Tämä kunnostettu king makuuhuoneen duplex-allas koti sijaitsee hiljaisella kadulla lähellä kaikkia ravintoloita ja kauppoja Times Square / Pier alueella. Koska ranta vain puoli korttelin päässä voit olla molempien maailmojen parhaat puolet. Tämä rauhallinen ulkoallas, Tiki Bar ja BBQ tuoretta kalaa meidän paikallisilla markkinoilla oman kaasugrilli. Sisällä avoin käsite olohuone on olohuone, jossa on 42-tuumainen taulutelevisio, ruokailutila ja fantastinen, hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Vuokrat toinen puoli alennettuun hintaan ja on yksi iso kaksi kuningasta makuuhuoneen yksikössä.

Kuningas makuuhuoneessa on taulutelevisio ja runsaasti tallennustilaa asioita. Sohvalla ja rakkautta istuin olohuoneessa taittaa nukkumaan kolme enemmän ihmisiä, nukkuminen 5 yhteensä sillä puolella. On lukittava ovi, joka voi olla avoinna toiselle puolelle, joka nukkuu 4, jolloin koko nukkuminen 9 yhteensä. Jos varaat molemmat puolet, toinen puoli on puolihinta lukuun ottamatta kausi.

The apartmemt was very cozy. The tiki bar was very nice. The pool was great with water so relaxing. We would definately go back again. We had a nice stay being so close to the ocean.

Semi-Private pool and yard, comfortable stay

The good: clean, well apportioned property, great communication with host. Convenient location to beach and Times Square. Very comfortable and relaxing.The only negative was the size of the shower, which is barely large enough for an average sized adult. We would definitely stay again if in the area. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Little Spot to Explore Ft. Myers

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect to explore Ft Myers Beach and easy to in and out of the area when we left the Island. The pool and bar area are great as well. Tess was quick to respond when we had a question and checkin/checkout were super easy. Highly recommend!!

good time, nice quaint place.

I had my two teenage grandsons there and they enjoyed the pool until the wee hours of morning, and the beach was a short walk. Everything is still pretty sad, but they are rebuilding and coming back. Would stay again for sure.

Perfect for Small group

The property was perfect for my son and I to stay during a tournament. The location was exactly what I was looking for- walking distance and close to beach access and close to restaurants, etc. House had everything we needed for the 2 of us and we loved that another family could stay in connecting room. Pool was good size and everything was clean. Would recommend for a small family or 2 couples.

Great Time

We have stayed in some good places. This was one of the better ones. Location was perfect house was great pool was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. The option to rent out the second unit is perfect for small group of friends or family.

Much needed get away!

Had a wonderful time lounging by the pool everyday! The hubby enjoyed sitting by the tiki bar!!! Beach and Time square is just a short walk from the house, made it convenient not to have to drive many places!! This is our 2nd stay at this Property & most likely not our last!!

Amazing week in Ft. Myers Beach

We loved staying close to the beach and the pool was WARM and clean! I was worried about the devestation in FMB post Hurricane Ian and although it's very much still in the process of being rebuilt, we still had an incredible vacation. The beach was very busy and clean and there are plenty of restaurants open. I'm already planning our next trip back! Don't hesitate to book any of Tess's properties. She is one of the best VRBO hosts I've had.

Perfect location

Location is close to Time Square yet far enough to avoid the noise. Still a lot of construction going on but it’s to be expected based on the devastation that the island is trying to overcome. Tess was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Rooms were. Lean and comfortable. Would stay here again.Glad to be able to support the island economy.

An adequate place in a great location

This is an adequate duplex with a nice pool. The furnishings and linens are basic. It could use more attention to detail. However, the location is excellent! Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Sunrise In Paradise

The condo was very quite. There is room for 2. I would not like any more then that. The pool and teki bar are fantastic. We enjoyed it's relaxing atmosphier We also were lucky enough to have the pool to ourself, no one booked that week on the other side. Such a short walk to the beach. We would do this again. Great owners!!! Very inormative!

