Keltainen Coconut on kaunis East End kukkulan kotiin upeat näkymät Karibianmerelle, Altona Lagoon & North Shore. Koti on esiintynyt Architectural Digest. Talon perusteet ovat hyvin hoidettuja, kauniit kukkaviljelmät, suuret palmut, aloe vera-kasvit ja monet muut eksoottiset kukkivat kasvit ja puut ympäröivät. Meidän Isännöitsijä, Jamie Lammering, tervehtivät sinua lentokentällä. Jamie on kotoisin keskilännen ja on ollut St. Croix vuodesta 2005. Suuri keittiö, oleskelu- ja ruokailutilat ovat hyvin avoin monia paikkoja istua ja rentoutua. Keittiössä on myös baari istuimet kahdelle. Oleskelu- ja ruokailualueilla on mukavat istuimet syömiseen, juomiseen, television katseluun tai vain seurusteluun. Tämä alue käsittää 4 ranskalaiset ovet avoinna lämmitetty uima-allas, kansi ja puutarha-alue.

Kun olet Yellow Kookossa, uima-altaan ja kannen alueen ulkopuolella on paikka. On 6 kiesit lounge tuoleja värikkäitä tyynyjä ympäri lämmitetty uima-allas, jos etsit uimata auringossa ja nauttia upeista näkymistä. Jos etsit paeta auringosta jonkin aikaa, meillä on myös katettu ulkoterassi ruokasalin ulkopuolella ja master-sviitti, jossa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja.

Loved our stay!

We loved staying at the Yellow Coconut! It was such a neat, classic Caribbean home. The heated pool was perfect and the view lovely. Location was spot on for us with three young adult children, we were close to town and restaurants etc. Our hostess Jamie was AMAZING and so helpful to us. We hope to be back again very soon!!!! Wonderful Vacation Home

The Yellow Coconut was a beautiful place to stay. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and minutes from a grocery store. The house was lovely, inviting the outside in, the view overlooked the ocean, the heated pool made all the difference in a comfortable night swim, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the towels were luxurious. Jamie was quick to respond to any need. It quite simply was awesome!

Spectacular View, Wonderful Stay!

Words cannot describe the home of owners of this home. It is absolutely perfect for a small family gathering. The views are amazing, the pool is perfect and the home so comfortable. The property host Jamie was delightful and checked in on us often and provided a ton of information and answered every question. The owners are lucky to have her as she is an asset for sure. We will be back the Yellow Coconut was absolutely perfect for our first family Christmas in St. Croix!!! We highly recommend this home. Thank you!!!

Simply the best

My partner and I stayed at the Yellow Coconut last year and had the best time. The house is perfect. The location is perfect. Brian and Denise are perfect. And Jamie is perfect. We were itching to get back again this year, and thankfully, we did. And this trip was just as sublime, thanks to the Yellow Coconut and all the care and effort that Brian, Denise, and Jamie clearly put into it. It really is as good as it gets, if not better. Don’t pass up an opportunity to stay in this gem, or we’ll slide in again for a third stay ;)

Perfect location and wonderful villa!

We (me, my husband, our teenaged son, his friend, and my mother) stayed for a week in June. Beautiful home in a perfect location. It's close to East End destinations and to Christiansted, and only 35 minutes to Rainbow Beach. Communication with the hosts was seamless, and the property manager, Jamie, could answer any question we had and made sure our stay was perfect. She really goes above and beyond, and has extensive knowledge of the island. I was worried that the 2nd bathroom was connected to one of the two other (non-primary) bedrooms, but there is a separate entrance to the main living area. Meaning: nobody has to enter a bedroom to access that bathroom. The entire property was extremely clean. We didn't see an insect in the house all week, despite keeping the doors open every time we were "home" in order to enjoy the breeze. That's really saying something for this part of the world! The pool is large for a private home and we enjoyed it very much. We would definitely stay here again as a family. It was our fifth time on St. Croix and Yellow Coconut has been our favorite rental so far. Thanks, Brian, Denyse, and Jamie!

Absolutely stunning

I have never stayed in a home as perfect as this. The gorgeous photos in the listing do not do this property justice. Everything from the view to the home itself is absolutely immaculate. You could stare at the view for hours and it will never get old. The cross breeze with all the doors opened is just so relaxing and magical. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need...platters, utensils, cookingware, two grills, endless towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers... seriously everything you need for your vacation. Location is perfect as well. Easy 10 minute drive to Christianstead and 30 minutes to Frederiksted. The most amazing addition to the home was the house manager, Jamie. She met us at the home and walked us around the property, and made a point to stop by to say goodbye when we left. She checked in on us when a big storm rolled through, and responded right away with any questions we had during our stay. She has created the most informative guides for the beaches, restaurants and activities and all of her recommendations were fabulous! Jamie genuinely loves the Yellow Coconut and St. Croix and it makes the stay so much more enjoyable. You feel so welcomed; it was hard to leave!

Totally worth it!

This house is awesome. The view and pool are absolutely amazing! Communication with the owners and the manager, Jamie couldn't have been better, very responsive, had great suggestions, helpful when our flight was canceled, allowed late check out since they didn't have anyone coming the next day. Beautiful property, nice touch with the details such as plenty of beach towels and sunscreen and bug spray, Yeti coolers which were great for day trip to buck island and Fredrickstead, very comfortable beds and pillows, fully stocked kitchen Books they've created with nice suggestions and summaries. Two small things I would suggest, the iguana was a pain swimming in the pool and they stink. I don't know if they can be relocated? I know that's a tough one that's kind of out of your control. Thanks for being cool about us breaking the skimmer trying to get him out. Also, I would get more comfortable furniture for the living room, chairs and couch very stiff, but we really never wanted to be inside with such a fantastic outside.

