"Cascina Sant Antonino" on viehättävä maalaistalo, joka on hiljattain remontoitu täysin, mutta jossa on mieleen antiikin kartano, joka kiehtoo; joka sijaitsee upeassa ympäristössä Alto Monferrato, UNESCO HUMAN HERITAGE, keskellä CASTLES ROAD ja WINE DISTRIC. Täällä olet keskellä luontoa, jossa miellyttävä pelloilla ja puutarhoissa, kaunis uima-allas ja upeat näkymät Monviso Mountain ja korkeimman luminen Alpes (Monte Rosa ja Cervino) auringonlasku ei saa hukata !!
Päästäkseen taloon on noin 300 metriä haaroittumatonta tietä ja tämä antaa omaisuudelle entistä enemmän yksityisyyttä.

Perfect for two families

Spacious and well functioning house that easily fits two families. Great and super clean pool, friendly and helpful host and spacious and quiet garden perfect for big and small children.Air-con, less mosquitos and more restaurants closer by would have been great, but nothing wasn’t as described by the host.

Gorgeous stay!!

A well engineering and beautiful custom villa in the foothills of Mornese! The host was very kind and understanding. We had four kids with us and this was the perfect property. Two local groceries in town make it a very convenient and well rounded stay. The pool was spacious and well kept as well with a salt water system to boot. Local wineries LA Zerba and others made for a special stay. We will be back. Thank you to Donata and her husband for their hospitality!

Super Location, Terrific Amenities, Great Hosts

The villa is extremely well maintained by Donata and Alfredo. They are warm, friendly and accommodating hosts. The views are spectacular, and from the villa it is an easy walk to Mornese. Wonderful hikes are just steps away, and you can cycle or mtn bike throughout the Piemonte region. Donata went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and is genuinely a gracious person. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and the amenities have all the comforts of home. We would definitely return.

Wonderful villa in lovely surroundings

Dear Donata. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home this summer. We had an absolutely perfect stay and we would love to come back if we have the chance. We were 2 families from Norway with 5 children and the house was just perfect for us.The house is even better than the pictures and you felt at home at once. The view is breathtaking and the poolarea felt like heaven. Pittoresk villages near by and not so far from the sea. Its just the perfect place for a perfect holiday :-)

Dejligt hus med fantastisk beliggenhed

Vi havde 10 overnatninger i dette hus. Donata (huset ejer) var meget imødekommende og en super vært. Hvis du vil have fred og ro og smukke omgivelser, så er dette hus lige hvad du søger. Der er hvad du skal bruge i huset, og pool området er helt perfekt til både børn og voksne. Huset ligger et stykke fra by og handlemulugheder, så bil er påkrævet. Kan varmt anbefale både hus og vært.

Sehr schön und ruhig

Wir waren eine Woche in dem Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Man ist mitten in der Natur und weit weg vom touristischen Trubel. Man kann toll joggen und es lohnt sich sein MTB mitzunehmen. Wir hatten unseren Labrador dabei, welcher sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt hat. PS, einmal haben wir für unseren Hund einen Tierarzt benötigt - der zuständige Tierarzt macht Hausbesuche und ist exzellent.

Holiday paradise

We loved our stay. Everything about the house was great. We loved the views, the partial remotness of it, the pool (really cooling on the hot days and bigger than we though), the walks. House is very comfortable and big - with many outside seating areas. Kitchen very well equipped. the owner was very helpful - always there to answer any of our questions or advise.

Super Urlaub

Es hat alles gepasst. Das Haus war wunderschön, alles liebevoll bis ins kleinste Detail hergerichtet. Es war sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Gegend war traumhaft. Obwohl das Haus einsam gelegen ist, kann man binnen kürzester Zeit Unternehmungen starten. Wir fahren auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin.

Exceptional villa and facilities

We had a fantastic week in this beautuful villa. It was perfect for 2 x families. The pool was a perfect size for kids and the villa had everything you needed for a great stay. The hosts were really helpful, recommending and booking restaurants etc. A memorable week.

Great house in a beautifull area!

