Making memories with family and friends

The locations was great. Lots to see and do...of course...It's Orlando. When we were not out enjoying the area, it was a great place to chill and hang around the pool.

We had some issues with the internet not work since the first day contacted the num given it took me several calls in order to get a response not able to watch tv nor connect any other device it took the manager of the property 4 days to fix the issues no compensation for the inconvenience when ask for an additional hour to leave because of other issue I was told that they could not accommodate me this was the owner of the property check out was at 10 am most place give you till 11 I felt super disappointed after all the issues and will not rent this property again rating is a 2

Highly recommend

The house was very cozy and the bedrooms were spread out and decorated nicely. Had everything we needed. Close to the parks and everything else. Definitely would recommend this place.

Wonderful experience

The home is decorated really cute. The amenities are varied, great for families, strollers, pack and play, ice chest, really nice and so handy. There are two coffee pots, one drip and a keurig. The beds are nice pretty comfortable.The pillows are not comfortable, bring your own.There’s a nice washer and dryer. Game tables in the garage. Overall we had a great time.

Great location and lots of space

The property was in a great location, had plenty of space for the whole family. House was clean and spacious. Price was a little high but still cheaper than staying at a resort. I was surprised that after the booing and shortly before we arrived was when we were notified about the charge for heating the pool. I’m the listing it states heated pool but not that there would be a charge for that. We would stay there again and recommend this property to others.

Good location

When arrived (after check in time) the house was never cleaned so we were told to leave and stay gone for 3 hours so cleaners could come. Even though it advertises a grill under the amenities you have to pay extra to “rent” it. Parking is very tight, especially if you drive a truck or suv. Overall it is a nice house, very spacious for large families, and great location.

We are a group of Cheer Moms who stayed at this home. We love the location and close by Disney and ESPN. There are restaurants so close and Walmart to shop.

Perfect for a quick getaway

Nicely appointed home within a quick drive to restaurants, golf courses, shops, and only 25-30 min from the airport. Went down with friends for a quick golf weekend and the home was everything we needed. Michel (the owner) was great to deal with and very responsive. I would certainly recommend this home for anyone looking to enjoy a golf weekend or time at the parks.

Great location and super clean

Home is in an excellent location for Disney. Super clean . Cleaning crew went above and beyond to help us get in, previous guests had left home in undesirable condition, but when we got inside it was spotless. Only one miner concern possibly needs a larger hot water tank, in a 5 bedroom home with 4 baths we sometimes didnt have enough hot water when showering Overall stay was great.

The place was ok, perfect for us for 2days.

The property was nice an comfortable, The only problem was that the garbage cans were stink and had a lot of flies and they were in the front yard. The is bad for first impression.

21st and 18th BIRTHDAY celebration for my kids.

The house had a great layout for our needs. We had 6 people in our party and we all had our own beds. The Kitchen had almost everything we needed. We felt safe in the area. I highly recommend this VRBO company. I must say I kind of feel bad for the owners though. You can tell that past guests do not care about damages. Example, hair die on towels, broken remotes, wall damage from suit cases being tossed around. Im sorry to keep ranting. I guess I would just treat the property the way I would want someone to treat my property.

The home was very very nice. I guess the office was closed and we never could get in touch with mgt. The television in The Club house didn’t work and clothing we tried to dry had to go through three cycles before drying. Overall our stay was great!

Disney Getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Michel's house for the week. We did not wind up using the pool as much as we thought we would since we stayed in the parks until close, but we enjoyed the time that we did get to spend in the pool. The house was very clean upon our arrival and my personal favorite was the amount of light that would come in through the skylights in the living room. There was a missing remote that controlled the fans in the living room that we couldn't ever find and a burned out light for a Minnie decoration in the kids room, but it did not affect our overall stay.

Mom's Birthday Weekend

The property was great! We would recommend having 10 sets of towels, dish detergent, paper towels, and a complete set of pot, pans and dishes. If you are not providing these items, it should be notated in the property information so that guest know to bring them. In other vrbo's we have used, they provided enough for the number the house accommodated. The other concern is paying a cleaning fee and being required to clean the property and doing the laundry.

Great home

The home was sufficient for what we needed. Very spacious. The beds are really comfortable. The home needs updating and the couch in the house is terrible. It is one of those modular couches and it doesn't stay together on the tile floor very well. There are also no rugs at the doorways to wipe off feet or dry them before walking in which seems hazardous as the tile is slick and the floor becomes very slippery. These were things we were able to overlook though and just used pool towels in the doorways and didn't use the couch. We happened to be in the house during hurricane Milton. It is a solid home. From a safety perspective, my whole family felt great about that. I saw reviews about bugs and flies being an issue. We did not have any issues with that. We killed 1 palmetto bug when we arrived and never saw anything else. Game room was also a lot of fun and helped fill in hours when the parks closed for the hurricane. Overall, this was a great home for the price. It was only about a 10 min drive to all disney parks. Walmart and gas stations are very close, about 3-5 min. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Property manager and owner both were great with communication.

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
