"Steele Oceanfront House" on koti, joka antaa sinulle ja vieraillesi ennakkovarauksen tuleviksi vuosiksi! Nauti siitä korkeat katot, gourmet-keittiö, ylelliset kalusteet ja NÄKYMÄ! Täydellinen perhekoti DeBordieun rantalomalle. Ihanan sisustettu ja tilava tässä neljän makuuhuoneen kodissa on kaksi king-size-sviittiä alemmalla tasolla sekä avoin oleskelu- / ruokailu- ja keittiöyhdistelmä. Leveä kuisti ja seulottu alue Oceanside-alueella tekevät täydellisen paikan rentoutua ja nauttia täydellisestä Etelä-Carolinan säästä. Yläkerran vieraat löytävät kaksi ylimääräistä makuuhuonetta, joissa on oma kylpyhuone ja lisäksi olohuoneen parvekkeella, jolta on näköala rannalle. Alakerrassa on olohuoneesta avautuva sohva vedettävällä sohvalla, jota voitaisiin käyttää 5. makuuhuoneena. Wifi, kaapeli, klubipalvelujen käyttö (golf / tennis / ruokailutilat / uima-altaat), hissi, hiiligrilli, autotalli, rantatuoleja, rantaleluja ja paljon muuta! DeBordieu on todella yksi Grand Strandin alueen parhaimmista salaisuuksista. Paikka, jossa perheet lomailevat päästäkseen hälinästä. Otherwise, we had a wonderful vacation. This was our second stay at High Cotton, which is in a perfect location. We love DeBordieu and have been vacationing there for ~20 years. The house was clean, well-appointed, and well-maintained. High Cotton perfectly fits our family's needs. We hope to return again.

Wonderful stay

Such a lovely place to enjoy some slow paced, family time. Only complaint were the ants in the kitchen. They got to all of our dry groceries and while management quickly brought traps and spray, it wasn’t enough to keep them away. The ants stayed with us all weekend which was not ideal for the premium, we we’re happy to pay, to be there. Otherwise, everything was lovely and we look forward to staying there again soon - sans ants.

Beautiful. But...

For the most part we had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful. Unfortunately there had been a dog in the house a week prior and we were greeted with feces and a urine soaked rug in the office of the home which we needed as an extra bedroom. Very unfortunate.

This is a great house! The view is OUTSTANDING! You feel like the house is actually on the water. Our families were very comfortable and the layout was fantastic. House was clean and orderly. There were some stains on the upstairs sectional and some construction that was extremely noisy going on next door but the latter was only for a few hours a day and luckily didn't disturb us too much. Aside from those two things it was pretty close to perfect! Would come back to this house in a heartbeat and certainly hope to do just that!

You also can’t beat the location as it’s perfectly placed steps away from water. We watched beautiful sunrises with dolphins playing in the water, and then the dramatic shift of a storm coming in off the back porch. A short walk from the house gets you to the wildlife preserve area of beach which is so serene. Very hard place to leave and we will definitely be returning as often as possible.
