Olemme niin innoissamme lisätä tähän studioon meidän Waikiki Lomakohde. Waikiki Beachin ja Kapiolani-puiston kadun yli sijaitseva paratiisi tarjoaa esteettömät merinäkymät ja Diamond Head, puisto ja eläintarha.

Olemme etsineet asunnot 10 vuotta tässä rakennuksessa ja oli vihdoin ostaa tämän fantastinen studio. Olemme täysin uudistaneet tämän paratiisin parvekkeen uusilla graniittisovelluksilla, uudella täysikokoisella jääkaapilla, tiskialtaalla, laadukkaalla split-ilmastoinnilla, 40 "taulutelevisiolla ja paljon muuta.

Se on loistava paikka niille, jotka rakastavat ulkona. Kaunis Kapiolani-puisto ja ranta ovat kadun toisella puolella, jossa voit kävellä, juosta, surffata, boogie-aluksella, uida ja jopa vaeltaa Diamond Headia! Se on myös täydellinen paikka, jos makaa rannalla on liikuntamuoto!

Onko surf up? Vain katsoa ulos ikkunasta selville! On board vuokrat ja opetukset lähellä. Prime mopon paikka on 1 minuutin päässä! Vieressä on valtava alue ranta, joka on suojattu aallonmurtaja, joten se on kuin jättimäinen suolaisen veden allas. Kaikilla rannalla sijaitsevilla lähialueilla on hengenpelastajat.

High speed valokaapeli on juuri asennettu koko rakennuksessa, joka tarjoaa ilmainen WiFi ja teräväpiirtotelevisio. Televisio on kytketty internetiin ja voit katsella Netflixia, Amazon-videoita ja muita, joilla sinulla on tili.

Rakennuksessa on kaunis aula ja vastaanotto tarjota vastaanottopalvelut. Tiloissa on uima-allas, pesula, hampurilaisravintola, baari ja parkkipaikka (pysäköintipaikat ovat kohtuullisin Waikikissa). Kaksi hissiä palvelee rakennuksen kaikkia kerroksia.

Sen sijaan, että tuijottaisit toiseen kerrostaloon, näette vain vihreän puiston, Diamond Headin ja valtameren. Silti se on hyvin lähellä kaikkia upeita Waikiki-mukavuuksia.

Definitely a smaller condo, but we weren’t there much . Lots to do not enough time to stay in room. The place was clean and described the exact as what’s there. The balcony view is overlooking the zoo and there’s a good lookout on the pier and beach. A block away from the water lots of places around to shop or eat at: would recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent location to stay!

We absolutely loved this place! It is small but has everything needed for 2 people to stay comfortably for well over a week. The views from the balcony are amazing! It is right on the edge of the busy beach area so it is perfect for those that want to have access to the fancy shops and restaurants but if that’s not your thing, it’s easy to avoid. Building is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, and the room has everything needed for hanging at the beach! Would 100% stay here again!

Great location with quick access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay very much. Steve (the property manager) and the staff at the desk were very helpful and accommodating!

Perfect little spot!

I loved the room, we stayed for our honeymoon and we had a wonderful time. I would stay again. The room is small, but it works great for two people. Great views and location.

Phenomenal View & Great Location

The condo was located so close to the beach, many great restaurants, and shopping establishments. This made our stay so convenient. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view of Diamond Head and Waikiki beach from the condo and our balcony was absolutely phenomenal! The condo owner, Steve is kind, professional, and was very timely with his responses. We will definitely be returning!

Great Location !

Upon arrival we had to purchase sheets and pillows for the room as the bed liens were not clean at all. We called and the owner made things good right away and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. It was a great place to stay as it's location to Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head. If you are looking for a place to stay I'd give this place a try, and we will if staying in this area again.

This property met our expectations. In choosing a property, our top priority was a lanai (balcony) with a great view of the ocean. So many of the properties and hotels in the area have obstructed views. We were aware that the room would be on the small size. And while it was a little cramped, it was serviceable. The interior is a bit dated, bit everything was clean and functional. The also has AC. The view from the lanai was spectacular and unobstructed. We had a great view of both the ocean and Diamond Head. We spent a lot of time on the lanai during our one week stay. This is a hotel and there were staff available at all times. The location is a half block from the beach and was walkable to everything on Waikiki. We were able to reserve onsite parking for 35 per day. You do need to reserve online. The owner Steve was extremely attentive. He was great during the booking process and checked in a few times during our stay. All in all, we were very happy with the accommodations and will miss the daily stays on the lanai

One of The Best Views in Waikiki

There are no surprises with this room. The room was exactly as pictured with one of the Best views in Wakiki! You get a great view of the ocean and Diamond Head as well. If you zoom in with your camera you can even see the adventure seekers at the top of the volcano!!!!

