Bungalow On The Bayou (Paras sijainti saarella)

Sijaitsee "paras" katu Anna Maria Island, tämä kahden makuuhuoneen, yhden kylpy toisessa kerroksessa loma-asunto on upea näköala on kokonaan uusittu lopussa 2015. Peruskorjaus sisältyy periaatteessa kaikki lattiasta kattoon. Huomaa kuvia ja selostuksia, jotka puhuvat puolestaan.

Kasvaminen noin 15 minuuttia pois saaren ja nauttia rannalla niin paljon, vaimoni ja minä (ja kolme lasta) päätti ostaa meidän pala paratiisia. Löysimme tämän "bungalow" in Bayou ja vain ei voinut jättää sen väliin. Tiesimme halusimme olla veden omalla venelaituri ja pohjoispäässä Anna Maria. Löysimme tämä paikka on aivan täydellinen. Näkemykset ovat uskomattomia. Anna Maria Sound näkymän yllin kyllin.

Bungalow on historiallinen Pine Ave. Se on hyvin lähellä kaikkea lomailija voi haluta. Fabulous ravintoloita, jäätelöä kauppoja, ostoskeskuksia, kalastus, hämmästyttävä rannat, hengästyttävä auringonlaskuja ja enemmän. Anna Maria Island on valittu # 3 kaunein kaupunki maassa ja myös top 10 "Island Rannat Perfect Sand". Aja meidän Bungalow ja pysäköidä auton koko oleskelun. Vapaa saari vaunu on pysähtyy aivan oven ulkopuolella ja menee ylös ja alas näyttäviä 7 Mile Islandin seitsemän päivää viikossa. Kala ja kajakki omasta telakka. Absoluuttinen paratiisi!

Our vacation was perfect. It was our first time to Anna Maria Island and the Bungalow on the Bayou exceeded our expectations. It is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and to the beach. We will be back.

Good location close to restaurants, shops & beach!

We enjoyed staying at the Bungalow on the Bayou condo! The condo complex was very quiet and lots of friendly neighbors!The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable week vacation! We enjoyed being about to take a short walk to the beach anytime we wanted. We enjoyed all of the shops on Pine Avenue. It was our first time on Anna Maria Island and we loved that everything was close and within walking distance! The condo mangers were very friendly & helpful & easy to contact if we needed them!

The Bungalow on the Bay was exactly as advertised. This was our first trip to Anna Maria island and place was perfect for us. The gulf side beach is awesome! We will definitely return to the island.

Great location and wonderful accommodations.

Enjoyed our first visit to Anna Maria Island, the gulf and bay were both beautiful beaches . We rented a pontoon boat and visited several islands, collected shells and sand dollars. Our daughter and her family rented a large house one street over so we shared their pool, grill and time together at their rental (which was also lovely). We rented a golf cart too so we could buzz around with ease. I would recommend this condo for its location, cleanliness and the relaxed attitude of this area.

Amazing vacation!

The bungalow was perfect. We had a great time and it was a great location. We rented bikes and rode all along the island. The bungalow had all the things we needed for the beach. We love the back pack chairs and cart. We enjoyed exploring all the different beaches. We went out on the kayak one day too. It was so beautiful and hated to leave. Thank you so much for making our vacation more amazing by having an amazing place to stay.

Beautiful place

Beautiful place in the perfect location! Home very clean and well stocked! Fished from the dock every morning and seen manatees swimming by. Only issue was that we rented a golf cart for the week and there was nowhere to “legally” charge it overnight. There needs to be plug in’s by the parking lot just for this. The owner did take care of that for us. Would recommend this place to anyone!!!

It was a great location located on the canal. We fished of the dock, kayaking and saw 2 manatee. The kayak was a two seater but I took it by myself with no problem. Getting it back on the dock did require some brut strength lol but worth the trip. The city pier is right there with free fishing, good restaurant. Lots to watch. Great shops all down pine ave. My favorite and best priced was the one that had a bunch of shops in one I can't remember the name. Loved the mermaid tear necklace I got. The general store a must. Nice delicious treats. The condo was great had some supplies on hand so you didn't have to buy everything at first. Beds comfortable, shower wonderful, the washer and dryer were an added bonus. It is on the second floor. Great view of canal. You either have to walk or drive to beach and there aren't alot you can park at but there are some. Wonderful safe location.

