Spacious home, great location

My family was very comfortable in this home. The pool and spa were surprisingly warm given that we didn’t pay the fee to have it heated. We also enjoyed the resort’s lazy river and pickleball courts. The owner was very responsive when I had questions.

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful. We have been coming to Florida for 8 years and this was by far the nicest house we have stayed in. Hopefully it will be available next year when we come.

Nice house but.....

This house is exactly what it says. It’s a very nice and clean house beds were comfortable. Had all the proper dishes to cook with. We did have one issue that scared the crap out of us. 6:55 am we are awaken with the swat team kicking in the house across the street which ruined our day the swat team was there until we returned that night at about 6pm. Other than that I would rent again but it’s something sketchy going on across the street

WOW. A Perfect Family Villa.

This was out first family visit to Orlando and American, and after such a long journey from ( Wales) UK, from opening the door to th villa we felt at home. The home was perfectly equipped, very spacious, spotlessly clean, and overall 5 star. We absolutely loved everything about the house, the pool was wonderful, the games room was awesum, the bedrooms were great, and the house had everything that was needed for a family. Florida and the parks were a dream, the storms were an experience, the wildlife was facinating, Solterra was a great site. The online pictures do not do this home justice, hopefully the words above do. If you want a perfect villa on a great resort, this is the only choice. Our family will definitely return, and we shed a few tears on leaving, we had the most wonderful, beautiful experience that will last forever, and that includes the stay at this wonderful villa. 10 out of 10.

construction and drive time to parks are a downfall

Pro: - Solterra resort staff were so nice! - we did read that staff at gate was slow, we didn’t have a problem at all with this! Maybe they put in a new system? We were given guest passes on day 1, had them ready to show the gate attendant and in we went! - toys, board games, pool toys were a huge hit with are little ones! - traveled with 8 people, plenty of space for everyone - Pool was amazingly clean and well taken care of, gentleman even knocked and nicely told us to not enter the pool for an hour (chemicals) - pictures don’t show this but the pool does have a children safety gate! Sliding door has a not so friendly child lock HUGE PLUS! - whenever you open the front door, garage door, sliding door to pool, master door to pool.. the alarm inside the house announces this till the door is closed! HUGE safety feature for kids! -WiFi was fast and accessible in every room of the house! -every tv is Netflix friendly, leave your firestick at home! (Just remember to log off your account before leaving) -only bed someone said wasn’t great was the downstairs master, unless someone in your party likes an extremely soft mattress - baby gear was adequate, high chairs, utensils, plates, sippy cups, smaller stroller, pack n play -community pool was amazing, the kids both old and young loved the slide, it’s in part of the pool at 3ft and a few inches. 5 year old friendly with an adult at the bottom for supervision! -Both couches were very comfortable, upstairs living space does have a sleeper sofa as well! -pool towels are provided! -entrance to house is a keypad entrance, very handy! - we rented a few things for our stay ex. Medical child’s stroller, delivery was simple and efficient. Con: - no pot holders, we were there 14 days... we hunted and nothing - no pizza pan, pizza cutter, no pan - 1 washcloth per bathroom - AC can’t be set below 74 degrees - NO on demand water heater, it is a larger water heater but we had to stagger shower times for 8 people, not fun especially coming in from the pool or day at the parks! (Yes, we learned this lesson the hard way) - needs a new broom, one was present but it’s past it’s prime - The resort this house is in is being built! A lot of houses and streets are open projects, they aren’t gated or closed off. While out for walks you will notice them and it’s loud, scary, and quite unsafe. - takes about 25-40 min to get to and from Disney with 4 traffic

Great house but parties from neighbors were too much

Great house, great pool. Check in at gate took awhile. Cars were backed up down the street. When I arrived house next door was having a big party well past midnight. They checked out Sunday but the following Friday was the same thing. On the other side there was a large family with kids screaming in the pool. Was hard to relax. I asked owner and was told to call security. I told security and they did nothing : ( Would also recommend if you want your guests to do the bedding laundry provide detergent and enough trash bags and dish soap. Again great house and property management was great when I had to call about a small issue. Just the noise was too much. If you have kids or want to party I’m sure you’ll love it.

Stunning villa.

Visited Florida many times and this is by far the most stunning villa we have ever stayed in. Very modern and very tasteful. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to florida.

Wonderful vacation rental

The home was beautiful everything you could need was there. Pool was an added bonus kids had great time at community center pool , slide, and lazy river. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for great vacation rental.Only about 15 minutes to Disney.

Family vacation

This property is beautiful and very clean! We had a small family reunion with relatives in Europe for July 4th week, and altogether there were 10 of us. We loved the open layout in the kitchen and family room. We had many fun conversations while cooking and watching the World Cup! The owner made sure the property is well stocked on kitchen equipments, towels, etc. The pool was amazing, and we used it almost everyday. Property owner was very prompt with my questions before the trip- great customer service! 👍🏻 Definitely would be back to this house again! ❤️❤️❤️ We miss it so much!

Dream Home

My family just came home from this wonderful dream home. We rented this home with another family. We had four adults and five kids and could have easily fit more comfortably. My family travels often and this was by far the cleanest, nicest home we have stayed in. The added touches in paint, decoration and supplies were noticed. The owners thought of everything from a highchair, pack and play, pool toys, sippy cups to a decked out game room that our older kids loved! The pool was on the bigger size compared to others I have seen. The clubhouse pool is also just around the block. A quick walk if your group wants a change of scenery. This resort is also in the process of building a lazy river that is set to be completed by May. This house would be great for families with kids, however I would also love to go back for a girl's get away. It was close to all the attractions, yet far enough for a relaxing trip. When making our next Florida trip plans I will definitely look here first!

Beautiful home even better stay

If I could live there forever I WOULD. the home was everything it was made out to be. The decor, furniture, lavish painting, bed and baths were all so gorgeous. I would definitely recommend everyone to book at this resident. Any future vacation planning I have will certainly start here.
