Best Young Family House in Naples!

We cannot say enough good things about the Naples Paradise Palms house! I almost don’t want to review it so I don’t give up the secret! Jan is the BEST host; easy to communicate with, readily available for any need or questions, and has great recommendations! The house was SPOTLESS which is crazy considering how large it is and all of the nooks and crannies. The pool was perfect, the toys and kids items (pack n play, high chairs, pool toys) were essential for us. The yard is wonderful and the king-sized beds in each room were perfect for our multi-generational family. We can’t wait to come back! The ONLY minor downside of this house is the location, it’s located on the southern side of Naples, so great access to Marco Island and Big Cypress, but about 25-30 mins to downtown Naples/Zoo area with traffic during the busy season (spring break). This is easily negated by the beautiful pool and spacious yard though, which you would be hard-pressed to find in any other Naples location

Great place!!

We had a wonderful vacation, the house is amazing, you have everything there, the kitchen have any appliance that you will ever need. Lot of towels, very clean, the game room is full of games for all ages. The pool area is huge plenty of chairs, tables toys and all you need! Two more great things: they have an ice maker and the AC works with the right temperature. Jan is an amazing host, very nice and sweet For sure we will go again!

Amazing vacation!

My husband and I have brought our children and grandchildren on multiple vacations in Naples area. This house is perfect, and Jan could not be more accommodating! From pre planning discussions on children sleeping arrangements, to questions during the stay, to follow up after check out, Jan is wonderful. She makes sure that you have everything you need, and promptly responds to questions. The entire family throughly enjoyed our time. Close enough to get to the beach, or grab a coffee quick, but far enough from the hustle bustle that you can enjoy the peacefulness of a campfire with marshmallows. The playroom is a God send. The younger kids could always be found in the playroom, the older kids (and a lot of time dads too) could be found in The game room. So much to do! The set up of the house, with lots of seating, allows for family meals to be enjoyed together. We absolutely plan on staying again. This house is everything it boasts about and so much more! If you are looking for a fun filled vacation without any hassles, Jan will make sure you are taken care of before, during, and after your stay! Perfection!

Great fun in the Sun!!

We had a party of 12 - 7 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 3 to 78. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and lots activities and games for the group. The pool area was wonderful, warm and a perfect place for everyone to bask in the sun and watch the kids playing with all of the toys provided. It was like going to a toy store. Jan provided many extras for us to enjoy. The s'mores were a big hit. We would come again.

Perfect Family Getaway!

Everything about the property was fantastic! Communication with Jan was great. The set up of tbe house was perfect for four families. We had two 5 year olds and they never unpacked a single one of their toys! Between the game room and the pool there wasn't much desire to leave - we did rent a boat and a 15 minute drive to Marco had us on our boat and out yo Keywadjn for some shelling. We took a 30 minute ride to Big Cypress for an airboat ride. Loved that we were so close to everything but yet felt secluded. Perfect spot where great memories were made! Until Next time...

AMAZING!!

I would rate this stay a 20,000 out of 10. Jan is an amazing owner and she couldn't have made our stay more personable. The home is stocked with everything you need and then some! The beds were so comfortable and the grounds were private and relaxing with so much to do for the kids. Besides the beautiful pool, there is a sand pit with rocks to explore on and swings to enjoy. Our group of five men on a golf trip found this home met our needs perfectly. It was nice sitting in the Florida room enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoying an adult beverage in the evening in the same room. Jan was very responsive to our needs and a great host. We would most definitely stay here again.

Perfect home away from home

We had a three night stay which was not enough to scratch the surface of what this property had to offer. There is so much stuff to do and fun to be had here. We were in Naples for a tournament and didn't have much down town to enjoy the board games, video games and everything else the house had to offer. The pool was fabulous and we enjoyed the firepit with friends. Anything you could have needed was supplied. Forgot something? Never a worry...you were sure to find it somewhere in the house. Jan is an exceptional host. She truly thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay. She was super responsive to any questions we had and treated us like friends using her home.

