FANTASTIC CONDO!

My family had a wonderful stay this week! It was the easiest booking and overall rental process I’ve ever dealt with! Very easy and stress free check in. Condo was immaculate and the master ocean views were 10/10. We have stayed at this resort several times, and this condo will be our pick from now on.

Beautiful Condo with Great Location/Amenities

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owner/manager was great with communication and answered any questions/concerns quickly.The location was great with restaurants and shopping close by. You can't beat the views and beach that inlcuded chairs. The condo was beautiful and had everything that we needed for our stay. We hated to leave, but would definitely stay here again!

Everything was easily accessible and even better than expected. The beach chairs were amazing, the pool, beach, facility... The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Owners were quick to contact and the condo was beautiful. Hope to go back next year!

Awesome view

Condo itself was great! Someone had taken batteries out of most of the TV remotes, but that was a simple fix. Everything was as described. Only challenge was navigating from the parking garage to the room. The main facility was having elevator issues. I would stay here again.

Nice condo. Convenient location

Condo was right on the beach. Starbucks, bar and small eating place on property. 2 pools to choose from with hot tubs. We only got 2 complimentary chairs on the beach instead of 4.

Beautiful BUT HOTTT condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The location, facility, cleanliness, and comfortability were all wonderful BUT the condo never cooled off to the point we were truly comfortable. The emails from management asked that we not lower the temp below 70 to keep the system from potentially freezing, which we abided by to avoid being charged for maintenance BUT the condo never got to 70 degrees our entire stay and I am a person who keeps my home at 68 and feel cool and comfortable all Summer. It was difficult to sleep at night with temp averaging around 74-75 degrees inside. We did our best to keep all of the doors closed and even covered a rather large crack that allows air to escape out the front door but the temp remained hot inside and it was very hot outside. I loved the space and everything about it except this. If you do not mind the heat, this is a beautiful spot for you. If you are bothered by the heat, like me and my crew, I highly recommend finding somewhere else to stay. The tv remote does not control the volume which was so odd too. On a side note: the condo has box fans which was an added plus! :-)

Beautiful setting and location. Responsive owners

Loved everything about the condo and the owners were super responsive. The only negative was the threat of charges for make up stains. BYO FACE CLOTHS. I totally understand why, but this should be brought up before you rent because if you are flying in it could be a challenge to do or add unexpected expenses. I had 3 teenage girls. That means some serious make up. We did not know until we got there that they were going to bill us "if they found any make up stains on the linens". They gave us 1 black cloth per bathroom. And only one bathroom had a small sign saying there was a stiff fee for makeup stains.

Great stay right on the beach

The condo is lovely and clean - pictures are accurate. The owners are very responsive and accomodating. The resort is a little spread out, but right on the beach and having the beach chairs is a great bonus. We really enjoyed our stay.

Mixed review

Very spacious condo with great views and nicely decorated. The bad, the condo is advertised as having a parking garage across the street connected to a walk way over the busy road. After booking the condo we received directions with a code on how to get into parking garage. The parking garage was and has been completely closed due to re-piping. We contacted the owner to try and figure out where to park and his phone will not accept unrecognized calls and will not even go to voicemail. We called the second number provided and waited around 10 mins for a call back. She acted like she had no idea the parking garage was closed. We eventually found a much further away parking garage. After we eventually got into building we found signs posted announcing all the details of the garage being closed. The building staff said all owners were notified. So to me the owner/manager of this condo are either liars or poor condo managers. No nice way to put it. Other problems we had with this condo include dead battery in the only control for Livingroom ceiling fan/light, broken guitar string on advertised guitar to play, hand prints all over bedroom window. Lastly after we were in for the night looked through the welcome binder they have there and found parking passes that needed to be filled out with warnings of car may be towed if not displayed. That was something that was NEVER mentioned. So late at night we had to fill out form and make they very long walk back to car. Will not return.

Great view & condo

This was a great place. I’d stay here again and again. The condo had everything you needed for the week. It had playpen, fans, beach toys, beach wagon, coolers, crockpot, air fryer, paddle board and so much more! It had everything that you wished you would have brought.

I immigrated from Ukraine in 2010 and became a U.S. citizen in 2019. I met my husband at Utah Valley University in 2015 and started managing our family's condos in 2018. I love helping families have wonderful vacations! If you have a special occasion please let me know.

You get to work with Yulia, our daughter-in-law. Yulia is an immigrant from Ukraine. She put herself through college in a foreign land and our son was so lucky to meet and marry her. Yulia goes the extra mile because she LOVES making your family trip successful. She LOVES getting to know our guests and she often does extra things for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. She's wonderful and you'll love her and come back again and again like sooo many of our other regular guests.

Wow, where to even begin! I traveled here with three of my friends to celebrate graduating college. Knowing this, Ed and Yulia left us a very thoughtful graduation gift, complete with a balloon and card! This was just the icing on the cake of a wonderful stay. Unloading and parking was very easy, and the resort staff was friendly and helpful. The building is very clean and we had no issues with elevators being slow. The beach was so accessible and the chairs and umbrellas were an amazing part of our stay. The condo itself is GORGEOUS. Seriously, we felt so pampered. Everything was super clean and homey, and the decor was delightfully beachy. The view from the balcony is incredible!!! The weather was perfect too which just added to the stay. From start to finish, our trip was so easy. After seven hours of driving the smooth check-in process and stay was much appreciated. Would love to come back as a reunion!
