Padre Beach View 214 on suuri aarre Padre Islandilla! Tule tutustumaan saariin rentoutuen tässä keskeisellä paikalla sijaitsevassa uudessa 3 makuuhuoneen / 2 ½-kylpyläkaupungissa. Vain askeleen päässä Meksikonlahden turmeltumattomilta vesiltä! Virkistä sielusi meren rannalla tai virkistävällä suolavesialtaalla, joka lämmitetään ympäri vuoden. Näkymä omalta parvekkeeltasi vie hengästyneesi kuuntelemalla kaatuu-aaltoja tai nauttimaan upeasta auringonnoususta.
Tämä 2-kerroksinen kaupunkiasunto on avoin konsepti oleskelu-ja ruokailutila alakerrassa kaunis keittiö täydellinen graniitti työtasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet ja kaikki keittiö mukavuudet. Puolet kylpyamme ja pesutupa on myös alakerrassa ja täysin varustettu pesukone, kuivausrumpu, silityslauta ja silitysrauta. Sisustettu, yksityinen patio sisältää bar-b-q grilli ja piknik-pöydän ulkona kypsentämiseen. Kaikki 3 makuuhuonetta ovat yläkerrassa, toisessa king-size-vuoteessa, master-sviitti, jossa on queen-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Kerrossängyssä on kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä ja vyöryä. Muita vieraita voi löytää lohdutuksen vuodesohva oleskelutilassa tai täysikokoinen futon parvella. Mukavasti nukkuu jopa 12 vierasta.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. We were in town for a family members birthday celebration and our distant family enjoyed spending the rest of the weekend here. Took advantage of the pool and close beach access.Only minor issues was on the first day the HVAC took a minute to cool down the upper rooms but after the first night it felt a lot better. Will book again.

Beautiful clean townhome in a great location

We stayed for a few nights on Spring Break with my 2 daughters and dog. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was walking distance to the beach which was great when wr needed to take the dog out for her business. The yard was all rock which is great for maintenance but not so great for our dog who is spoiled to grass for bathroom breaks. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Vacation Weekend

Steps to the beach!

Loved our weekend getaway from San Antonio. The property is a few minutes walk from the beach and activities. Enjoyed the close proximity of reserved parking and ample room for our family of four and pet labrador. Looking forward to returning real soon!

Wonderful family time!

Great place to spend time with family! Had so much fun swimming, beach time, cooking, playing games and watching movies, all in one place! So much for everyone to enjoy! Great location and hosts had everything ready! Will be back!

Great family time!

Fabulous place for family getaway!

Our second stay at Starfish and Coffee and this year was just as great as last year. The location is perfect - right across the street from a beach path, the owners are responsive and helpful, the kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are comfortable, on and on! We will go back again and again. Corpus is a hidden gem!

Wonderful family vacation!

This condo was a perfect fit for our family of 5 and our dog. Clean, roomy and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. The gated back yard area was the perfect place to sit out at the picnic table. The pool was warm and big - a great place to hang out when it was too cold or windy at the beach. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this condo the next time we come down to Texas!

Beach Trip July 2023

Gorgeous Unit

It was just as advertised. Clean and well appointed. Very convenient and the street parking was an extra surprise! Right out the front door. The owners were great to work with and responded quickly. We definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay on N Padre Island.

Beauty and the Beach!

My family had the best time. It was our first time to stay here and we are already talking about our next trip. The property had an amazing view from the balcony. It had all the stuff you could need, towels, beach toys, grill, and kitchen utensils. We had plenty of space for 8 of us and our dog. The owners were attentive and even text to let us know about the special moon rise which our girls absolutely loved. They spent hours on the balcony just chatting and enjoying it. Highly recommend this place for your next trip!

Everything that we needed!

We were very comfortable during our July 4th stay. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed. We didn't end up using it, but there were even camping chairs and a travel crib! The location is great for beach access and the pool is really nice. The unit is far enough on the property from the pool and parking to not be noisy, but close enough to be convenient. The only negatives, which weren't deal breakers was the lower limit on the air conditioner (we're a 68 at night household), the primary bedroom isn't very dark at night due to the balcony door - great view, though!-, and there isn't a great place to take dogs on business walks (but that's an island problem, not the property). Overall, we were extremely happy with our accommodations and communication with the host was great!

Neat and spacious condo with great location

We stayed there for Memorial's Day weekend with another friend's family. There were total 7 adults and 4 kids. The condo suited us very comfortably. It was maintained very well. You can't beat the location as well. It's 300 ft away from the trail to the Whitecap beach. Our kids also enjoyed the communal pool which is a few steps away. We really enjoyed the stay there. The only improvement I could suggest is to have dish wash machine soup handy. We had to drive around at night to look for that. Other than that, we were very happy with it.

“Roaches everywhere”

The condo has roaches everywhere. And on top of that the owner/Management knew about it before they rented it out to us. They did come back to re-spray, but it didn’t take care of the issue. They said it’s been an ongoing issue for about a month! Thankfully we had some friends staying at nearby condos, so we were able to cook and keep our food there. It’s Unfortunate that we had that problem, because the location of the property is actually pretty great. And with it having a heated pool it was a big plus.

Perfect beach access!

This house is perfectly decorated and super close to the beach! We walked in and were instantly impressed with the layout/decor! We are a family of 5, and this condo was perfect for us! The teenagers loved having the beach right out the gate! And we loved watching the gorgeous sunrise right from the master patio! The dining table accommodated all of us (huge plus - other places we looked at couldn’t do this!). Loved having utensils, pots, pans, etc! When we had questions, the owners were very easy to reach and responded quickly. The beds were comfy and the towels were soft! We did the H-E-B curbside pickup and got our food on our way in...huge time saver!! Everything is close by - the farthest we ventured was to the aquarium and that was only 30 minutes. It was the perfect spot to build some wonderful family memories before sending our daughter off to college in 2 weeks! We will definitely be looking for an opportunity to come back to this home! 🤩

Another Great Stay!

This is our third time staying at Starfish & Coffee and I am sure it won't be the last! Once a again, we had a great time! Loved the location to the beach! This property was an ideal investment for us because we love the beach and it is close enough to just pack a picnic and walk over. The kids can always find something to do, there are plenty of areas to explore and we are close enough to enjoy all the opportunities Corpus Christi has to offer.

The view from the balcony was the sealer of the deal for us. We can wake up to coffee and sunrise over the water. Or after sunset you can enjoy the moon rise as it's light reflects over the ocean waves. It is so close to restaurants and bars when we want to spend the evening out; some are even within walking distance. The open kitchen/living room concept invites plenty of room for entertaining guests.
