Loved this place and will stay again if we go back to the Keys. Gated community with golf cart to go to the pier with great community resources, grills and sitting areas. Favorite part was the lagoon in the middle of the community not far from the screened in back porch. Full of fish you can swim with and calm beach area that is clean and nice with shade when you need it. We didn’t want to leave this place. Highly recommend!!

Perfect stay!

We rented for spring break and absolutely loved it!!! We had so much space to move around in. The pool was so close. We would definitely stay here again. I will say just to warn anyone. The sand here and all over key largo is not build sandcastle sand.

Enjoyed our stay!

Very clean and worked very well for 4 adults and would work well for a family with children. The living room had great TV and kitchen to watch Super Bowl! Right across from pool so just a few steps to house to take a break. The golf cart was good to ride to jetty to watch sun set!

Very happy and restful stay

We had a great four day stay at the property. It’s a ver well maintained condo with great amenities and good maintenance. Martha is a great host and was very responsive to our queries before and during the stay. The community is very nice, great people, good security and great options to relax and enjoy by the water. Perfect for us !

Perfect for family

We had a 4 night stay here and it was wonderful. The place was clean, updated and had everything we could need for the quick trip. The pool right outside the door was excellent. The only thing I would change are the pillows and the mattress in the second room. The primary room had a king with twin bunks and that matress was AMAZING but it worked best for our kids to take that room so we took the second one. You couldn't move without it squeeking. :) Other than that we have zero complaints. Thank you so much!

Nice place

This place was perfect. Beautifully decorated. Steps away from the pool. Use of your own golf cart which we drove to the jetty to look at the ocean. You can use the small kayaks they have to paddle around the lagoon, saltwater lake. We also did our morning walks around the lagoon and to the ocean and back. The place had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Property not as described

We were so disappointed when arriving to this property. As soon as we got there we walked the grounds. The mini beach and jetty shoreline was covered in garbage. It was so sad to see so much garbage in the water. The outdoor furniture on the beach area was always a mess. It was either broken or scattered everywhere like a storm came through and blew everything over. The HOA does not take care of the grounds here. We were also awaken every morning at 7:30 am by jackhammering. There is extensive construction going on at this yacht club. It was so disappointing that we could not have peaceful mornings or afternoons because of the construction noise. The pool was very small and disappointing. There was constant loud music coming from the pool as the condo is directly in front of it. The lagoon was sad and dirty. My kids did not want to get in it. It was often hard getting back in the yacht club at the security check point. There was always a line and the scanning code they give you on your phone never worked. One day we had to wait 15 minutes just to get in. The property felt like a ran down apartment complex. The condo on the inside was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. On the second day I contacted the owner to ask if we could leave And get a partial refund because the property was not as described. The garbage in the water and all the construction was so depressing. We wanted to be somewhere clean and quiet. We just wanted to be able to enjoy the property.. She would not work with us and denied us a partial refund if we left early. We made the best of it and stayed away from the property as much as we could booking activities every day of our stay. When hotels are undergoing construction they let their guests know before booking the property. I think VRBO owners should do the same when booking their property. I think this is false advertisement. We wanted a place that was peaceful and pretty and ended up with garbage and loud construction all week.

This property is amazing! We loved having the pool and lagoon right outside the back door. Kids had so much fun kayaking. Even more happy they had enough kayaks so everyone was able to go together. The condo was so clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and I love the that curtains keep out the morning light in the bedrooms. The other highlight was the golf cart. Some close activities we liked was swimming with the dolphins and the aquarium encounters.

Amazing getaway.

We wanted to have a nice relaxing end to our family vacation and decided Key Largo was the place. This rental truly felt like home. From the spacious beds and bedrooms to the comfortable couch. lo our family was able to rest. The kitchen was packed with everything we needed. The grounds were very inviting. Would stay again.

We arrived by 4 pm and the house was ready and super clean. Well stocked and close to lots of the attractions.

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Martha’s place! Despite some traffic delays on our way to the VRBO, Martha went out of her way to assist us, which we truly appreciated.Her townhouse is perfectly situated in the Kawama community—just steps from the pool, saltwater lagoon, and pickleball/tennis courts, making it an ideal spot for our kids. Having access to the golf cart was such a fun bonus! We loved taking morning rides out to the jetty to fish with our kids, catching needlefish, snapper, barracuda, and more.The townhouse itself was stocked with thoughtful amenities, including kayaks, tennis and pickleball sets, paper products, shampoo and conditioner, beach towels, hand soap, and laundry detergent—Martha truly thinks of everything! The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep for everyone. We also loved spending time on the screened-in patio, enjoying coffee and meals together.Our family made so many wonderful memories during our stay, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

Perfect for families

Property was conveniently located to lots of activities. Easy access to main road. The pool water temperature was perfect for January. I’m so glad there was a golf cart for use. This was very helpful getting around the property and to the beach area. The beach area was adorable. Loved the tiki hut tables, picnic area and walkout.

Unforgettable Family Christmas Getaway in Key Largo, Florida

We had an incredible stay at your Key Largo property! It was the perfect location for our family Christmas vacation, offering a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere and easy access to nearby attractions.The property itself was beautifully maintained and clean. The jetty was a highlight, providing hours of fun and relaxation on the water. We also loved the spacious outdoor areas, tennis court, swimming pool (my youngest's favorite), and fun commute with a golf cart. Additionally, the property has a well-equipped kitchen.The property manager was exceptional. She ensured we had everything we needed and promptly addressed any questions or concerns. Her clear and friendly communication made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable one-family vacation in Key Largo, Florida. If we had another vacation in Key Largo, we would absolutely rent it again.

Key Largo stay at Kawama Yacht Club for relaxation

The condo was inviting and a home away from home. Nice to have straight access to pool area from back patio. The pool was good size. No hot tub. Most days pool was not crowded except for Saturday afternoon and evening there was a large crowd that met there and had very loud music with that could be heard throughout condo with doors closed. You are able to hear your neighbors and kids from the condo if they are loud which most kids are . Having golf cart to go to the jetty beach side is very nice but can’t drive it on the street. No license plates. Overall I would return to area. Most restaurants are locally owned so there is lots of seafood to be had. Most close by 8 or 9 pm

Family vacation

We stayed here with 2 families. The property was clean and well stocked with necessities. The check in and out process was very easy. Pools and kayaks were very accessible and the kids enjoyed them. Location is close to many restaurants and shopping. Would recommend!

Great home base for adventures in the upper Keys!

We chose this property thanks to the great reviews and they were well-earned! The unit was spotless and so well-stocked with everything we needed from cookware to pool towels to fans and extra blankets so everyone was comfortable. The neighborhood was secure and quiet and a mix of renters and retirees staying at their own properties. We tried lots of restaurants recommended by our host and the neighbors, and really enjoyed being just steps from the pool each afternoon when we returned from that day’s adventures. We would definitely recommend this property!

Great place to stay, grandkids loved the pools and lagoon. Plenty of sleeping places in condo had everything we needed, including lots of towels. Would definitely go back.

Florida Family Fun!!!

We stayed at this amazing property Feb. 20-27. We brought our son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons. The home had everything we needed and was cute and cozy. So much to do onsite and close by. Our grandsons loved it and the rest of us did too. The highlight was a barbecue down by the ocean, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit and watching the full moon rise up out of the ocean. Having the golf cart to ride down to the jetty to see the sunrise every morning was a plus. So many good things about the Florida Keys🙂
