Söpö koti kaadetaan metsässä rauhallisella kadulla Granlibakkenin naapurustossa. Kotona on 3 makuuhuonetta, joissa on parvi, ja siinä on suuri takakansi. Hotelli sijaitsee kätevästi lähellä Tahoe Cityn keskustaa, Paige Meadows -reitin varrella, ja hyvin yksityinen. Sijaitsee hiihtoalueen alussa, suuri kaikille tasoille! Tämä Granlibakkenin koti on moderni klassinen mökki. Pääset kotiin käärimäisen kannen etupuolelta viihtyisään olohuoneeseen, jossa on holvikatto, takka ja runsaasti mukavia istuimia kaikille vieraille.

Löydät kolme makuuhuonetta sekä parvi nukkumiseen! Master-sviitissä on king-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta sijaitsevat lähellä. Makuuhuone 2 on queen-size-vuode, jossa on petauspatja ja makuuhuone 3 sisältää 2 erillistä vuodetta. Toinen kylpyhuone sijaitsee kätevästi näiden 3 huoneen välissä. Yläkerrassa on parvi, joka on täydellinen koko. Parvella on runsaasti yksityisyyttä, ja siinä on hauskoja rocking-tuoleja, televisio ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta.

Takaportista löydät henkeäsalpaavat näkymät loputtomille puunpinnoille, kun unohdat metsää. Talon alapuolella on Granlibakken-lomakeskuksen tai Tahoe Cityn (noin 1. 2 mailin) suuntainen polku. Ajoradan vieressä on Paige-niittyihin johtava polun pää. Se sopii erinomaisesti patikointiin, pyöräilyyn ja tutustumiseen!

Perfect quiet gateway

My family and I needed a place to stay while visiting my son and girlfriend who are seasonal workers in Tahoe. This house was perfect. We had plenty of room for everybody. There was a card table big enough to set up our Christmas puzzle; the kitchen table was perfect for boardgames; the living room was cozy; there is a trail just outside the house, and a nice bakery close-by. I would definitely stay there again if we go visit again.

Mixed review

I think the property manager was good. But the description of the property was inaccurate. The was no Netflix. We tried "fixing" the problem with the guidance of the property manager, but in the end it was futile because the Samsung TV is too old. This should have been discovered a long time ago. We ended up wasting about 4 hours on this issue. Also, regarding on-site supplies... not even salt??? How cheap is that? It's getting so bad a Tahoe that you can't even depend on TP at rentals anymore. It's so sad that it has come to this.

Quaint & Peaceful

Our family had a wonderful week at Tahoe City. The house was clean and very quiet. Loved the trails outside of the house. Would stay here again. The house is very convenient to see and explore Lake Tahoe and also Truckee. We really enjoyed it.

4th of July week

The property has a wonderful location, is clean. However some things are very dated, which made the price for the home a bit overpriced. I do know we were there during a very busy week. The kitchen had very used, chipped plates, bowls and not enough of them for the 6 of us staying there. very old used plastic cups you would get free at amusement park or event. Same with the wine glasses, none matched and all were branded from various wineries… not great, especially being in California, lots of wine to drink. All cutlery very beat up and knifes were so dull they were unusable and not to mention very unsafe. The linens in the kids room were very musty and the linens in the loft smelled of bonfire from a previous renter.

Why would you stay anywhere else?

This cute little cabin has everything you need to keep a family happy! Well stocked kitchen GREAT for cooking! Large deck, on property hiking & bike trails. You can easily walk into town for coffee, lunch or a pastry. Close to the market, even an area to play horseshoes! Fun, fun FUN!!!

The house itself was very clean, and beds were comfortable. The nice large deck was perfect for hanging outside eating and playing cards. The location of the house is in the corner lot, so there’s plenty of yard space for kids to run around. The back deck overlooks the redwood trees and has a trail that goes right passed the house on two sides. We actually biked from the house to downtown with my 10 year old. The inside is super roomy and we had everything we needed to make family dinners throughout the week. My only complaint was the hot water. For such a big house I would have expected there would be more hot water that for two 10 min showers. Some bonus recommendations - would be great if they installed ceiling fans in the bedrooms - it’s a little hot in July, add more board games, and the back porch needs a swing! All in all, would definitely rent from here again!!

Lovely and Private

This house was ideal. Close to Tahoe City but also near to all that we wanted to do while in Tahoe. Private back deck was excellent for dinners & morning coffee - no neighbors… but cool air and woods. Right on path to Page Meadows which was a 5mi hike.

Awesome location, great house.

The house backs up to the forest and at the start of a nice 5 mile hike. The location is awesome. The bed was comfy and the house had everything needed (fast wifi). The master bed shower was a bit small, but worked.
