Yhden makuuhuoneen huoneisto hienon viktoriaanisen rakennuksen ylimmässä kerroksessa Sohon sydämessä. Nukkuu jopa neljä henkilöä.

Huoneisto sijaitsee Broadwick Streetillä, viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä sekä Oxford Circus- että Piccadilly Circus -metroasemilta ja yhdistää Carnaby Street -kadun (kuuluisa muotista 1960-luvulta lähtien) ja Berwick Streetin (joka tunnetaan ulkoilmamarkkinoistaan). Sekä muotiliikkeitä Sohon tämä osa tunnetaan nyt pienistä, laadukkaista ravintoloista, joissa on Michelin-tähditetty ravintola vain muutaman oven päässä Broadwick Streetiltä.

Huoneistossa on moderni, tilava, hyvin valoisa ja upeat näkymät. On yksinomainen pääsy valtava kattoterassi. Huolimatta siitä, että se sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla, huoneisto on erittäin hiljainen yöllä.

Palveluihin kuuluu ilmastointi, langaton laajakaistainternet, laajakuvatelevisio, jossa on maanpäälliset ja Freeview-kanavat, täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on uuni, kaasuliesi, jääkaappi pakastin jne.

Huoneistossa on parivuode makuuhuoneessa ja mukava vuodesohva olohuoneessa. Huoneistossa voi nukkua jopa neljä henkilöä.

Oxford Circus on 15 minuutin päässä Centralin linjasta Liverpool Streetin päärautatieasemalta (Stansteadin lentokentälle tai South Endin lentokentälle). Oxford Circus on myös 10 minuuttia Paddingtonin Bakerloo-linjalla (Heathrow Express). Oxford Circus on myös 10 minuutin Victoria-linjan Victoria-linjalla (Gatwick Express). Piccadilly Circus on ihanteellinen Piccadilly-linjaan suoraan Heathrow'lle.

Saapumisaika on yleensä kello 14 alkaen, vaikka jos saapumispäivänäsi ei ole vierasvieraita, voit tarkistaa aiemmin. Check out aika on yleensä 11am tai aikaisemmin vaikka jos ei vieras saapuu päivä, jonka lähdet, voit tarkistaa myöhemmin.

Vaikka varaukset voidaan tehdä läheltä joulu- ja uudenvuoden aikoja, varausta ei voi aloittaa 25., 26. tai 31. joulukuuta, koska en ole Lontoossa ottamaan sinut huoneistoon. Ota yhteyttä minuun ennen kuin teet välittömästi varauksen joulun ja uudenvuoden ajan.
Lähtöaika 11am antaa siivoojalle mahdollisuuden valmistella huoneistoa seuraavalle asiakkaalle (varaukset ovat usein takaisin takaisin). Jos asiakkaalla on myöhäinen paluulento ja haluaa käyttää asuntoa vasta myöhemmin, heitä neuvotaan varaamaan ylimääräinen päivä. Vaihtoehtoisesti on Paddingtonin asemalla vasen matkatavara.

November Holiday

I stayed here with my husband and two teenagers. The location is just perfectly located to so many places and the underground station. The apartment was on the top floor so lots of steps but the skylight made it worth the trips up. We had everything we needed in the apartment even a washer and plenty of places to hang laundry which was another plus. The teenagers did share a pull out couch which limited our seating when we gathered together at the end of the night but we made it work and really didn't spend much time doing that anyways. The bathroom door was unique as it was a double swinging door that mostly closed but did have a small gap all the time which made the girls feel a little weird but again, this would not deter us from staying again. And the shower was wonderful! We are happy with the space and would recommend it.