Fantastic and beautiful house, well equiped kitchen and a pool with a great wiew. We were four couples who stayed for one week and the house were perfect. The host was nice and easy to comunicate whith. The only thing we missed was aircondition in the bedrooms, but on the otherhand it was a werry warm week.

Un posto meraviglioso in cui soggiornare.

I am sad. Sad that we are returning to the UK. Sad that we are going back to work. But most of all, sad that I cannot make Donata and Alfredo an offer that they cannot refuse to sell their property to us! We have concluded that this holiday was like going home. But where everything about home was better than you remembered it. Holidays are a very personal thing but, we found the property to be a 'home from home'. The location is outstanding. Access to the national park with designated routes, exercise circuits, and water fountains, provided the perfect place walk our 'Alfie'. And the views, WOW!! This was our first attempt at self catering in Italy and we were a little nervous. However we should not have worried. With a wonderful place to stay, local supermarkets, restaurants that use Facebook messenger and Google translate, this is a holiday destination that anyone could enjoy. We have already done the expensive all inclusive holiday thing. This is not that. This was how I could see us spending many lazy, luxurious days to come. We cannot wait to return!

Beautiful house in a lovely location

We were met by Donata who was very welcoming and helpful and showed us around the house and facilities. This is a really beautiful house which has been decorated as a family home to very high standards. The house and kitchen is well stocked and has everything that you would need for self catering. There is a good amount of outside space which is private and has great views looking down the valley. Great for relaxing by the pool which was warm in August. It is well located for visiting the local areas inc Gavi, we had a lovely lunch at a local restaurant Bar Ristorante La Baracca, we also had a lovey evening drink at Villa Sparina in nearby Gavi and bought some amazing fresh pasta at La Casa Del Raviolo. There is also some great Mountain biking routes in the hills behind the house and there is a good selection of supermarkets nearby in Ovada

Wonderful stay in the beautiful Italian countryside.

The house is beautiful and the house and countryside are like a painting. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Hospitality of owner is wonderful.

Wonderful and quiet holidays

Es gibt gar nichts zu bemängeln. Sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool und der Garten sind genial und garantieren perfekte Erholung. Im Dorf bekommt man alles was man braucht und die Leute sind sehr freundlich. Wir waren mit drei Kindern, Eltern und Hund zu Gast und es hat allen sehr gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Es war wunderschön. Danke Donata! Cari saluti

Perfect setting for incredible holiday.

This is a "have to" destination for anyone thinking of this part of Italy for a holiday. Beautifully furnished everything you could want was there. The gardens and pool idylic. The sunset awe inspiring and the setting so quiet. Donata and Alfredo amazing and went over and beyond when our friends car became bogged. At 18.30 they came out with tow rope to pull them clear. This is a must return to destination. There is nothing to fault

One of the best villas we have stayed in

Lovely villa felt like home from home. Much attention to detail. Amazing views and beautiful pool area to sit and enjoy them from. Spoilt for choice having two eating areas, one outside the kitchen and one by the pool. Donata was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Location was perfect for trips to Milan and Genoa when we could tear ourselves away from the pool. Definitely love to come back.

Ten years ago, my husband and I were looking for ancient farmhouses to restore and sell, and after many restorations we run up into this house, a magic place with sunsets not to be missed,and we immediately decided to keep as our country home,a peaceful and relaxing place where you never get bored, where to can host our many friends all the year long, and for big parties, Christmas, New Years' Eve and so on!!
We came here from Liguria in 1992,pushed by our love for horses and animals.

These are peaceful and relaxing places where you never get bored:walks,horse riding,cycling, truffles hunting,tastings of excellent wines of local production.Cascina Sant’Antonino is an ideal place where you can chill out and rest, during summer/spring surrounded by flowered gardens and in autumn/winter in front of a beautiful fire place.This is the perfect place where everyone wish to take refuge in.All around there are just hills,rivers,and valleys where is very easy to find fallow deers and pheasants crossing slowly the street without running away. This is a peaceful and quiet place,according to all guests coming here,but,if you like,in 15min you can reach the crowd of the town, in 40min Ligurian Riviera, 1.30h the most famous Italian shopping town,Milan.
