Tämä 6 makuuhuoneen 7. 5 kylpyhuoneen ekstravagantti koti on hiljattain rakennettu (juuri rakennettu vuonna 2016), josta on upeat näkymät merelle, avoin konsepti pohjapiirros ja huippuluokan sisustus ja laitteet. Tämä koti sopii mainiosti lapsiperheille tai ryhmille, koska siinä on kolmannen kerroksen mediahuone, jossa on pelejä ja yksityisiä televisioita jokaiselle sängylle, ja se pitää varmasti kaikki viihdyttävänä. This is an amazing home. Brought my family and they loved it. We have stayed in 3 different homes in this community. Love the community and 21 Singleton is an awesome home. Also Andi with the property management group is the best in the business. Highly recommend the property and the property management group.

Family Trip

“Best family trip EVER” is what my grand princess said about our experience. We have taken a family trip (9 adults and 3 princesses) every year for the past 3 years. This home, its location and accommodations by far are the best so far. We will definitely use this house next year

Disappointment

The house is in a great location; however we had several issues that were never properly addressed - broken refrigerator door, bugs in kitchen, lack of hot water in some sinks, broken sink stopper.

Spectacular Beach Front ome

This home is located right on a beautiful stretch of beach in Hilton Head. The home is immaculate and well stocked with dishes, cookware, linens, etc. The property managers are responsive and easy to get in touch with if needed. We have been staying here annually for 9 years and plan to keep returning as long as we can!! I highly recommend this location.

Really nice home, very comfortable. Very well appointed, very well laid out, nice and spacious and high quality all around. The pool was terrific for our grand kids and the front patio space surrounding it is really nice. Our hosting rental company took good care of us. This location is great - very close to food shopping and more. And the beach here is wide and beautiful. All-in-all a really special place and a great stay.

Wonderful Family Birthday Celebration

We had a wonderful stay. The house felt like it was designed for our family. We had a family with the youngest and most lively group on the top floor. The next floor was for those who were a bit quieter and the main floor bedroom with the greatest privacy. We had one problem with the coffee maker not having a pot but that was replaced very quickly. The other minor things, a leaky freezer related to the ice maker and some falling paint, that we reported did not influence our stay and we were told they would be addressed after our stay. We found the entire process very smooth.

Very nice place

We arrived and the first impression is that it is a really great house. It was right it is a really great house. There was a few problems but they were quickly addressed by the rental agency. Love the garage being so deep that it could accommodate all of the cars we had. The one issue was the third floor bedroom facing the marsh. The window in the bathroom could use a window treatment or something on the glass for privacy. Other than that its a fantastic house for a large group.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great except two things. The ice maker in the main refrigerator didn’t work and we had to buy lots of ice. And the construction two doors down was so loud at times it was unenjoyable to be outside. Other than that things were fine.

Annual Family Vacation

Our family of 12 enjoys being under one roof. This house was perfect with plenty of room for gathering together and bedrooms with baths for all to have their privacy. The close walk to beach and view of the ocean from the kitchen and living area created a peaceful view.

Exceptional Waterfront Experience

Impressive property with a serene color palette and exceptional ocean views through a wall of windows. Short walk to the water's edge. Outdoor space includes a pool and adequate seating to enjoy sun and ocean waves. Perfect for individuals or large groups seeking a low stress waterfront vacation. Looking forward to a repeat visit!

Also love that there are 3 king suites oceanfront.We had some maintenance issues with the pool, however the property management was very professional in their handling of it. I do think the propane tanks should have been filled/checked before our arrival though as we did ask for pool heat. All in all though, the management company was very responsive and our group very satisfied. Thanks for another great stay!

The Perfect Place

The house was perfect for our crew! We loved being right on the beach! All of the bedrooms had their own bathroom which was wonderful! Highly recommend this house!

Great house in great location

Our 9 adult, 9 children family vacation party comfortably fit very well in this large house, right on the beach. The pool is tiny, but our kids still loved it, swimming as many as 7 at a time. And the real value is being directly on the ocean, seeing and hearing the ocean from your bedroom, and easily walking to and from the beach multiple times a day, including with young children. The house is spacious and new. The garage refrigerator was broke when we arrived, and was not fixed during our stay, but the proper managers were easy to talk with over text, if unable to provide a time when the fridge would be fixed. (With 18 people, it is hard to keep both food and drinks cold with just one normal fridge in the kitchen , but there is a wine cooler too.) Overall, highly recommended

Had adequate space and the rooms were beautifully decorated. The view was to die for! The staff at Vacation Homes of HHI were wonderful to work with. Would stay at this property again and highly recommend using Vacation Homes!
