Huoneistossamme on ILMAINEN lentokenttähaku ja pudotus, ilmainen tervetuliaispakkaus vedellä. Siihen kuuluu myös 35 minuutin hieronta, kun oleskelet 5 päivää, ja 50 minuutin hieronta, kun oleskelet 7 päivää, ja kaksi 50 minuutin hierontaa, kun oleskelet vähintään 10 päivää. Tervetuloa paratiisiin, jossa rentoutumista ja rauhaa ei ole lykätty. Vain 2 New Yorkin korttelin päässä maailmankuulusta Grace Bayn rannalta ja näkymästä Turtle Coveen, La Vista Azul on maaginen, ihastuttava piilopaikka, joka kimaltaa rinteessä henkeäsalpaavilla merinäköalalla. Luonnon parhaimpien arkkitehtien suunnittelemat kekseliästi sijoitetut kattopuutarhat, suihkulähteet ja panoraamanäkökohdat tarjoavat dekadenttisen kokemuksen väkijoukon yläpuolella. Turkkilainen ja Caicossalainen loma tarjoaa rauhallisia päiviä ja yötä Karibian paratiisissa yhdistääkseen rakkauden, perheen ja puhtaan nautinnon.

Viileä ja mukava studio-huoneisto tarjoaa rauhallisuutta ja rentoutumista. Rentoutuen suljetulla 380 neliömetrin parvekkeella voit tuntea trooppisen tuulen, aurinkoa ja katsella upeita näkymiä Grace Bayn rannalle. Useat uima-altaat ja porealtaat ovat vain muutaman askeleen päässä. Tuntuu kuin olisit paratiisissa.

Turks- ja Caicossa-lomasi tarjoaa meille kaiken, mitä voit kysyä täydelliseltä lomalta. Siitä hetkestä lähtien, kun astut sisään huoneistoon, anna merinäköalan ottaa hengitykseni. Meidän merinäköala huoneisto on 951 neliömetriä ja siinä on queen-vuode, vuodesohva vuodesohvalle, 1 kylpyhuone, keittiö ja pesukone ja kuivaaja. Siihen mahtuu korkeintaan 4 henkilöä.

Alueella on tarjolla erilaisia ?? ravintoloita, ruokakauppoja, kahviloita, baareja, kasino, kylpylä, venesatama, maailmanluokan snorklaus ja kaunis Grace Bayn ranta. Kaikki kävelymatkan päässä lomakeskuksesta.

Beautiful Turks

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is just like the picture. Lovely views from the big sunny patio. A well equipped kitchen, just bring condiments if you like to do a little cooking. Very good restaurants just a short walk away, Baci (great pizza), Sharkbite (almond encrusted grouper) Mango Reef. A short walk to a beautiful turquoise ocean, great for snorkeling. A very clean, well maintained property. My best to Deveraux. Thanks for making our holiday very enjoyable.

This listing at LVA was excellent. It is an individually owned room in the resort and it is a great value. It is spacious, has a large balcony and amenities like a washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. The property owner is extremely friendly and helpful and very quick to respond. He gave recommendations as far as things to do, places to eat and even helped with a rental car on multiple islands. The resort overall isn’t my favorite that I’ve stayed at as it is a little bit of a walk to the beach, but it’s beautiful once you get there. As for other rooms at the resort listed directly through the hotel, they are smaller and do not have all the amenities, so I would ensure verifying the type of room you are getting. This listing is definitely the one to pick!! Overall, LVA is extremely clean, quiet, and fairly central to everything, though I would definitely recommend a rental car for your stay if you’d like to see other parts of the island and different beaches. Small con, there were some beach chairs and umberellas in the room but the quality was not there. Hopefully they will upgrade those in the near future. Overall, definitely recommend THIS ROOM at LVA.

Description needs to be updated

The description in the offer is deceiving because some things were outdated. Check in instructions are not described and there was no updating on the day of arrival. We were lucky to catch someone in one of the offices who loan us a local phone so we could call the host and he did come to help us get in. The description advertises a 35 minute massage for a 6 day stay but that was is longer done. Beach chairs were rusting and one broke the minute I sat on it. I reported it but it was never replaced during our stay which meant it wasn't pleasant to go the beach without a beach chair. Location was beautiful.

Clean condo with great views

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here. There are several restaurants within walking distance, the beach is about a 5 minute walk and the condo was very clean and well equipped. Check in/out was very easy and communication was excellent. Would certainly stay here again.

Definitely recommend

Where do I begin starting from the ease of booking and communication with the owner Deveraux. The communication was Albert well From beginning to the end of our trip. We stayed may 29-June 5 . The condo is very clean and has all the amenities you would need . 2 pools were pretty empty we had them to ourselves. Definitely need a car and you’re within a short distance to local beaches we checked out the whole island. No issues at all with the condo just a safe relaxing time especially on the balcony where I spent most late evenings. Thank you again we will hopefully return sometime soon.

Property Manager was very responsive to any/all our concerns/questions. The unit had modern furnishings and came with lots of perks/amenities. The location was central to many things. Just a few small things to note: The bed is really soft and sleeps hot--it also has a few lumps and the plastic mattress protector makes noise when you move around. The cell phone provided did not work for us. If you're a light sleeper, you may hear occasional noises from people dragging things around the pool area which is right above the unit. And finally there are several devices in the unit that emit blue lights ( Microwave, modem, stove, etc.)--bring a sleep mask if sensitive to light. Overall, a great stay. Please don't hesitate to book. A great value for your money.