Absolutely Stunning – Our Best VRBO Stay Yet!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at The Yellow Coconut! We've stayed at many VRBOs over the years, but this was hands down the best experience we've ever had.The views were breathtaking, and the home was spotless — incredibly clean and beautifully maintained. The private pool was a huge hit for both the adults and the kids, and we started each morning with coffee overlooking the ocean. One of our favorite memories was grilling the fish we caught on a deep sea fishing trip — the outdoor setup made it so easy and enjoyable.The location was perfect — just a short drive to the beach, grocery store, and local restaurants, making it super convenient for everything we needed. The house itself had absolutely everything — from fully stocked cooking utensils to comfortable, cozy beds that made it easy to relax after long days in the sun.To top it all off, we were welcomed with delicious homemade rum punch — such a thoughtful and fun way to kick off the week!A huge thank-you to Jamie, the property manager, who went above and beyond. She met us at the home for a quick tour and was available all week with helpful advice on what to do, where to eat, and how to make the most of our time on the island. She was like our personal concierge and made a great trip even better.We can't recommend The Yellow Coconut enough. It was absolutely stunning in every way, and we’re already dreaming of coming back!

Perfect House and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was perfect and the view is incredible. Jamie the property manager was attentive and provided all the help you need. Property was clean and very well equipped. Only downside was we had to leave after a week! I wish we owned this house. We would never leave.

Peaceful, Comfortable, Convenient Location

We have stayed at the Yellow Coconut several times and once again had a 10/10 experience. Love the location, close to town and our fave restaurants. The beds and bedding are super comfortable. They have everything you could want in a kitchen. Morning coffee on the patio overlooking the view is my favorite. Will be back next year!

The most amazing yellow coconut

This was the most wonderful rental and it comes with an amazing property manager Jamie. From the moment we arrived throughout the entire trip Jamie was so helpful and accommodating. The house is spectacular and the views are breathtaking. The town of Christiansted is not very far and the beaches are all very close. Would definitely stay here again. House and location is FABULOUS!!! You will be very happy!

We LOVED this house and the location. The pictures are 100% accurate - the views really are that incredible! We spent many evenings in the pool watching the sunset over the mountain range. It's very close to fabulous beaches and Christiansted. If you don't know the island, this is the side you want to be on. Also, the owner has hired a property manager who is amazing - meets you at the property, always helpful & available if any questions arise. I also appreciate that there are plenty of supplies at the house from beach & pool towels, to kitchen basics (spices, coffee, trash bags, soap, paper towels etc) and shower essentials. Finally, the beds were great, the linens were great....tons of materials on what to do on the island...we will definitely come again! I will miss the pool and the sunsets! And if you go? Please go snorkeling at the Fredericksburg pier - swim with the rays, fish and turtles! That was truly an experience of a lifetime! So in sum? This house is great and you will love it. Book with confidence.

The Yellow Coconut

We loved this property! The views were amazing. The pool was large and clean. We had perfect weather and spent most of our time in the outside spaces. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked most of our meals. We also used the grill. There were nice beach chairs that we took to the beach. The pool and beach towels were very nice. The beds all had amazing Casper mattresses. Jamie was great! She showed us the lay of the land and also answered our questions as needed. This is the best VRBO we have ever stay at. I hope to stay here again. Thanks Brian, Denyse, and Jamie

Amazing!

This house was just as described! Very clean, had everything we needed and the best views! Jamie was amazing and very helpful. We spent our days lounging at the pool, taking a trip to buck island, hiking to the tide pools and kayaking in the bioluminescent bay. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!!

The Yellow Coconut

This was our third stay here. The location makes it easy to go anywhere on the island. The neighborhood is very quiet. The patio and pool are our favorite place to hangout because the view is mesmerizing! The house is spacious and comfortable and always pristinely clean. Property manager is attentive and friendly.

Perfect location, fantastic view, and great pool!!!

From the reservation being submitted to checkout, this rental sets the bar for VRBO reservations. Jamie, property manager, is the best we’ve come across in renting VRBOs for over a decade. Every detail is considered, and it made our experience that much more enjoyable. That being said, the property itself is fantastic. The saltwater pool is a really nice addition that takes this place up a notch. There are many great beaches nearby with the town just minutes away. The views are fantastic, and the kitchen is stocked enough with virtually everything you may need. L

We have been together for 23 years. We grew up in Kit Carson, CO, a town of 300 people. Brian's high school graduating class was 8, Denyse's was 14. We both are college educated, and we currently own a small business in Boulder, CO. We have 2 dogs, love the outdoors, sports, sun, sand and the beach! We visited St. Croix in 2005, and absolutely fell in love with the island. We decided then we would retire there someday. We've planned and saved to someday buy a home on the island. We finally put our plan into motion in 2015.

The property is special to us because this is the first step of realizing a dream to retire in St. Croix. Even though the house is used as a vacation rental home, this home is so beautiful that it is a house we will eventually retire to.

The home is a ranch style, with the entire home designed around the hilltop views and easterly trade breezes. You have direct access to the salt water pool from the master bedroom and the living room. The house was designed to enjoy the views in or out of the sun, with an electronic awning providing shade for the whole day.