Appartement au coeur de Londres

Nous étions un couple avec deux enfants 7 et 11 ans et nous avons passez Noël 2019 à Londres. L'appartement est super bien placé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour bien visiter Londres (Bus, métro, ...), le chauffage centralisé est top. Le proprio est vraiment à l’écoute et nous a tout facilité à l’arrivé comme au départ. Seul bémol, la cuisine n'est pas bien fournie en ustensile pour cuisiner et l'immeuble n'est pas bien entretenu. Par contre, l’appart en lui-même est propre. Thanks to Ian & Nick ! Nabil

Photos don't tell the whole story

This listing "sells" itself solely on its location, in the heart of London and within walking distancce to Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square, etc. Unfortunately it looks better in photos than in person. It is just a bit "beat up" around the edges, with chipped paint, missing or inoperative lights, etc. Not only are the outside stairs steep, they are painted black and there is no light at the top landing, making that first step going down potentially dangerous. While the owners/managers did respond to emails sent prior to the rental, there was zero contact with them during our stay. Nor was there more than the barest materials provided on operation of appliances or the basics of things like a simple bar of soap or toilet paper, no less suggestions regarding the area in terms of places to see or where to eat, get groceries, and the like. Cooking equipment and tableware was inadequate for even basic meal preparation. The location was indeed spectacular and compensates in large part for these negatives, but of all the places we have rented from HomeAway/VRBO, over 15 years and in several countries this was by far the only one lacking any evidence of the care we have come to expect from the organization and owners.

Très bon emplacement

L'appartement est très lumineux, voir un peu trop! En effet, il ne faut pas avoir besoin du noir total pour dormir car pas d'occultation possible. Les photos de l'annonce datent un peu mais il est très bien placé, idéal pour une famille de quatre personnes et malgré sa position centrale, plutôt calme. Nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Perfekt beliggenhed

Skøn lejlighed med god plads og den bedste beliggenhed i forhold til at udforske London. Lidt larm i weekenden men det er hvad der kan forventes af den centrale placering. Skønt skylight der gør lejligheden dejlig lys dog kan det være en ide i sommerperioden at medbringe en øjenmaske - for dem der sover i stuen - da lyset strømmer ind fra tidlig morgenstunden. Vi kommer gerne tilbage til denne lejlighed, da den imødekommer alt de, vi har brug for under et ophold i London.

Cute flat in central location

Lovely bright little flat right in the centre of soho. Pretty basic but had everything we needed. The only thing I would warn is that it is up 3 big flights of outdoor stairs which was a challenge with heavy cases and also the enormous skylight, whilst lovely, has no cover on it so we were woken by bright sunlight at 5am so bring an eyemask!

Central location, reasonable cost

We stayed in the apartment for 5 nights last week. The bed and sofa, which we used as two beds for my teenage girls, were comfortable. Grocery stores are a short walk from the apartment as are both the Piccadilly and oxford circus lines. We could get everywhere easily. My daughters liked the deep tub. The air conditioning was key! There are many cafes and restaurants in the area. The skylight in the living room made sleeping in difficult for the kids and we had to discover the streets to avoid. At the start of the trip we walked down and back to Piccadilly Circus to get to theatres in the evening. Our street was quiet at night but the streets between us and Piccadilly were congested and my daughters (12 and 15) were uncomfortable with the drinking and the adult entertainment establishments. These were easily avoided by walking the other direction and using the oxford circus line instead.

Lovely quirky flat, in a fabulous location.

What a great flat. All very clean and tidy. Wonderful place to stay close to shops, restaurants and theatres. So much better than staying in a hotel. Don’t have heavy suitcases though, as there are a lot of stairs!

GREAT location.

The flat was clean, light-filled, and had all the necessities for a pleasant stay. Our 6'4" son found the couch-bed to be very comfortable. We loved it.

Excellent location

Excellent location. Very cleaned and you have all the necessary things. The negative thing is if you have to use the sofa bed in the living room, there is a window in the roof with any courtain, so in the morning the light get into. Apart of this, very recommendable.

I bought this flat because of its unusual and historical character and that despite its central location the flat is surprisingly quiet at night. Also because the flat has sole access to a huge roof area and that it's a good size for a one bedroom flat and being on the top floor there's nobody walking around above.
