Tämä on välttämätön kaupunkitalo Lower Deer Valleyssä, kävelyetäisyydellä Snow Park Lodgesta ja alle kilometrin päässä Park City Main Streetistä. Nauti upeasta hiihdosta ja palaa upeaan kotiin kotoa lopettaaksesi päiväsi.

Tämä upea kaupunkitalo on 3 kerroksessa. Perfect Rental!

Awesome place

This rental is everything we wanted and hoped it would be. Comfortable, convenient to Snow Park Lodge, and accommodating for a fairly large group. It’s super clean and nicely furnished and decorated. The wood burning fireplace is a great feature. The private hot tub was nice to have as well after a long day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Place

We come to Deer Valley every year for a guys annual ski trip. The house was perfect for us! It is walking distance to Deer Valley and fully equipped. The rooms are very large and had plenty of room for 5 of us. The hot tub on the side of the mountain out back was amazing! we also loved the large two car garage to pull in and have room for all our ski stuff and easy into the house. We will be back for sure! The communication was great and had no issues during our stay. Thank you for an awesome week!

Great house, ideal location

Our group of 7 or 8 has stayed in this unit four times during the winter for skiing. The location is perfect, and the size of the unit works well for our group. Management has been very responsive. We would highly recommend this place.

Great rental for skiing

Susie made the process very easy and we ordered groceries in advance. The unit was perfect for families and the bedrooms are well laid out and each with the own bathroom. We walked to the mountain (9 min walk to Snowpark Lodge), used the shuttle or bus. We left skis and boots at the base overnight. We took Uber to town and did not rent a car for our visit. Would consider again in the future.

Spectacular

This is about the fifth time we have rented 46 Potter Lane. The write-up calls it Spectacular, and it truly is. The house is very comfortable, well equipped, and clean. Five of us stayed there and had plenty of room to relax, take conference calls, do work, and just chill after skiing. The management is very responsive and accommodating. We hope to return next year and thereafter.

Annual girls trip

This is our second year at this lovely property. It’s secluded and quiet but very close to Park City. There’s a bathroom for every bedroom. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed. We had a minor issue upon arrival and Susie was there quickly to completely resolve it. The hot tub worked great and was especially welcomed due to the snap of cool weather. We’ll be back.

Second time just as fine

For the second time we stayed at this lovely house for multiple weeks , location is great, house very comfortable. Zero negatives. Not to mention Susie, the mgr, is incredibly easy to deal with and available if you need anything. Would not hesitate booking again.

Blissful Mountain Getaway

My family of five stayed here for five nights, and it was a truly fantastic vacation! The townhome is exceptional - clean from top to bottom, and a well appointed kitchen, everything we needed for our entire stay making dinners and breakfasts daily. Plenty of towels, comfy beds, board games to play, extra blankets for watching tv in the evenings, and the hot tub was perfect at the end of days of skiing. The proximity to both deer valley and park city is amazing, with a shuttle stop so close to the home we never had to drive anywhere. We enjoyed every minute and cannot wait to come back!

The place is Spectacular

Great place to stay to ski Deer Valley

This house is close to the Deer Valley base and was perfect for our group of 4 couples. This is a rare property that has en suite bathrooms with each of the four bedrooms. We are repeat customers, having stayed here twice before. The kitchen is well-supplied for people who like to cook. It was nice to be able to wash clothes as needed, and return home with everything clean instead of dirty. Susie, the Manager, was very responsive to everything we asked of her. We hope to return next year.

Beautiful mountain stay

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, lovely and beautifully decorated. It seemed out of the way and quiet but so convenient to everything we like about Park City. There is room for 2 cars in the garage and 2 more in the driveway, possibly more if the cars are small. We had visits from a squirrel in the pine tree in the front and a chipmunk by the side door. The hot tub worked great. Everything was in perfect working order. We tried the Deer Valley Cafe across the street and were so happy we did. The food was good and the view from the deck heavenly. We’re so happy we found this townhouse.

Easy living in deer valley

We stayed 5 weeks, and best described as we stayed very comfortably “ living in deer valley”. The house matches the pictures well and there were no surprises in that respect. Also the location could not be better. The mgr Susie, was incredibly responsive both before and thruout the stay. Our stay was just the two of us but clearly there is plenty of space for a larger group. Kitchen is incredibly well equipped compared to other places we have stayed, for other things :- we lacked for nothing from cooking, to towels, to washer dryer, WiFi, cell, and tv entertainment. Like living in our own house. Best indication of our satisfaction is our rebooking another extended stay in 2023

Perfect location

We had an awesome week at 46 Potter! The house has plenty of room and we loved all the bathrooms. The downstairs mud room worked so well for all the ski stuff storage. The location of the house is ideal and we loved using the DV shuttle every day going to and from the mountain.

Relaxing well appointed home - great location

2 families enjoyed a beautiful relaxing well appointed and nicely decorated town home on 3 levels . The location is fantastic - walking distance to snow park lodge at Deer Valley base. Home has a very nice modern kitchen with all amenities and cooking untensils. Management company was easy to work with.

I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.