Fantastic beach getaway

We took our 13 yr old daughter for a girls trip beach getaway and this was perfect. We were 2 houses and across the street from the beach. It was just enough for us. Shower is a stand only so it’s little bit other than that everything was great. The area is working on rebuilding from Ian but this was clean and fixed since then and provided quick access to the beach which was our entire goal.

Outside Area was Amazing and House was Comfortable

I stayed for 3 nights with 2 teenagers and this house was so comfortable and the outside area was amazing! This is the first time I have not stayed right on the beach and I honestly did not miss it. We were such a short walk to the beach and they provided everything you could possibly think of at the house. There was even sunscreen and aloe. We will definitely book again!

Wonderful FMB getaway

Tess has thought of everything to make your stay perfect! The beach chairs, towels, wagon and rolling coolers were perfect for our beach days and our afternoons poolside were amazing with the plenty of seating, pool toys, blender for drinks and amply heated pool. Bed was comfortable (and hide a bed wasn't too bad either!) but sheets could be replaced (elastic seemed worn on king fitted sheet). If she ever has openings again in January we would book this place in a heartbeat! Was perfect to rent with our family renting both units of the duplex.

Perfect getaway for 2 Couples

Post Ian, I would definitely have to give this place an A+. Yes, the place is not huge, but we were here to sleep at night and hang at the pool all day. The pool area is perfect and the location is only .7 miles from Time Square area. We are definitely trying to book this place again next year, which we will have to do soon because this place will book fast. I do recommend that if you book it, book both sides with Tess, that way you don't have to worry about who you are sharing the pool area with. This truly was a great vacation. Thank you Tess!!! Dan

Great trip

This place was super close to the ocean which was awesome. The pool and backyard was amazing. Fridge and ice in the backyard. Owner did go into the unit when my son was sleeping and I was out on a walk. It was around 9 am and he’s 15. I did not think that was ok. Otherwise things went well.

Great budget friendly house with a pool

We had a relaxing trip to sunshine cove and nook. The area is still VERY devastated so we were glad to see construction and repairs happening all around. The beach is close and the pool was great. We rented both sides to have the pool and backyard to ourselves. The owners were hands off yet quick to reply anytime we needed them! The air conditioning kept up with the record heat and the beds were comfortable. We cooked almost every night and had all the tools/appliances we needed. We had cinnamon rolls from Mom’s, tacos from Yo Taco and ate at Pincher’s as well so there are places that are open. Tess gave us a list of many more. Looking forward to returning next year and seeing the continued recovery of FMB.

We own Sunshine Nook, and Sunshine Cove #786984 a king bedroom each side with a lock out door, Tiki bar and pool , Heavenly Tropics, a four king bedroom, three bath, Tiki bar, pool Beach House up two king bedroom, one bath, Beach House Down a two king bedroom, one bath and Paradise Cove #703372 and Paradise Cove II #1347701, located side by side and each sleeping ten with pool, Tiki bar, and canal. We are in Fort Myers Beach all winter. During the summer we are in Minnesota to be close to our four children, their spouses and our 10 grandchildren. We travel back and forth to Fort Myers during the summer and we have friends in Fort Myers Beach who help us out also. During the winter we are snowbirds and reside in Fort Myers Beach which we of course love! The kids do come and visit. We have retired from the family car lot and have let the kids take over. Our new passion is property management. We now have 9 properties on Fort Myers Beach so if you want other options or if this properties calendar is full, please contact us anyway. Thanks! Pictures do not do this property justice! You are close enough to walk everywhere and far enough away to sit on the patio/ Tiki Bar or swim in the heated pool and feel as if you are on a private island. The best part is that you are only 1/2 a block to the beach.

Sitting under the Tiki Bar/ pool area is magical! The heated pool will help you forget the blustery winter weather you left behind! Once you have relaxed take a 10 minute walk to Times Square to visit our tropical themed shops.