Everything it promised!

The house and furniture are great! It has a nice open concept to the main house. Because of the way the bedrooms and bathrooms are set up it works perfect for families as they all have there own space and are spread out. We had 12 people. The play rooms were a lifesaver for the five grandkids. We did have a couple rain days,whenever they got up early or when we were getting food ready they had a place to play and stay occupied. The pool was fun. The first day we got in, we went grocery shopping. We had burgers and hotdogs ready (done on the grill by the pool) when the rest of our family arrived at 6:30. It was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. It was nice to see laurandy soap, dryer sheets,and plenty of other supplies if needed. When the pool and playrooms weren't quite enough the kids wanted to swing and get out the wagon, next to the fire we all built. It kept them very occupied! The home is very well equipped for things like going to the beach with a cooler,ice and toys for the kids so you don't have to run out and buy them. Jan was extremely helpful with any questions I had! Thank You! John & Glenda. March 2019

"Hey Grandma, you should BUY this house!!"

In the middle of our 2 week stay at this amazing vacation home, our 11 year old grand-son called out to me from the middle of the pool, "Hey Grandma, you should BUY this house!!" That about sums up our amazing family vacation, which included all of our children and grandchildren, 13 in all. With 4 large bedrooms, there was plenty of room for families to sleep, and the younger children loved their kid-sized air beds. The layout of the home provided privacy for all at night while still offering a wonderful feeling of togetherness in the open concept main living area, thoughtfully arranged to provide options for dining, entertainment, and conversation. There is even a well supplied office nook with a mini library for adults and good selections for school age-readers. The play room was a paradise of wonder for our little ones, and as a retired elementary school teacher I was especially appreciative of the well selected toys, games, and picture books. The large game room provided another place for older kids of all ages to let off some steam. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for indoor and outdoor cooking and dining with a crowd, which came in handy when we entertained some of our extended family that live in the area. The pool is large and well maintained, the lanai area has plenty of seating with shade at the hottest times of day, and the kids were delighted with the number of pool toys. The back yard has plenty of room to run and explore, and we loved the old fashioned swings. We could easily have stayed another week. Overall, I can't think of a single thing we wanted and couldn't find, a tribute to the owner's thoughtfulness and attention to details of guest comfort all throughout the house. We appreciated Jan's prompt and responsive communication style both before, during, and after our stay. She truly cares about making sure all goes well for her guests, and it did!

Perfect home for a Naples Florida family vacation!

Our families wished we never had to leave this amazing home! The children absolutely loved the secret playroom and the adults felt the same about the game room! The set up of the house was fantastic for multiple families to share and had all the amenities and then some! The pool was the perfect temperature to stay in all day and there was plenty of shade to enjoy the fresh air without being in the sun. Jan was a fabulous host and took great care of us! We can’t wait to come again!

Everything you need

We were a group of 11. This was a business trip, so we mostly worked during our time there. All of our needs were met, and I imagine this would be a near perfect place for large families or groups of friends who would just like to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. Good space, ample parking, great kitchen and grill. Jan and her team were very responsive throughout. The house is well stocked and located in a quiet area. We felt the need to air it out a bit on arrival (it felt just a little musty), but I think that is likely the case with all homes in a humid environment.

Wonderful stay at a great property!

Stayed December 22 thru December 27th, 2017. The house was perfect for our large family. The open kitchen and living areas were great. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The pool area was fantastic. Cannot say enough about the place. We would certainly stay there again. Homeowner was very accommodating.

