Kyse näkymät .... ja LOCATION .... ja mukavuutta !! Tämä on huoneisto, jossa mökki tuntuu ja sisustus joka vangitsee rannalla. Meillä on kaikki! Tule rentoutua hyvin ansaittu loma rannalla! Kyydissä kolmannessa kerroksessa, huoneisto on täydellinen panoraamanäkymistä laiturilta laiturille. Se on tarpeeksi lähellä kaikkia mielenkiintoisia toimia Boardwalk, mutta riittävän kaukana väkijoukkoja antaa rauhassa.

Mitä muuta voisi toivoa? Vierailustasi tulee unohtumaton ja vaivatonta, koska tämä tilava huoneisto, täynnä valoa, on kaikki mitä tarvitset stressitön, hauskaa pakopaikka koko perheelle. Jopa Uusittu keittiö, aamiaisbaarilla ja ruokailutila, tulvii ranta ja merinäköala. Keittiö on hyvin varustettu kaikki perusasiat, kun päätät syödä. Värikäs, Beachy makuuhuonetta nukkua 6 mukavasti. Lakanat, pyyhkeet ja ranta pyyhkeet ovat kaikki mukana ilman lisämaksua. (Myös NO siivousmaksu tacked laskussa!)

Poikkeukselliset näkymät merelle, joka huoneessa, antaa tuntia nautintoa kun katsella Pelicans, lokkeja, rantalinnut, ja pyöriäinen (ja ehkä jopa valaan!) . Salli aistejasi herättää merituulen. Ihastut korkeat tuolit parvekkeella niin näet kaiteen yli sijasta sen läpi!

Meidän varastointi komerossa vieressä oma ranta kävelytie on täynnä herkkuja joka vie pois huolet ostojen ja säästää rahaa! Löydät visiirit, jäähdyttimet, ranta tuolit, aurinkovarjo, hiekka leluja, ja boogie-levyt. On 2 yhteisön allasta (siivotaan päivittäin aikana kausi) ja 4 ulkona suihkut. Autokatos pysäköinti kaksi ajoneuvoa.

Carolina Beach tarjoaa valikoiman viihdettä, ravintoloita ja ostosmahdollisuuksia. Vietä aikaa veden ja iltaisin klo Boardwalk! Musiikkia huvimaja. Vapaa ilotulitus yli meren kesällä näkyy suoraan parvekkeelta! Ft. Fisher akvaarion on vain 5 minuutin alas rantaan. Kävele järven mela veneitä ja vapaa perheen elokuvia sunnuntai-iltaisin.

Wilmington on vain 15 minuutin ajomatkan museoihin, kärryajeluja, kaunis kartanoita ja historiallisia koteja, aave kävelee, taistelulaiva, ravintoloita, baareja, ja että loma kiertelyä ja jäätelöä! Käy niiden verkkosivuilla.

Great experience from booking through departure. Good restaurants within walking distance. Condo decor is fun, beachy, just as photographed. Nice quality linens and towels. Loved the loft bedroom and sitting area with great view of the beach. Great selection of games for all ages. Would definitely stay again!

We had a very nice week at Darlene and Jerry's home. It was spacious enough for our group of 6 and was well stocked. We loved the balcony the most, the view is gorgeous. We even spotted dolphins one time, with the help of the binoculars! We'd love to come back!

Loved staying at Darlene and Jerry’s place so much. The views are incredible - so nice to watch the waves roll in from the deck with a cup of coffee. Darlene has thought of everything for the condo - the space is beautifully decorated and had all the supplies we could’ve hoped for. The condo is in walking distance to some great spots for ice cream or lunch. Thank you, Darlene and Jerry, for sharing your beautiful place!!

Great place for a family vacation!

This condo is exactly as advertised. It was very clean, everything was well-maintained, and it had everything we needed (and more!). We really appreciated all of the information available on everything from local birds and stars to restaurants. There was plenty of space for our family of adults and teenagers. We loved the cheerful decor and the ocean views from every window (especially the window seat in the loft!). Everything went very smoothly and Darlene answered the few questions I had quickly. We were sorry to leave, and hope we can stay again sometime!

Great Turtle watching location

The location and view is amazing. If you love turtle watching it is perfect! The property was clean except for a black mold issue in the vents that impacted one of our family’s health. The owners are very nice but have issues renting to families with teenagers. They contacted us when insurance was purchased that was offered stating it was a “red flag to them since we had teenagers with us.” Overall amazing location to vacation and will return to the area at another location.

Communication with property owners was excellent prior to trip and during! Condo was clean. Fabulous oceanfront views from deck, dining area and loft bedroom. Towels, sheets and beach towels were included in price and of good quality. Parking directly under condo, beach access and pool access very close. Kitchen supplies and appliances well stocked. Beachy cottage decor. Darlene and Jerry included so many thoughtful extras ie: toiletries that you sometimes forget, games, paper products. This was our 1st VRBO and our 1st time to Carolina Beach. We had a great week!

Wonderful place with beautiful views!

