Kauniisti maisemoidussa nurkassa sijaitseva Green Certified, tyylikäs 2700+ neliöjalkainen Montford-kotimme valmistui kesäkuussa 2015. Meillä on ilo tarjota sinulle yhden makuuhuoneen 650 neliöjalkaa huoneistoaluetta, joka sijaitsee maanpinnalla. Huoneistossa on oma sisäänkäynti ja pysäköinti kadulla. Se tarjoaa rentouttavan mukavuuden riippumattomalla ilmastoinnilla ja runsaalla luonnollisella valolla isoista kaksoiseristeisistä ikkunoista ja turvallisesta läpinäkymättömästä lasiovesista. Makuuhuone on täysin yksityinen ja siinä on kaksi ikkunaa, kattotuuletin ja iso parivuodekaappi. Suurella avoin olohuone- ja ruokailutilassa on erillinen ruokapöytä, työpöytä / baari-istumapaikat sekä mukava viihdealue. Suuri täysin varustettu kylpyhuone urheilee jazzista mustavalkoista kuusikulmaista laattalattia, graniitti turhamaisuuslattia ja suihku / amme-yhdistelmä.

Excellent Property

We stayed in Short Street for 5 nights and can highly recommend it. Our hosts were delightful and very helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and beautifully furnished and has everything you can need. A 10 minute stroll into downtown Asheville and 5 minutes walk from a great breakfast outlet. I rate it very highly!

What an absolute treat! From the welcome wine, slippers and robes, to the personalized treat for my pup, Frank and Peter’s place felt like being welcomed home after a long journey. Sophisticated decor, comfortable bed and linens, and pantry items such as coffee, tea, spices, oil & vinegar all emphasize the thoughtfulness that has gone into this home stay. Add the charming patio, quiet tree-lined streets, and walkable proximity to downtown Asheville, this charming apartment is all and more than you could ask for. Frank, Peter, and their pup Lily are wonderful hosts and you’ll enjoy every moment of your stay.

Stunning Montford apartment

Outstanding apartment in the quiet, historic Montford neighborhood. Everything was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hosts Frank & Peter are awesome and have such an amazing flare for detail. They thought of everything!

This was such a good experience. The location of the apartment is really good, walking distance to downtown and close to a park for our pup. It was extremely well furnished with lots of thoughtful touches. We used the hot tub one evening and they even provided robes, beach towels and clogs! It was like staying at a high end resort but cozy.

What a lovely place for our stay! Impeccably clean, so nicely decorated, and such a wonderful location. We walked each evening for dinner… so easy! And the coral honeysuckle in full bloom in the garden was a real treat for native plant gardeners like myself! Will be back!!!

Oasis in Asheville

Absolutely the best VRBO apartment that we have stayed at in many years! It is centrally located in the historic Montford neighborhood. The apartment is impeccably clean, well decorated and has all the items you might need for a stellar vacation. Best Asheville VRBO!

My wife and I love coming to stay at this home for our trips to Asheville. You could not ask for anything else. The home is perfect, every detail accounted for. Easy walk to downtown and all the restaurants/breweries. The Montford neighborhood is very cool as well and there is a really good brunch spot just around the corner. Amazing experience

Just spent an amazing weekend in this dog friendly apartment. The hosts provided great service and amenities. The neighborhood is just beautiful and walkable to breweries and restaurants downtown plus Salvage Station. We ended up not using the kitchen amenities as much as expected, but the set up was very complete including tea and coffee. We’d be happy to stay here again!!

Ideal stay for downtown in Asheville

Frank & Peter were incredibly welcoming, friendly hosts who clearly have put a lot of thought and care into making their garden unit a perfect guest suite. (Literally, the back patio was such a lovely place to relax!) Just a few minutes from the center of downtown Asheville, yet the neighborhood still feels cozy, quiet, & completely residential. Basics like the bed, internet, bathroom, towels, etc were all perfect for our needs. We were able to get around easily on foot but also by car with the off-street parking. We hope to stay here again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate his birthday and visit family that live in the area. It was the perfect location. Great historic neighborhood and easy access to downtown. Just a 2 minute walk away is All Day Darling a great spot for coffee and breakfast. Frank and Peter are wonderful hosts and their property is lovely; beautifully decorated, cozy comfortable furnishings and linens, everything you need and then some, including a box of Asheville Chocolates! We loved using the hot tub and really appreciated the robes, towels and outdoor slippers provided. Our pup enjoyed her stay too along with personalized doggie treats! Thank you!

Perfect in Every Way

We have rented many, many VRBO properties over the past ten years. Frank and Peter's comfortable one bedroom apartment ranks in our Top 5. The location was perfect. Close to downtown to walk to a few shops and restaurants, private back patio fenced in so our dog could stretch her legs while we enjoyed a glass of wine, easy parking at the property, safe neighborhood for walking our dog. The property itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sparkling clean, comfortable bed, ample kitchen supplies, and even robes and Crocs to enjoy the hot tub. Frank and Peter added so many other thoughtful touches right down to a welcome treat for me and my husband, and one for our pup. 15-minute drive to Biltmore. We'll be recommending this spot to everyone we know planning a trip to Asheville. Thank you, Frank & Peter.

great rental

This is a fine rental. It is very tastefully furnished. Also functional as all the utensils we needed were there. There is a hot tub and a lovely garden area in the back. Check in was without a hitch. Great hosts and a bottle of wine awaited us. The neighborhood is wonderful. We liked it so much that as soon as we started looking for a place to buy, we focused on Montford. Close to town and very friendly. We were chatting up the neighbors. A wonderful restaurant 2 short blocks away. The hosts, Peter and Frank are great. They were fonts of information. We all got along so well that we dined together. The one time there was a technical glitch in the internet, Peter fixed it in a jiffy. So nice to have new friends.

Quiet Asheville Neighborhood/Great Hosts

Frank & Peter are great hosts. They met as when we arrived, an hour earlier than agreed, and were very gracious to let us check in. Their place exceeded all expectations. It was clean, well lit, and welcoming. The apartment had everything promised in the description, plus more storage than most apartments. Check was a breeze and included off street parking. The apartment was sparkling clean and well appointed. Frank and Peter are great hosts, willing to share their knowledge of Asheville or just let their guests wander about discovering Asheville and the surrounding area. They are also very welcoming of pets. We had our 70 lbs Old English Sheepdog with is and he couldn't have been more welcome by our hosts. The even had a dog treat with his name. All in all, we could not have asked for a better experience and are planning to return in 2024.

A Perfect Stay

Everything about our stay was perfect. Frank and Peter were so kind and welcoming, and gave us some excellent food recommendations. Their house has off street parking and is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance from Downtown. We also enjoyed the 3 minute walk to All Day Darling. The hot tub was also a treat! I don't think I'll stay anywhere else in Asheville now!
