Sunset One Beach Villa - Golfkärry, kajakkeja ja meloja

Sunset One on hiljattain rakennettu rantahuvila uima-altaalla, moderni ja tyylikäs avoin lattia. Vietä päivät rentouttaen rannalla, uima-altaan äärellä, nauti iltaisesta grillaamisesta tai istuen ulkotiloissa palmujen alla olevan takan päällä. Kävele yhden maailman parhaista rannoista auringonlaskun aikaan!

Kävele rannalle - vain 200 metrin päässä etuovesta tai ota vain mukana toimitettu golfkärry. Kristalli turkoosi vesi ei koskaan lakkaa hämmästyttämästä! Käytä rannalla vietetyn päivän jälkeen suihkussa ulkosuihkussa kirkkaan sinisen taivaan alla!

Suuret liukuovet vetäytyvät seinärakenteeseen, joten voit liittyä oleskelutilaan ja keittiöön ulkoterassilla suoraan uima-altaalle.

Great location with beautiful beach! Golf cart and free beach chair setup was huge help with kids. Plenty of sand toys and snorkeling gear. Pool is beautiful and the home was amazing. Beate was extremely gracious and accommodating. We didn’t need anything but groceries!

Beautiful home in Turks and Caicos

The home is beautiful inside and out!. Everything you need is there and ready to be enjoyed. The kitchen is equipped with the best of everything. The golf cart ride to the beach is a quick 2 minutes and the beach is fabulous. We loved our stay at this home and hope to go back soon. The host was responsive to our questions and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful home away from home!

Visited Turks and Caicos for the first time with family. This is an amazing property in an amazing location! Everything you could want is at your fingertips. The host could not have been more gracious and accommodating! Will definitely stay here again upon on our next visit!

Everything you would need!

We enjoyed our time in Turks at this fantastic property which has everything you might possibly need for a wonderful beach vacation.... short walk / golf cart to blue water, beach chairs, watersports, etc. and relaxing spa like pool space with the unit. Add this to 3 spacious bedrooms with baths, living area, and chef designed kitchen in a safe and quiet location makes this a can't miss spot. Highly attentive owner who has thought of everything you may need for a great vacation.

Absolutely recommend this wonderful home!

It’s always hard to leave this beautiful place, especially with you’ve had such a fantastic experiment at the vacation property! It was just perfect for our anniversary trip! The owner is very kind & responsive, and we loved the location with a beach golf cart & our own pool for variety! We felt very much at home here. She thought of every single detail, and would definitely stay here again! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Slice of Paradise

This villa was perfect for our family - we loved the outdoor living area and it was great for relaxing after days at the beach or exploring the island. The location was great - a short walk to the beach or drive to Grace Bay restaurants and grocery. Leeward beach is spectacular with amazing sunsets. Dr. Grey was a wonderful host - we had to reschedule and she was very understanding and accommodating.

Paradise on Earth!

The property is absolutely stunning and the house has beautiful decor and also all amenities you look for when you’re away from home. The property owner is fantastic and was available at all times when we needed. We had only one wish: that we could bring this house with us everywhere we went!! We will definitely come back ;)

Family vacation!

Our stay at Sunset 1 was fabulous. The villa suited are family of six adults perfectly. It was very appointed. Great spaces to relax. Kitchen had everything needed. Outdoor area with pool sitting areas, table and grill worked well. Easy walk to the beach. Beate was very welcoming and responsive to questions. More than exceeded our expectations.

A Fantastic Winter Break

The five of us had a great stay at Sunset villa. We were able to spend time together by the pool, in the kitchen or family room, but also retreat when necessary to our respective rooms. Kitchen was well stocked, wifi worked well throughout the property, pool was comfortably warm, clean and refreshing, grill was easy and worked well. Grocery store, restaurants and bars were convenient to the property. Constant breeze at that part of the island, so we searched out a new locale to use the magnificent paddle boards. Highly recommended!!

Great location and villa for a family

We had a great stay at Sunset One. We had everything we needed including privacy, close proximity to the beach, a few minutes away from golf and groceries. It was a great first time experience at TCI. We will be back. Couple of things we didn’t like were the bed mattresses were very firm. Foam toppers would make them easier to sleep on. The other minor thing was the golf cart wasn’t working so we walked to the beach. Not a big deal in that one we needed the exercise and walked more on the beach anyway, it was so beautiful there. The beach was amazingly not very busy most days. Our favorite was the complimentary beach lounge chairs and umbrellas. They were awesome to have every day, thank you.

