Keskeisellä paikalla kaupunkiin. 5-10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä rannalta, hotelleista, Chamorro Villagesta, ostosmahdollisuuksista, ravintoloista, kaupoista ja muusta! Aganan ostoskeskus, Payless ja Jude -kirkko vain 200 metrin päässä. Äskettäin uusittu ja täysin kalustettu! Se on vain mitä sinun täytyy tehdä itsesi kotona kauniilla saarella.

Tämä huoneistoyksikkö sisältää ilmaisen kaapelitelevision, langattoman internetin ja puhelimen, joka toimii ilmaisina paikallispuheluina. Keittiö on myös täysin varusteltu, ja siinä on mukavuuksia, kuten pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, liesi ja uuni, kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin, mikroaaltouuni ja välttämättömät asiat herkullisen kotiruoan valmistamiseksi.

YMPÄRISTÖ:
Vuokra-auto on ihanteellisin, koska sinulla on ainakin 2 pysäköintipaikkaa ja ajomatkat Guamilla ovat hyvin lyhyet. Keskimääräinen ajoaika useimpiin kohteisiin on vain 5-10 minuuttia. Ajo saaren ympäri voidaan tehdä pysähtymättä alle tunnissa!

We booked this unit specifically because it offered an early check in and we did not have to relocate during our stay WRONG!Arrived Monday morning for early check in. No response to messages left on What’s App. Which is what the owners/managers requested way of communicating 2 hours later told that we could not check-in early but could check in early at another location but would have to relocate back to original location in 3 daysAs we had been traveling for quite a few hours we accepted this. Was told they would refund the early check in fee ( 1 week later, has not been refunded)So 3 days later we moved to the original location. The unit was clean and acceptable. Upon arrival on Thursday the electric stove had one burner out of 4 working. On Friday morning nothing, reported the issue, later that afternoon a maintenance person arrived and confirmed the electric stove / oven was non operational. No word on replacement or ??On Saturday afternoon while we were out getting something to eat. They dropped off a single element cook. I would like say both units were clean. We live in Asia and the occasional bug or gecko is not a problem We go to Guam at least once a year a combination of business and pleasure We will not consider this or any other property managed? By this group as an possibility

I was skeptical

When we arrived it seemed a bit sketchy, but this condo served its purpose and was not too far from the Naval base. Bed rooms were super comfortable and clean. This place has so much more potential if a little more updates could be made. The roosters were loud. I had to borrow a fan from my son for white noise and drown out that rooster. I feel the owner needed to replace the oven, which I had to clean. Bathroom had mold which I removed with Clorox. Exterminator needs to visit more often, saw quite a few roaches, but this is common to the island from what I was told. Owner and manager were super nice and easy to work with. I would encourage a bit more updating for the price.

The apartment was very nice and the kitchen well outfitted.

The apartment was close to a Payless Grocery store so we stocked up for meals very conveniently. There were two minor drawbacks. The AC worked well but the fans were a bit noisy. The second was the rooster next door that got us up at 4am the first couple of mornings. We got used to it and it didn't bother us toward the end of the stay. I believe that chickens are good snake catchers, so it's a good idea to put up with them. For a new comer to the island I'd give the following advice: do not depend on maps. Street names are rarely marked and not what Google might list. If in doubt, ask a native or let the shuttle service get you places. On the other hand, it's a small beautiful island, so getting lost isn't catastrophic and actually part of the fun of the island. Sinajana is centrally located and a good place to call home for a while.

Very homey

This was our second time staying at this site. The managers are all very helpful and very nice! The insides of the apartments are re-done and well kept. I definitely recommend them!

Great place to stay with very friendly people in a local neighborhood

I enjoyed this apartment. This place was nice and cozy, very friendly people in a local neighborhood too. And Supermarket was close and car park was good. Location was little bit far from central but close to Kmart and GPO. Apartment was big enough for us. There was very weak stream of water in the shower. I will be back next time for my vacation!!

Nice apartment

It was interesting experience. In general everything was fine. Chris and Dina has provided nice service and everything what we had requested. But in the same time i would suggest to install hooks, shelfs as it was insufficient. All clothers , towels were on the sofa or floor. There was very weak stream of water in the shower.

Affordable place to stay

I really enjoyed our first stay here on Vrbo. For the price and all the Amenities it had I will definitely be back again. I could cook watch tv and relax after sight seeing and scuba diving. This place was central And clean and most importantly affordable for families. Thanks for a great vacation rental.

Basic, comfortable place with very friendly people in a local neighborhood, nothing fancy.

There are multiple units at this property and the one we got was not the one pictured. It was same floor plan and similarly furnished plus on the second floor which is better. This is an old apartment building. Some units are still apartment rentals, some have been refurbished for VRBO and some are in the process. If you are looking for fancy or posh this is not the place for you. Our impression on arrival was less than positive but we quickly found everyone we talked to was very friendly and welcoming. The unit was basic but comfortably furnished with a/c in the main room and both bedrooms. We had to clean the stove top, oil the bedroom and bathroom door hinges and buy some items for the kitchen. Otherwise the property sufficiently met our needs for the time we were there. We slept comfortably, were able to prepare meals and entertain friends. The Wi-Fi is in the unit and worked well the whole time. The location is far enough out to be relatively quiet, save for the occasional rooster, but a short and easy drive to the restaurants, shopping and things to do on Guam. The Payless store is a very short walk up the street for groceries and things. Parking was no problem as we had an assigned space. Everyone we met on property, owners, managers and other residents, were at least polite but most were outwardly friendly and helpful. The manager even offered and did call to let us know when our laundry was done (the coin operated washer and dryer were installed on property while we were there). For the price we paid we were happy with the basic accommodations, being away from the noise of the main tourist areas, being able to cook and the friendliness of everyone.

Great place to stay

Stayed at this location on my visit to guam and I must say this place was really a home away from home. The apartment was renovated with All the amenities of home and I will definitely be back here on my next visit. It was nice, clean and very comfortable.

Love this place!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The Payless supermarket is literally across the street from our unit. The manager Chris was very accommodating and friendly and Asia was very easy to communicate with. The unit is all new in the inside and the wifi and huge tv was a plus. The fact that I parked so close to my unit was great. The neighbors were really friendly and I felt very safe at these units. I will be back next year for my vacation!!
