Shorewood 312: n omistajat ovat ajatelleet kaikkea, jotta vierailusi olisi uskomaton ja unohtumaton! Ota hissi kolmanteen kerrokseen ja anna tämä hämmästyttävä perääntyä. Tässä tilavassa huvilassa on yli 1600 neliömetriä, ja niistä on ennennäkemättömät näkymät Atlantin valtamerelle ja nollapaikalle. Nauti Ocean Front -parvekkeesta, kun tunnet tuulen ja anna unelmiesi loma alkaa.
Gourmet-keittiössä on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, graniitti työtasot ja kauniit valkoiset kaapit. Keittiö on varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset ruoan valmistamiseksi perheellesi. Ruokapöydässä on istuimet 6: een, ja lisäksi keittiön laskurissa on kaksi uloskäyntiä.
Kun pääset makuuhuoneeseen, ota upea näköala, että heräät joka aamu! King Bed & trooppinen ranta-sisustus on rauhoittava, ja sinusta tuntuu heti rento ja valmiina laittaa jalat hiekkaan.
Makuuhuoneeseen liitetty yksityinen p��ällikön kylpy jatkuu rauhoittavissa valkoisissa ja hiekkasävyissä.
Huvilassa on toinen Master-sviitti, jossa on queen-size-vuode, sisustettu samankaltaisella rannikkotyylillä, jossa on oma kylpyhuone, joka on päivitetty graniitilla ja moderneilla kalusteilla.
Kahden hengen huone on ihastuttava merenkulun teemalla varustetuilla kalusteilla ja vuodevaatteilla. Tästä huoneesta on toinen täysi kylpyamme, joka sijaitsee käytävällä. Jokaisessa Shorewood 312: n makuuhuoneessa on taulutelevisio, ja DVD-soitin sijaitsee olohuoneessa.
Shorewood Villas sijaitsee South Forest Beachin porteilla. Tämä alue on yksi toivottavimmista alueista täydelliseen rantalomaan. Hotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Coligny Plaza -aukiolta, jossa on useita kauppoja, ruokailutiloja ja paljon muuta! Family beach vacation

This property was perfect for a family vacation. The location was conveniently located near the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo itself was clean, spacious and had great views of the ocean.

Beautiful vacation villa!

Location was excellent! Directly on the beach, great surf fishing! Pool was wonderful for adults and toddlers. Walk to Coligney for shopping and ice cream. Villa has everything our family needed. Seashore Vacations was wonderful!

Great vacation spot

Spring Break retreat

I was so impressed by this property! The location and the view were perfect! The condo had more than enough space for us and was stocked with everything we needed. I made my coffee every morning and sat outside to take in the breeze and sunrise. We had the best experience and vacation. I will definitely be booking this condo again!

Real nice apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Great comfortable beds!! I always expect below average well worn beds that don't give a good nights sleep in rentals, but the master bedroom had a really good king mattress. Great night sleeps! Great location to pool and beach. Views of the beach and sunrise (minimal trees in the way and better to view from beach). Would likely return for future beach fun. Thank you

Great view and location

Overall a really nice unit and property. We loved the location and view, nothing like waking up to see dolphins swimming in the distance! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The unit is very nicely decorated and has an unusually well stocked kitchen with quality cookware and utensils which is nice. Our only complain was that the kitchen cabinets good use a good scrubbing and other areas maybe cleaned a tad bit more between guests. However overall we had a great stay and recommend it.

Great location for family getaway

The condo is very clean with relatively new furnishings. The morning sun comes in the windows, over the view of the pool. This location is walking to good food and shopping at Coligney Plaza and a short drive from anywhere else you would want to go on the island. We are so glad we rented bikes which we rode on the beach and trails. We rode all along the beach to the Salty Dog Cafe and watched the dolphins feeding in the water near there. A highlight of the trip! Even on the one rainy day we were there, the views off the balcony kept us entertained. We would come back to this unit again.

Family Vacation

We had such a wonderful family vacation at this condo. The condo was very clean and updated. The grounds and pool were clean and well maintained. The location and layout of the complex is very convenient. My only complaint was the washer/dryer unit. The washer does not clean well and even damaged some of our clothing. Since we were staying for a full week, we definitely needed a washer and dryer unit. Hopefully they will update these in the future! Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

Reviewer Comments: Location was a positive but the condo needs full time security as it once had...people swimming all night, reserving chairs around the pool at 7:00am.....all kinds of floats in the pool etc. It needed supervision particularly with the corner pool unit.....the noise was unreal! The unit was well furnished and well equipped.

We love the location and love that's it's close to the pool. I was disappointed the front gate was not locked each day and was open with guard there occasionally. If he leaves his post I thought the gate should be closed. I also hated to see people hanging towels on the balconies. I like that this isn't allowed bc it keeps the complex looking clean.

The perfect relaxing Hilton Head getaway!

This condo offered my family the perfect peaceful, relaxing getaway we needed. The location is ideal and the condo is immaculate. We loved every detail about this place! From the kitchen, to the bathrooms, living room, balcony, dinning room area - it was all very well stocked and had every amenity we were looking for. The decor was beautiful yet functional and well maintained. The location was prime beach front views and pool front views and easy access from the stairs or the elevator to the 3rd floor. Shorewood even had luggage carts to deliver your items to your condo - huge plus! The location was centrally located to ride your bike or walk to Coligney plaza which houses many shops and restaurants and just a short drive or bike ride to many other locations including Sea Pines. We enjoyed walking on the beach up to Coligney plaza and were delighted to view the beautiful moonrise over the same area where we watched the sunrise in the morning - gorgeous views of both! We enjoyed visiting the Salty Dog cafe, petting zoo, the lighthouse and searching for alligators in Sea Pines. Shorewood is a gated community for parking and beach access. The pool is heated and offers a spacious pool and tanning deck with a hot tub as well. The beach is wide with packed sand so it's easy to walk on the sand and ride bikes as well. If you're looking for a place to unwind and take a break from the hustle and bustle of every day life - then look no further! This is an A+ property!

It's beautifully decorated, and has everything you might need for a wonderful week at the beach. My only negative comment would be that cleaning was not top notch: there was clearly no effort to dust or vacuum under the beds/dressers/corners.

We love waking up next to the ocean, viewing the sunrise and simply relaxing in the heart of Hilton Head. This location perfectly located a short walk from stores and restaurants. The pool was closed due to updates, but we were able to enjoy the beach even in March. We love our stays in Hilton Head and this condo is top notch!

wonderful stay

As usual, there was a glitch, totally beyond the control of the owner (elevator out). Buddy offered help with luggage and a rebate, which was very fair. The property/view/location are all ideal as far as we are concerned. We hope to return. 5 star even without an elevator.

Fun family getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was well decorated with cozy beds and plenty of room for seven people. The location could not be better and the ocean is just steps away! They started construction on the elevator when we were there and it was noisy at times but not horrible. When we called to see how long the construction would be they answered all our questions promptly and even gave us a small refund for our inconvenience. We understand sometimes maintenance cannot wait. We would definitely stay here again!
