The home was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The views from the house were amazing. The house was on a beautiful street and just a short walk to the beach. The drive to downtown was just a few minutes. Fantastic property!

What we loved: The multiple living areas. The piano. The roof deck. Most bedrooms had bathrooms. Very nice Mitsubishi Split AC system in each room
 as long as you understand how they all work “together”. What surprised us: Keurig maker and ground coffee maker AND French press
 but no “starter” coffee of any kind. Bring your own creamer AND sugar, too! The wife didn’t like the musty smell, which did dissipate a bit after a couple days of running the AC. “Waterfront” was a bit of a misnomer. A long path past neighbor houses with maybe 10’ of a very overgrown access to the pond. No place to dip your toes in the water without navigating through the weedy, swampy “waterfront”. Still, all in all, we would consider coming back, now that we know what to expect.

Lovely water views

We arrived and got in fine and the house was expected except that the yard was a mess overgrown and unsightly. I called Vacasa and was told they couldn’t come because of the storm. On Saturday and Sunday, sunny day, the neighbors on each side had the grass mowed. We were there 6 days and couldn’t use the yard with grandchildren.

A home you don't want to leave!

Great house to visit on beautiful mill rd. Beach is within walking distance and the home is very nice. The two livings rooms give the home a lot of versatility. The roof top deck was wonderful and gave great views of the boats leaving woods hole. Recommended stay for a relaxing time.

Beautiful Location.

Great location between the ponds & ocean. Great deck & family rooms to entertain in. Beautiful Kitchen. Smaller EIK area but definitely doable.. a few negatives do exist though. There's a row boat in the photos down by the pond on this property. I just assumed , as with other beech properties, we would be able to use it & was very much looking forward to that. The boat has a hole in it making it unusable,, The furnishings are from 60's 70's but we still love the interior of the home. It was spacious, airy, & comfortable. The home defiantly needs some interior upkeep.. One bathroom had paint chipping off the shower ceiling into the shower...our M.bath had the toilet the paper roll constantly falling out of the wall & not secure.. & the house apparently did not have guests there previously so when we asked if we could get in earlier then 4pm,(we were there for a family funeral), we were not granted permission... But our Rep Vanessa was one of the best reps we have ever dealt with. She was quick to respond, helpful & clear with instructions. A pleasure to work with. This place does have high fees compared to most & they would not budge on waiving or reducing them.. Maybe it wasn't her call to let us in early or reduce those fees....Overall this is place has much to offer for a Cape vacation. I definitely recommend it...

Needs some TLC

The location of the home is great. Only a short distance to beach and downtown. Beautiful view from rooftop and great neighborhood to walk. Description does not tell you that there is a space above the garage (connected to the house, not a separate garage), where someone is living while you are staying there. Check in instructions were sent the day before and was told then, and they explained it was the person that helped with the landscaping. What landscaping? lol.. The exterior of the home needs a little attention. The landscaping is way overgrown, weeds are overtaking the bushes and pathways to the house. The kitchen has been remodeled and in good shape. Furniture in living spaces are dated and soiled. We found a pair of men’s pj’s behind bed in master bedroom. Cleaning crew should have found those items if they cleaned properly before we arrived. There were children’s gel stickers and finger prints on the sliding door and windows. Also, children’s toys were lying around. Toilet paper holder in master bath was barely hanging on wall. Spider webs throughout house. While staying there, a man came to house asking to come in to get trash from garage. Never notified of this. Could be a very nice place to stay but needs some attention to detail, inside and outside, CLEANING DETAIL.

Perfect Family Getaway

Loved the proximity to the library, beach, bike path, Beebe Woods, coffee and more – a perfect way to visit with my partner’s parents (and revisit favorite spots from my childhood growing up in Falmouth).

Great home. Needs some love though.

This home was not our first choice, there was a complication with our rented home (no keys in the lockbox), and this was our other option as a replacement for our stay. The location of this home is perfect, half a mile to a public beach, and an easy walk to the center of town. The home is great, but it needs a little love. We found cobwebs all throughout the home, and even walked into a few down the hallways and going up the stairs. Multiple lightbulbs are burned out in the home. The Jacuzzi tub is broken, which was not a big deal for us. The toilet paper roll in the master bedroom is half ripped off the wall, I find it hard to believe that the cleaning crew didn’t know that it was falling out of the wall when they cleaned the bathroom
 it was the first thing I saw when I walked into the bathroom. The home does have a musty smell, but that is common with beach homes. The crows nest or widows watch, whatever you want to call it, had incredible views of the area. My only concern with that is that the stairs are all painted the same, and it is hard to differentiate between the steps on the way down. The previous owner of the home was an artist and her artwork is displayed throughout the home. The yard is quite overgrown, the bushes need to be trimmed back on the pathway leading up to the house. We saw many animals in the yard; a mama, duck, and her four babies, multiple bunnies, and a fawn. All in all a very nice house just needs a little love and attention.

Perfect location

The location was south of Falmouth on the way to Woods Hole between 2 ponds. Beautiful views from the widow’s walk. The vintage decorations were nice. The kitchen was set up for cooking. We had 3 couples and it was the perfect size with 3 bathrooms.

The house is very nice, but the beds are very hard.

The beds are very hard. It made the stay not the best. The house is pretty but that was something all of us had trouble with.

Great location. House dated and very hot!

Location was great and view from deck beautiful but house was ridiculously dated, beds uncomfortable and while we knew there was no AC the tiny fans provided were useless

Great location. Easy walk to beach. Canoe use in pond in backyard. Fantastic view from deck. BUT ridiculously hot with inadequate tiny fans

Nice, but could be better

The house location is great with excellent deck views. However the house needs bedroom renovations such as curtains, blinds, new mattresses and bedding etc. Our biggest let down was being told the House was A/C throughout with window units but there was only one in one bedroom. During a hot summer week with little children, this was an issue for us. Otherwise the house is nice and again location is great.
