Tervetuloa meidÀn suuri ylellistÀ mukavuutta ranta loma-asunnon, joka sijaitsee asuinalueella kauniissa Kaakkois Cape Coral! LöydÀt tÀmÀn upea paratiisi on kÀtevÀ rannat, veneily, kaupat, ravintolat, ja minuuttia veneellÀ Caloosahatchee joen ja Meksikonlahden.

Olemme sijaitsee noin 30 minuutin pÀÀssÀ Southwest Florida Airport (RSW) ja joen toisella puolella Fort Myers. TÀmÀ asettaa sinut minuutin pÀÀssÀ upeasta Sanibel ja Captiva saaret, Fort Myers Beach, ja taiteilija siirtomaa klo Matlacha. We were so surprised at how every need and a lot of wants were met. The house was beautiful and quiet, just what we were looking for! We were in the pool every day. We really enjoyed the pool! There were books to read and a lot of games to play. The weather as rainy off and on ,but didn’t affect our swimming as it cleared up every day. The kitchen was equipped with every thing and then some. We loved our stay and would like to come back some day. The hostess was very quickly responsive to every question! We had a perfect vacation ! Thank you so much for opening your home to us!

Couldn’t Ask for more!

Our stay was for 3 weeks and from the minute we opened the front door it felt like we were home. This home is spotless! It has a perfect location and a beautiful crystal clear pool. Every necessity is at your fingertips and instructions and phone numbers as a “ just in case”. Thank you for the great stay! We didn’t want to leave😞

Perfect!!!

The house is exactly like the photos! PERFECT in every way! Loved the location - close to shopping, to Sanibel, Captiva and Matlacha. Quiet neighborhood and friendly area! Relaxing in the pool and lanai was the best! Saw an iguana on the dock! Bed was comfortable and instructions for kitchen etc were great! We hated to leave! Just a perfect place!!!

Excellent Stay - Loved It

We had such a great time at Villa Genoa. The house is immaculate. The pool is awesome and the view of the canal is icing on the cake. There is plenty of space in the house and it has all of the amenities you would ever need for a fantastic stay. We loved that we could bring our dog - he also enjoyed himself! Communication with the owner was super fast - all queries and messages were replied to almost immediately and in a friendly / helpful manner. The house is very near to everything: restaurants, shopping, etc. We would love to come back to Villa Genoa! We highly recommend this VRBO property!

Very clean property

The house was very clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need, well maintained, and spacious. We felt very comfortable in this property. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The pool is amazing! Beds are comfortable. Loved visiting Sanibel Beach and Gator Mike’s for some zip lining and arcade fun with our son. We had an excellent stay and will be back if we’re in the area.

Great getaway home from the frozen north!

We have rented a number of homes over the years for family vacations and only once previous did we arrive to find the home as clean and well stocked as this home. The owners and property managers were extremely helpful with any questions we had and checked in to see if we were enjoying ourselves. Loved the pool and the surrounding beach communities!

So very enjoyable

Our family stayed here for three weeks and had a marvelous time! We used our iSUPs in the canals, fished, swam in the wonderful pool, visited nearby preserves, and explored several area beaches. The hosts were lovely and helpful. The place was clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to visit another time in the future!

Great Stay, Great Hosts

Our stay was great, no issues. The hosts were prompt and friendly in their responses. My daughter left some rings in the bathroom and the hosts / staff mailed them to us at no cost. The home was clean and comfortable; the kitchen was well stocked. My two younger boys spent a ton of time in the pool. If we were to stay in Cape Coral again, we would stay here!

Paradise found

My husband and I traveled to Florida this last week to look at houses for winter escapes and while doing so this house was the perfect relaxation spot while we looked. Rachelle was a stellar host and went above and beyond on any small thing we asked for! She truly was a fantastic host! The house..where do I start? It is perfect. Clean, spotless, immaculate and did I say clean? It has everything we needed and then some. The house is very large and well laid out. The master bed was wonderful, so comfy! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The pool was sparkling clean and heated, so we swam everyday. TV was easy to figure out for the first time EVER. Neighbors were quiet as was neighborhood, yet very close to grocery, restaurants etc. Usually we travel with friends but due to the pandemic we just came alone, but this house would of been perfect as the the master is on the other side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms so there was privacy. Loved the palm tree lit up green for Cmas ! It was a warm welcome when we arrived. Hubby tried to fish the canal but it is pretty shallow so no luck there but it is still beautiful to look at. I could ramble on and on but I think you get the idea. The only bad thing about leaving a great review is once you do the house becomes so popular you don't get another chance to rent it ;) which I hope is the case for this sweet couple. Rachelle and Daniel..thank you for a relaxing week in your Florida haven, we appreciate all you did to make us feel right at home!

Excellent Stay

My family decided to escape the cold to spend the week of Thanksgiving in S. Florida. We had a wonderful stay. The house is exactly as advertised. It is very well equipped...as well equipped (or better) than any house we've stayed in. We were able to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. There two crock pots, a hand mixer, plenty of pots and pans, etc. The pool was beautifully maintained. The neighborhood is nice. We enjoyed evenings outside by the pool but our days were spent traveling to the beaches at Sanibel and Ft. Myers (about 20-30 minutes away). The house had beach chairs, beach mats, and truly everything we needed. The Cape Coral area is ok--plenty of nearby grocery stores and restaurants--but we were there for the sunshine, the beaches and the pools. The communication from the owner was excellent. We didn't have any issues, but I'm sure they would have been responsive if he had needed anything. Prior to our arrival, they were excellent and even checked in on us upon our arrival. Overall, everything was excellent and we had a wonderful stay. My only complaint is that we had to go home to the cold. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome property!

Stayed during baseball tournament in early March 2020. Rain was a factor but the place was plenty big and great amenities. Loved the heated pool! Highly recommended!

Very comfortable stay!

We went down for the month of October and had a great time. The house was clean upon arrival and comfortable for our long stay. House has everything you need. Owners are great at communication! Its really nice being on the canal. The waterfall in the pool combined with the canal made for a very enjoyable setting. We ate a lot of meals on the outdoor table under the covered area with the double fans. Fished off the dock with frozen shrimp and caught a few. Enjoyed the heated pool alot! A small but nice featured in the master bath was the heater, it was great for after a night swim or shower. It was really nice to have the air conditioned half bath outside so kids can change out of wet clothes without going inside and use restroom wothout completely drying off. We biked in the neighborhood on days we didnt go to the beach or bike in a preserve. House is less than a mile to walmart, publix, and planet fitness. Went to lots of beaches, some of our favorites were captiva, lovers key, bonita dog beach. and barefoot beach.

Great Cape Coral Rental!

This place was wonderful, everything we hoped for. The owners made us feel welcome and they made sure we had all we needed for our stay. We appreciate how clean and sanitized everything was . There were detailed instructions on the house snd the various amenities. The heated caged in pool on the canal was amazing and very relaxing. The morning and afternoon views along the canal were beautiful. The house was well furnished and supplied. The appliances, TVs, Internet and air conditioning all worked well. These and other all made our stay even nicer. We would definitely stay their again.

The Villa is in a desirable location, close to everything you could ever need. While there recently we enjoyed shelling at Sanibel Is., Fort Myers Beach, and most of all just sitting on the Lanai and swimming in the pool. Most of our bookings are repeat guests from the time we bought! Help is just a phone call away if you have any questions. We employ local people (neighbors) to do landscaping, maintenance, and cleaning. So if something comes up during your stay a quick fix is doors away!
