. The attention to detail was so appreciated as we had a couple in our party with severe food allergies and they easily accommodated this with no problems. We all agreed that we 10 of 10 would book and stay here again. In every aspect they made our trip perfect.

Zyanya Paradise!

Zyanya is an amazing property and the staff—I can’t say enough, just phenomenal! Our group stayed there for 5 days and we were pampered the entire time! Luis, chef, is so talented! Every meal tasted gourmet and everyone was so accommodating. The owner organized everything for us- from the moment we landed - shuttles, taxis, golf cart rental, etc. Our kids voted this our best vacation of all time; and we will DEFINITELY be back!

Ultra Luxury Stay

The property is absolutely amazing. Each of the bedrooms would qualify as a master at another property. The infinity pool, the rooms, the views, the artwork, etc. all were next level. The owner Angel was super helpful and easy to communicate with. The chef Luis was so talented and really elevated the whole experience. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful family get.together in perfect villa

We could not have had a more perfect villa for our family get together. The rooms were all spacious and private with beautiful views. The living/dining space was open plan which was ideal for us to gather. The grand children and adults loved the pool which overlooked the gulf. Angel and her staff were gracious and welcoming. Most amazing experience ever!

It was truly magical. Upon entering, we received fresh and delicious beverages with a charcuterie board. We had the most amazing food cooked for us... something different and special each morning and evening. The drinks Roxanna and Luis made were out of this world delish! It was cleaned every day and the Ruins dinner was so memorable! And that didn't even begin to mention the majestic beauty of Zyanya! If you have an opportunity, go!!!!