Enjoyable 10 day stay

We had a nice extended stay here. Outside area was well kept and quiet. Unit was Small, but Very nicely decorated, view of canal and partial view of bay from living room, comfortable beds, checkin and check out easy. Would probably be too cramped for my liking if traveling with 4 - 5 adults though. Appreciated the access to dock with kayak. We enjoyed kayaking the Canal and out to the pier one day. We probably would have kayaked more but found it slightly challenging to launch from there but it is doable. We rented a pontoon for 3 days and was able to keep it there saving us an extra fee to rent a slip at a marina. Location was great with easy access to Pine Ave and City Pier. Was nice having the extra supplies of coffee filters, dishwasher tablets, additional garbage bags and toilet paper, detergent and fabric softener for the convenient washer and dryer located in the unit. (Not sure if these are normally included or left by other guests) . We were also happy to have the closet with beach items and the provided beach cart as well as the provided beach towels. Closet Had everything we needed including a small cooler for our days at the beach. My only recommendations would be the need for some additional skillets. We don’t do alot of cooking but do like to fix breakfast in the mornings. Refrigerator is older with no icemaker, but 4 icetrays are provided so we could stockpile ice for the cooler. Unit is showing signs of a needed deeper cleaning and a couple light bulbs were out but nothing that would deter us from staying again. We were happy with our stay and enjoyed our 10 day vacation on the island.

The communication with the hosts was fantastic! The location, for us, was the best! We had everything we needed and there as a washer/dryer in the unit. I would love to stay there again!

We had a great holiday at bungalow on the bayou. The apartment worked really well for us, great location and feel and we really enjoyed using the kayak in the bayou. Would definitely stay again if we return to AMI.

Amazing place to stay with everything you will need!

My family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Had an amazing time! We went fishing with Jarod McKenzie and caught lots of fish for dinners. We brought fishing gear to fish on our own also. The location of the condo was close to fishing peers and resturants as well as rental places for gear. The condo comes witj many things to ise. We loved it!!!.

Perfect location, some disappointments

Overall staying in The Bayou was good…you can not beat the location! Being steps away from the bay and having water views is really nice! The place is cutely decorated, the beds were very comfortable (imp if you have back issues) and having the use of a kayak every day was awesome. Communication with Mike was easy and he responded quickly. Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the property. The main living area and bedrooms were mostly clean… but the bathroom was not and there were other things that were not clean. But Mike took responsibility for what should have been cleaned and was very willing to reimburse cleaning fee expenses at my request to compensate for what I had to clean. He is also going to address and take care of some things in the condo that need attention. So all of that is good for those that stay there going forward!

Wonderful stay!!!

Loved the condo so much!!! It’s so cute and cozy!!! Beautiful view of the bay and great location!!! Loved being able to walk everywhere and my husband loved fishing on the pier only a few steps away!!! Mike was so helpful and checked on us and was always available if needed. So very attentive !!! You can’t go wrong with this place!!!

Lisa and I have been married for 20 years. We have three wonderful kids. Our daughter is 17, and our two sons are 15 and 13. I have been here since 1972 and and Lisa has been here since 1985. We live about 30 minutes from the bungalow.

Growing up about 15 minutes off the island and enjoying the beach so much, my wife, three kids and I decided to purchase our piece of paradise. We found this "bungalow" in the Bayou and just couldn't pass it up. We knew we wanted to be on the water with our own boat dock and on the north end of Anna Maria. We found this location to be absolutely perfect. The views are incredible. Anna Maria Sound view's galore.

We absolutely fell in love with this the moment we saw it. It had the dock we wanted, the water views and was on the best street on the island. Once you get here, you can park your car for the remainder of your stay. The free trolley runs everyday. Absolute paradise!
