Great views, ylelliset huonekalut, ja nopean pääsyn harrasteita ovat joitakin hienoja ominaisuuksia tämän kolmen makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneen Ocean City loma-asunto.

Sijaitsee vain muutaman askeleen päässä Assawoman Bay, tämä koti on hyvä valinta melojille, veneilijöille, sekä kaikki muut ulkoilmaihmiset.

Koti on tyylikäs, hyväpalkkainen vetäytyä Atlantin rannikolla modernit laitteet, ranta-teemalla sisustus, ja graniittiset. Olohuoneessa on taulutelevisio, jossa on kaapeli- ja DVD-laitteet sekä WiFi, joka on saatavilla 1.-31.10. (Huomaa, että kaapelipaketti vähenee peruskäyttöön off-season-marraskuusta huhtikuuhun asti.)

Keittiössä on kaikki tarvittavat kokki kehittää juhla ja sisältää runsaasti laskurin tilaa ainesosien ja ennen ateriaa välipalat. Syödä ryhmä kuuden istuin ruokapöytä tai syödä ulkosalla tilava ulkopatiolla.

Peräti kuusi asiakkaat voivat nukkua mukavasti kolme makuuhuonetta. Sleeping vaihtoehtoja ovat king bed yhdessä huoneessa, queen toisessa, ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta kolmas makuuhuone.

Muita kauden mukaan yhteisön allas ja poreallas, in-home pesukone / kuivausrumpu, ja Keski-ilmastointi. Huomaa, että allas ja poreallas ovat avoinna vain välillä muistopäivä ja Labor Day.

Great place! Great location!

We loved the unit -- spacious for the six of us (4 adults, two kids). The location is close to restaurants, activities, and of course, the beach!

Excellent Fall Get-Away

Perfect spot for three retired friends to enjoy a "girls get-away" and art classes at the Ocean City Center for the Arts. Beautiful property; great views of the bay where we watched gorgeous sunsets from the large windows. This was our second stay at this property; would love to come back.

Remarkable Location

Plenty of Space for family of 6. Huge patio with unbelievable views. Clean throughout. Washer was a plus. Pool right outside door was great. Your a football field away from Ocean. Great restaurants within walking distance. Very happy with overall experience. Owners very responsive with questions prior to visit.

Great views

Had a great week! Love the deck view of the bay and sunset. You even have a great view watching TV. The front door is right next to the pool and the beach is right across the street.

Peaceful, fantastic view, surrounded by nature

We were very surprised that the wraparound balcony became the only place we wanted to hang out. Because the abundance of wildlife was riveting. Bring your binoculars. It was so surprising to be in a neighborhood of high rise buildings, in the middle of Ocean City, and feel secluded and a surrounded by birds, and other salt marsh critters. The condo itself was comfortable, a little dated, but very functional. The deck railing was a bit in the way if the view if you are sitting, taller chairs would help. Very nice pool onsite, with hot tub. One toilet was not flushing well, but other than that everything worked as expected. Great location, easy walk to the beach, and a few restaurants. A short drive to everything else you could want. We would definitely come back to this unit!

We love the view and location... but

This was our second trip to this apartment so that says something. Sitting on the large porch at the amazing view... is awesome. On the plus side the finally ditched to 2 old TV’s in the second and third bedrooms... ( not that we used them) and the place was very clean and sanatized when we got there.. We saw the front sliding screen door was still off the tracks - ( don’t think we ever told them in the fall - can’t remember) but this time we called Vacasa and told them. They called back immediately and said someone would be over the next day at 11am to take care of it.... well they never came and never called us back. 🤷‍♂️ It didn’t really change our life - we used the other door then .. but still. Then we noted the springs are shot on the right side of the big couch... needs to be replaced I’d say...( this may be the first time they are hearing this..) - really minor things - still - all in all it’s a great location and a great place.

Our family had a great weekend away from all the hustle and busyness of lives. Just wish we had realized the beds were hard. My husband has back issues and the bed was a stiff mattress. Kitchen was better stocked than most. Would stay here again

Off season is nice

My wife and I wanted to get away for a few days and go someplace nice and quiet. We saw this apartment and very reasonable off-season rates and being over a few hours away from our home we decided to give it a try. We love nature and hiking and there’s so many places within an hour of here that was so nice to visit, and became a very comfortable and peaceful stay. The condo had a beautiful view and the big porch that we spent many hours on in spite of the less than ideal weather that comes with the end of October. The place was clean, the bed comfortable, and all in all we had a very nice time. The criticisms are very minor. There was no dustpan to use with the broom. Who knows where that might’ve gone. We didn’t use the other two bedrooms but they really had old TVs in them as other people have pointed out which my wife and I certainly didn’t care about. All in all it was a wonderful stay. Just know we never had to talk to the property manager so I really couldn’t read them. I gave them a five but only because I had to write something

Perfect condo for our family vacation!

Fantastic view of the bay from the spacious patio! The condo is very well equipped and has been well maintained. The location was perfect for walking to the beach or nearby restaurants. We were there during tropical storm Isaias and the winds actually blew the roof off one of the buildings! We were impressed with how the damage was cleaned up and the roof repaired by the next day! We would definitely stay here again. Just a couple minor improvement suggestions - add larger up-to-date TVs in the bedrooms and replace the world's loudest vacuum with something better suited to quickly clean up tiled floors.

Avoid at all costs!!!

This condo was extremely small/tight (4 adults), dirty, and had subpar accommodations. The pictures look a lot better than the actual condition of the unit. The cleaning crew was still there at 4 p.m. which was the check-in time, and we weren’t able to get into the condo until after 4:30 pm. I’m not sure what they cleaned. Upon entering, this is what we found: - queen bed sheet with dirt spots/footprint - several dirt spots on white twin bed skirt - screen patio door sitting behind living room TV - dirt on top of toilet seat in small bathroom - visible gunk/dirty faucet in master bath - crumbs all over granite countertop - There were also crumbs throughout the cabinets. - crumbs all over living area floor - we had to vacuum - Tile floor hand sand everywhere - we had to vacuum throughout - No dish towels or kitchen wash cloths - Exhaust fan in small bath barely works. There was mildew in the shower and on the shower liner I called Vacasa multiple times and they assured me that we would be compensated by the local property management company. I called and spoke to Lori twice and she said she needed to talk to her manager. Not surprisingly, there was never any follow-up. They did bring us a clean top sheet the night we checked in and fixed the patio screen door the next day, but we never received any kitchen towels/rags even though we asked and they should have been provided. It is clear that this condo unit has been neglected. The kitchen amenities were subpar (cheap) and the furniture is old and dirty. We essentially did our own cleaning when we arrived which is unacceptable given we paid $2800 for this property. Leading up to check-in, I emailed Vacasa twice about bed linens and towels and never received a response. I will never book through Vacasa or stay at 101B again.