Little piece of paradise!

We loved our stay with Steve as host! From booking until final checkout, the process was easy - he checked in a few times to see if we needed anything or if the property needed any attention. The location of the property is perfect if you want to explore Waikiki area and it’s easy to navigate in/out of to go explore the rest of Oahu. The best part is the views from your balcony! Perfect view of diamond head and you do get to see some ocean/beach, you can even see the Waikiki fireworks from the balcony or go to the top floor and have a prime viewing spot. 10/10 recommend booking with Steve as he is an attentive host and makes the process so easy.

Wonderful find! It reminds me of a small boutique hotel in NYC. From the lanai you can see Diamond Head, the Honolulu Zoo, a park, Waikiki Beach, and lots of sailboats on the ocean. A half block from the beach, so of course there is street noise but you won’t hear it if you shut the door and window. Anything you want is within walking distance. Great communication from the owner and the Waikiki Grand Hotel. Friendly and helpful. The room is small but you’re on Oahu and you don’t really spend much time in the room!

We stayed on this property for our honeymoon. My husband and I loved the room it was smaller but the size was just fine for the two of us. You have a great view of the beach and the mirrors in the room make it so you’re essentially looking at the beach the whole time. Loved that. Location was awesome, one minute walk to the beach where it’s less crowded and close walk to all the main Waikiki stuff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved hanging out on the lanai every morning and night. Will definitely book this property again on our next visit.

Very convenient location in Waikiki with the zoo, beach and shops just minutes away. Enjoyed the view of Diamond Head and the ocean when sitting on the lanai. The host checked on us several times to make sure things were going well. The unit is quite small but has the basic amenities.

Only streaming services available on the tv are Netflix and Amazon.Pictures make the room seem bigger and cleanerTemperature of the shower is inconsistent but it is mentioned on the wall of the bathroomOne of the beach chairs were broken and the umbrella was kind of broken. Both were still usable.The room seems like it hasn't had a thorough cleaning in a couple years.

This unit is perfect if you don't plan to be in the room for long or cooking any meals. There is a full size fridge and a small coffee pot; clean linens and amenities for the beach(chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards, small cooler). It is just across the street from the beach and plenty of shopping and restaurants. Not sure if I would call it a studio apartment, as it is extremely small; the bar stools and oversized chair make it seem even smaller and they feel a bit too big for the space.While we did have some issues getting into the unit and difficulty with TV & wifi, Steve did attempt to resolve issues and communicated with us often. Overall, a nice, small unit if you need a place to sleep and want to be close to the beach.

Waikiki Grand Studio Stay

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Waikiki Grand Hotel. Sipping coffee on the balcony with the view of Waikiki beach was truly relaxing. The studio had everything you need to cook a quick meal and make coffee. The bed was comfortable. Beach accessories and surfing equipment is available if needed. Restaurants and convenience stores are steps away including the Honolulu Zoo. Steve went out of his way to make sure our check in and check out went smoothly. He checked in periodically to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

Wonderful All Around

Extraordinary view of Diamond Head & ocean. Very compact and functional unit. Loved the lanai. Very comfortable bed. Lots of hot water,excellent communication with owner. Unit was well- equipped and everything worked just fine.

We have owned and managed Hawaii Vacation Rentals since 1993 and helped many thousands of guests to enjoy their stay in paradise. We are a boutique vacation rentals and real estate sales company that focus our attention on a small number of properties.

Steve is a real estate broker and has been licensed in Hawaii since 1999. Iku is a licensed real estate agent and a native Japanese speaker. We have traveled extensively and this gives us an understanding of what our guests need to make their stay enjoyable and safe. And being owners of rentals gives us the experience to help others buy and sell rentals and second homes.

We founded a vacation rental company named A Piece of Paradise on Hawaii Island (aka The Big Island) in 1996 and managed wonderful vacation homes in a special area named Kapoho. In 2011 we sold A Piece of Paradise and began relocating to Honolulu. A multi-year search for properties followed, and our hard work paid off!

In addition to managing our own properties we also love to help others buy their own piece of paradise in Hawaii. Even if you cannot live in Hawaii full time, It is a wonderful feeling to know that you have property here and you can come whenever you want. And when you are not staying at your property, the rent can help pay the bills.