Great location. Development not complete.

The good: Great location 5 min walk to sunset beach. The house is nice and the owner was very responsive and great to speak with. The bad: Roads and houses in development are still under construction. Will be much nicer when complete. Cleaning was rushed and a few things needed wiped down when we arrived but we didn’t mind. Beds were not very comfortable. In any of the 3 bedrooms. Definitely should be upgraded. Does not have a hot tub or a heated pool. Golf cart is only 2 seater and that is not helpful if you have 6 people. Overall we had a great trip and had no real issues. Turks is a beautiful place with lots of activities. It’s tough to complain about anything there.

Fantastic

What an awesome vacation home the best yet in my 5 years of using VRBO to book vacation homes.The property was even more awesome in real life than the pictures show and worked well for a family of 5 (2 adults and 2 kids age ranging from 6 -14) The owner Beate met us at the airport and we followed her in our car rental to the property. We really appreciated the thoughtful gift waiting for us on arrival, my 6 year old loved the coloring book. We used the golf cart several times to make the 1min journey to Leeward beach so beautiful or just to drive around the neighborhood. The house was stocked with every amenity you could need and the daily cleaning service was fantastic so that parents were truly on vacation. The pool was absolutely divine , my kids loved swimming at night just because the pool lights changed color every 30secs. What a thrill. Would go back in a minute. Thank you Beate for sharing your home with us.

Excellent Property

This is a lovely property in a terrific location. It is very well equipped, clean, and private. We highly recommend it. There is a little confusion in the description. The house is owned by a lovely woman named Beate Gray — not the doctor that the website says owns it. In the search engine it says that there are three bedrooms and three baths. But the in-depth description is accurate in showing just two bathrooms and an outdoor shower (which is terrific). Two of the bedrooms are on the second floor and are connected by a common bath. The house was actually perfect for just the two of us. We used the downstairs bedroom as a dressing room and clothes storage area and then slept upstairs. That felt really good. The location is incredibly convenient to multiple restaurants, an outstanding golf course, and a fabulous gourmet grocery store (bring lots of money!). There is some construction going on in the small gated community where the house sits, but it never bothered us at all. In short, it’s a terrific value made special by Beate who couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating.

This house has so much going for it, the location is perfect, super close to the beach, and the outdoor space is private and lovely. We had a few minor bumps along the way, the golf carts weren’t working, there was a leak in the bathroom, and communication could’ve been smoother, but overall, we still had a great time. With a little extra attention to maintenance, it would be an easy five stars.

Exactly what we were expecting, perfection. Location to the beautiful beach couldn’t have been better. Wi-fi was great, and the pool was so refreshing. Very nice appliances in kitchen and the tv’s were great for streaming. I will definitely be back! Oh yeah, the golf cart was a huge bonus!

Beautifully appointed villa

The property is absolutely wonderful and the owner is even better, always available and made great recommendations on food. The house provides everything needed for beach, cooking, entertainment (paddle boards, golf cart, kayak, snorkel gear, beach bags, lots of towels and amazing outdoor shower. Only suggest you stay very aware of your surroundings and those following/ watching you. Beach access is used by many locals, used for paid photo shoots and beach construction works are very questionable.

Wonderful host and stay

My family of 4 loved staying here. Beate met us at the house, a spacious, clean, quiet, and fully equipped private home with nice appliances, utensils, a grill. The pool area, loungers, and outdoor table are sheer paradise! We were able to drink fresh coconut water on the lanai. There are plenty of towels and beach accessories available and a nice paddle board and kayak that you can take on the golf cart to the beach, which is a minute ride away. There were beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us each morning. You will not believe how beautiful and calm the water is! Even though it was quite windy each day, there were virtually no waves in early April. We were able to look straight through the water and pick up big, nearly whole shells. We saw maybe 30 people—spread out— at its most crowded the whole week. Beate made great shopping/dining recommendations. Mr. Grouper was a favorite. Try Mango Reef and Hemingways. The island is EXPENSIVE. There’s a 12% govt tax and 10% service fee at restaurants. The gourmet market is pricey. But there’s unmatched beauty here, even if the roads are a mess. Unfortunately, some things we looked forward to were not available or broken--the waterfall feature in the courtyard, the lights in the pool, and the hammock. The TV in the master bedroom didn't have the streaming services we expected. A couple of other things also weren't available, but Beate quickly fixed those. Would love to return and enjoy these things as well! Thank you!