My family spent the week of March 24 to March 31, 2017 at the house. We enjoyed the convenience of the home to nearby stores, beaches and attractions. The home is tastefully decorated and cozy. It had a aviance of peace and home. We really didn't even need to bring toiletries because everything was provided. The bedrooms were all stocked with towels, wash clothes, extra pillows and sheets. The kitchen and bar area had everything you could imagine including ice cream making machine, popcorn machine, utensils. There were spices for everything and even soup and some other foods. In the hall by the front door we found sand pails, shovels, beach blankets. Only thing missing was the beach towels. Someone had taken them. We enjoyed games by the pool. Pool was equipped with lots of chaises, chairs, table, tv, floating toys. This house was fantastic. If you rent this you will not be disappointed. You don't even need to leave here to have a great time. I'd rent again.

"Don't touch that!" A parents famous last words. But who wants to hear/play that during a long anticipated, much needed family vacation. We got ya. You won't find any white furniture here! (Oh- and you can bring along your 4-legged furry kids as well.) Sitting on 1.5 acres of isolation from the hustle & bustle of the city the entire family can enjoy 1200+ s/f fully enclosed 12 x 36 heated pool, the 'sand' play beach, wooden swing & when night time falls the cozy paved fire pit for s'mores & story sharing. Upon entering the interior, guests will be delighted in the open concept layout of the main rooms. It's 'family time ' after all & where all those activities melt seamlessly into one another. And as the days wind down private bedroom wings anxiously await your slumber. As night falls, retire to one of the 4 bedrooms. 2 main suites at opposite rear ends of the home each opening onto poolside. Each suite houses a king size bed (all beds in the home have 4" memory foam toppers & further break down to twins accommodating different guest needs). Suite #1 features 55" tv, jacuzzi tub, dual sinks, walk in shower & separate toilet room. Suite #2 offers an additional couch for sleeping, walk in shower, separate toilet room & houses the washer/dryer closet.
Moving to the front wing of the home bed #3 houses a king bed & private patio w/screen door allowing one to enjoy fresh air & palm trees. While bed #4 opens onto the front screened porch & features a colorful large dressing room & king sized bed. A common sitting area & 3rd bathroom w/walk in shower completes this wing. For additional sleeping, sofa sleepers, couches & air mattresses are avbl. Head into the sunshine you'll find multiple seating areas poolside along w/retractable Sunbrella awning, 55" TV, propane grill, overflowing pool toy box & lounge chairs to work on your FL tan. Practice chipping w/the floating golf mat or net (don't worry - special foam golf balls keep us all friends.)

The kitchen comes fully stocked & well-equipped.. We've tried to anticipate any needs a 'home chef' might have from large appliances to small. Pots, pans, baking & doo-dads. We've packed it in trying to keep life simple as possible. You're on vacation after all... And for those nights 'eating out'- the pool deck grill, utensils & outdoor dishes await your culinary delights. A highchair & multiple booster chairs are also avbl for our youngest guests (as well as 3 PlayPaks & swing). Just off the LR sits the colorful kids play room. We've filled it with books, games & toys that you WON'T find at the local Wal-Mart, letting that imagination run wild. (And an ever-helpful baby monitor so mom/dad can relax at ease w/those much-earned chilled glasses of wine).
And for the older 'kids', check out the game room off the office/library. Foosball, basketball, air hockey, putting green, darts, board games galore, chalk wall, karaoke, poker table & wet bar. The list goes on & on... (Did we mention the theater popcorn machine, cotton candy maker or ice cream soft serve.) Yup. It's all there too. Whew! Now you just might need a quiet breather, right? Pop back into the library for a great vacation read or oversized tabletop picture book sure to delight the senses & hey, maybe you'll even learn something you hadn't known already. And don't forget- morning coffee is that much better on the enclosed front screen porch while the 'exhausted' family slumbers peacefully away ~ (shhhhh.....) Or head out onto our private walking paths winding thru the property, enjoying the sweet morning Florida air & exotic tropicals along the route. When all pruned up from swimming all day - send 'em out to play in our oversized sand 'beach' area. Take a ride on our wooden swing or play with one of the multiple outdoor game sets just waiting to test your skills & competition.