The condo was beautiful. It was very clean and offered us everything we needed for a great vacation. The owners provide lots of extras (beach towels, beach games, toiletry stuff) if you forget something. The closet to store your beach supplies was a huge help, we brought stuff but it was not needed as the closet was packed full of everything you would need. Owners were great to work with and we went ahead and booked for next year. So many great restaurants close by and we had wonderful food every place we went. Can't want to come back next year. We used grocery delivery also which was super easy. Carolina beach has a great family feel and lots of mom and pop places.

Great Views

We enjoyed our week-long stay at this property! The oceanfront views truly are breathtaking. The condo is well maintained, cozy, and accommodating. A few things to note: (1) this is on the 3rd floor and there are a lot of steps, with no elevator…so groceries, heavy luggage, beach equipment can be a challenge (2) the loft is an amazing space, but extremely hot, even with the fans and window unit. It’s manageable though and not that bad, once you get use to it (3) there is a lot of decor which makes the condo very cozy and it’s obvious this is the owner’s home-away-from home and well taken care of, but it leaves very limited space for the guest’s items while staying there. Also have to be mindful of breakable wall decor with children, particularly in bathroom The turtle room is adorable and my daughter had a blast staying in that room for the week. She also got a kick out of having her very own tv in the room! We were able to watch the Thursday night fireworks from the balcony with no problem at all - perfect view! The condo is in a great location with a ton of walkability to restaurants, shops, ice cream, etc. The owners are super sweet and stay in touch throughout the stay to make sure everything is going well and to see if there is anything they can assist you with. It is very obvious that they care about not only their personal condo, but about the guests who stay there, which was very reassuring! We will certainly be back!

Just book this place!

This condo is simply amazing. I’ve stayed in beach properties yearly for around 20 years and I’ve never been in one that didn’t have sand in it until now. When I say it’s immaculate- I mean IMMACULATE. In addition, EVERYTHING is provided. Spices, ziploc bags, aluminum foil, toilet paper, tissues, body wash and even a cute bucket of items to help out if you forget! Ladies - she even supplies female items in both bathrooms. I’ve never EVER been in any rental that provided so much, anywhere. You also have beach towels and access to the storage closet - which is full of high quality items! Not cheap knock off stuff - but name brand chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, life jackets, even a fishing pole! As a parent - you know how hauling all the gear up 3 flights of steps is - but here you don’t have to! The window seat is my dream come true too, and the location is perfection. You can be on the beach in 4 minutes, pool in 2, great restaurants literally right across the street and the boardwalk is maybe a 10-15 min walk. This was our first visit here but it won’t be the last!

Stunning beach view from front balcony. It was a quiet spot, which we really enjoyed. Climbing up and down from the third floor was slightly daunting for these 68-year-old ladies, but we managed. The spiral staircase to the loft area is also better climbed with younger legs. Location is in walking distance to ice cream shops and several restaurants. We loved every minute of our time on the front and side porch areas. I would recommend offering more than one fob to get on the beach, as it made for some tricky timing for both of us--if one person wanted to walk the beach, the other one would have go 3 floors down to unlock the gate if she wanted to go a little later-- it was just inconvenient. Lots of games, DVDs, videos and books. Everything was thought of in terms of extras. Great communication with host.

We had a great time! The view was wonderful and Darlene is a fantastic host. Everything we needed was available, and they included a bucket of small items you might have forgotten in the bathrooms (toothbrush, shampoo, soap, razor, etc). The property has 2 pools and easy access to the beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we hope to come back.

Great place! This was a great stay. The owners were very easy to communicate with and the place was very clean and comfortable. The check in process was very easy and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and toiletries and the views were stunning. There are plenty of place to walk to for dining and entertainment. Definitely recommend staying here.

A Little Piece of Paradise

I have absolutely ZERO complaints about this place. It was just as described and more. We have been going to Carolina Beach for 17 years and I think we found our favorite this year. The entire condo is very well stocked. The views are amazing. I could sit on the couch and watch the ocean. For the Thursday night fireworks, we enjoyed those from the balcony. The location is great. Within walking distance to all of the area favorites. We will definitely return for our future visits! Thank you Darlene and Jerry for sharing your little piece of paradise and being such wonderful hosts! Your condo is everything you described and more!

Great location!

The location of this condo was fantastic! We really appreciated the excellent communication from the hosts. They thought of everything! Condo was very well stocked- salt & pepper, paper plates, cleaning supplies. We were traveling from out of state so being able to save space and not pack beach chairs and beach towels was a huge plus!

High school sweethearts, we re-united "late" in life and are making the most of every single moment...that's why we moved here permanently from Indianapolis (still Colts fans!) in the spring of 2015. Having lived in the condo for a year while our new home was being built down the road in Wilmington, results in a well-equipped condo...and us close by for any questions you might have.

Only family and friends have been invited to share our dream on the beach. Now, we invite YOU and your family and friends to join the fun. It's a place you just have to experience to appreciate! You will want to return year after year (like we did!). In the meantime, we wish you sandy toes, sunburned noses, and salty kisses on Carolina Beach.