Perfect location and condo for a getaway

Everything was as stated in the listing and the resort felt safe. Deveraux was very responsive and was readily available to assist if needed. The large balcony was great, we ate breakfast out there and enjoyed the view. The included massage was also a welcome bonus. The location is great and pretty much a halfway point on the island. It was about 20 minutes to either end of the island. Having the items for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler) was great and allowed us to visit many beaches on the island without having to worry about renting them. The closest beach, which was clean, quiet, and safe, is in walking distance. We chose to drive to avoid having to carry everything. The grocery store was also close by which was very convenient. We definitely recommend renting a car. The only con I can think of is there were a few nights that some guests were noticeably loud, but you can find that anywhere when people are enjoying their vacation. We enjoyed our time there and would not hesitate to return again in the future!

The owner Deveraux is very friendly and helpful. He provided us a local phone which was very helpful. Anytime we need help (we got dead battery and flat tire), he replied right away, and always ready to help. The condo is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend his condo.

This place was great, very well located and affordable. Deveraux was super friendly, as others mentioned. Responded quickly and gave us tons of tips (e.g. beaches to visit with our toddler, places to eat). He even had some sandcastle toys kids can play with - our toddler loved them! The condo is very comfortable and is set up nicely if you want to stay in and cook.

Another great stay

We really enjoyed our second stay at Deveraux’s condo. He was very responsive to our emails prior to arrival and met us at the condo as we rented a car. His condo is perfect with a great view of the ocean. The condo is always clean and the bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed the pools and the hot tub. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and local restaurants. Grace Bay is a quick car ride away. We look forward to returning again soon.

Excellent & friendly.

Devereux was very accomodating, friendly and a a great host. He met us at the airport and we followed him to the resort, provided us with information of the island which is extremely helpful in knowing places to visit, eat and overall being comfortable with getting around the island. He told us about a local event held every Thursday, “Fish Fry” which our kids had lots of fun. Lots of food, local artisans, entertainment and my kids favorite, pineapple & coconut drinks made with the actual shell of the fruit. The condo was clean and lots of amenities on site, 2 pools, hot tub, gym, restaurant, main office if you need assistance & my kids loved the ice cream shop on the premises with their homemade Gelato; delicious. Would I come back here; absolutely!

Great location.

Deveraux, the owner, was a fantastic host. He picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. He also took us to the grocery store. The massages he provide with our stay were fantastic. This is a great location, A short walk to the beach, the Thursday night fish fry and 5 restaurants including our favorite, “Baci”. Condo was well furnished but some of the cushions were starting to show some wear. This was our twelve visit to Turks and we will be back and stay in Deveraux unit again. Also don’t forget to check out the Gelato shop inside the complex. Thank you Deveraux for a wonderful vacation.

Exactly as advertised

Deveraux was a very attentive owner. He met us at rental car and took us to condo and explained everything to us. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was very quiet. The beach nearby was very nice with good snorkeling. You can walk from condo or drive to a spot near the end of the nice beach houses and there is access about 50 yards. There is only parking spots for about 8 cars so get there early. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Mangos was our favorite. Magnolia also good. Although condo was not right on beach it provided a very good value for Turks And Caicos. We had a car and wanted to explore the island anyway. Deveraux also provided us with complimentary massages. Two ladies came to the condo at time of our choosing. Recommeded.

The perfect experience!!

Our stay over Christmas at La Vista Azul was the perfect experience. The condon is perfectly located close to the beach and great restaurants. We loved eating at Magnolias and Mango Reef. Deveraux was a great host and the massages were a great add on. Already thinking to make it a new Christmas tradition!

Fantastic value!

Deveraux Is an awesome host. He communicated early and often. His welcome email gives you everything you need prior to the trip. He offered to pick us up from the airport, gave us a tour of the area, and if we had to call him while we were there, he was always available. The condo was exactly as advertised. The view of the ocean was perfect. We rented a car from Scooter Bobs. I highly recommend a car if you want to wander. Mangoes and Sharkbites are great restaurants within walking distance. Flamingos (in Grace Bay) is a fun bar on the beach. Snorkeling in Smith’s Reef is awesome. Right off the beach in from of the condo. The location was perfect. We had so much fun and Deveraux made it happen for us. Everyone is so nice! We can’t wait to get back!

fantastic condo with all the feel of home

This studio is perfect for a great week on Turks! Close to the beach, two heated pools and a hot tub! Restaurants are within walking distance and our favorites were Simone's (great burgers) and Mango Reef! After Scuba Diving with Dive Provo every day, we found ourselves back at Mango reef or Shark Bite Bar for dinner and a cocktail. Its our 3rd trip to Turks and this was definitely the best and the condo and host, Deveraux, took care of us well. We even received complementary massages for both of us by experienced masseuses in our room! With a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the room this studio has it all! We will certainly be back.

Great Vacation and Wonderful Condo!

The unit is fantastic, clean and just as described - and the enclosed patio is better than the pictures since it is fully enclosed and private with waist-high walls between the units next door - the light all day was also fantastic and the view cannot be beat! And the pools (TWO!) are just up one flight of stairs. Deveraux is most attentive, very respectful and was available if we needed anything (he even came to the rental car center so we could follow him to the unit the first day!). He also responded within an hour of every question or comment before and during our stay. The resort was wonderfully quiet (we hears that October is a "quiet" month in TCI) and close enough to anything we wanted to do (we did have a car). One last thing, in addition to a Hair/Nail Salon, there is a "Bar and Grill" on the property called "Simone's" which was great with super drinks and good food and friendly servers (and, of course, the marvelous Simone, the Owner)! Thanks Deveraux for the wonderful vacation and I highly recommend and will definitely book again! - J
