Tämä Rockaway Beach -mökki on täydellinen kotipesä fantastiselle Oregon Coastin lomalle! Se on tarpeeksi suuri perheelle tai jopa kuuden vieraan ryhmälle. Se tarjoaa tilavia huoneita, upeat näkymät merelle ja modernit mukavuudet, kuten porealtaan!

Sekä rannan että paikallisten nähtävyyksien tutkimiseen kaupungissa ei voi todella mennä tämän kodin sijainnista! Matkamuistomyymälä ja maistele paikallista hintaa valtatie 101: n varrella, tai pysy lähemmäs virkistävää kävelyä seitsemän mailin pituiselle rannalle, joka on aivan ovesi takana! Kaunis, hyvin varusteltu rantakoti, Surftide Cottage tarjoaa kaikki mukavuudet, jotka tekevät vierailustasi mukavan. Nauti kaapeli, DVD (DVD-kirjastolla) ja Netflix-varustettu televisio, viihtyisä puulämmitteinen takka ja jopa sulkapallo ja lautapelejä. Suunnittele seikkailusi langattoman verkon avulla ja pesukone / kuivausrumpu raikastamaan pyykin.

Tee kotitekoisia aterioita moderneilla laitteilla ja runsaalla astioilla runsaassa keittiötilassa, syö sitten yhdessä keittiön pöydällä ja istuimet penkillä ja kaksi istuinta molemmissa päissä. Nauti ateriasi panoraamanäkymillä takakannella! Tai keitä ulkona kaasugrilli.

Enintään kahdeksan vierasta (korkeintaan kuusi aikuista) mahtuu queen-vuoteisiin kahdessa huoneessa ja erillisten sänkyjen sarjaan kolmannessa huoneessa. Siellä on myös vuodesohva, jos lisätilaa tarvitaan. Perhekoira on myös tervetullut liittymään mukaan yötä lisämaksulla.

Paikallisiin nähtävyyksiin kuuluu kaupan putiikkikauppoja, lasipuhallustunteja Ring of Fire Glassworks -tehdasalueella (puolitoista mailia etelään), rantautuminen rannalle, josta voi katsella myös ikonista Twin Rocksia vain merellä, ja rapistaminen laiturisatamassa. Voit myös vuokrata veneen, kajakin tai asettaa rapuruukkuja Nehalemin lahdelle. You can't beat the ocean view and location! The beach can be easily accessed. There is a little beach trail by the back patio. You can enjoy the view from the inside through large windows facing the water. Cute decor throughout and clean upon arrival.The downstairs bedroom was a little small so we slept upstairs in the loft. There is a nice bathroom upstairs. However, the bathtub might be tricky getting out of if you are not super steady on your feet. It was very cozy and I'd definately stay there again!

A wonderful honeymoon

This house was perfect for us. We were celebrating our marriage by spending time at the beach, her favorite place. This house afforded us the ability to go anywhere on the coast of Oregon all while feeling like we are away from people. Being able to wake up to the sound of waves and looking out to see the surf was amazing. I hope we can stay here again next year and every year to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Family favorite

What a cute and clean little house, right on the beach! You can tell that thought was put into the items around the house to make it as comfortable as possible for guests, and they did a fantastic job. Plenty of beach towels, extra blankets, and kitchen items like mixing bowls, good quality pans and a Dutch oven. The only thing lacking is a good knife, so if you’re a decent home chef I’d recommend bringing your own, as well as any spices you’ll need. Also there was no sauce pan. But other than these very subjective details, this house provided all we needed for a wonderful stay for our family of four and our sheepadoodle. Highly recommended!!

What we liked:• Great view of the beach• We could park the car in the garage• Interior was pretty• Wood-burning stove• Best bed in all the VRBO's that we've stayed.What we didn't like:• Poorly outfitted kitchen. No teaspoons. No sauce pans. No wastebasket under the sink. No dishrack for holding items we continually used and handwashed rather than putting in dishwasher. No coffee bean grinder.• The heater in the dining/living area didn't work. • Some floors were dirty with lint, dust bunnies, and a hairball. • The pictures make it look bigger and more spacious than it really is. It's small.This place could be good for a family with kids who can use the beds, bedroom and bathroom in the loft and also have quick access to the beach. It was not cost-effective for the two of us with two small dogs and an expectation of a good kitchen.

Great location, neat property! Hot when sunny...

My kids, my mom, & I thought this was such a great location. Loved the immediate beach access!!! I could watch the kids play on the beach from the living room. Hot tub was a definite perk. Really enjoyed smores & fires on the beach in the evenings.A few thoughts for improvement. The couch needed vacuuming out. The guestbook needs updating as some of the descriptions aren't correct (location of towels, having AC, no kite in garage). We ran out of toilet paper & paper towels. Also, the property was listed as having AC, but it didn't. This was a determining factor in selecting the house, so we were disappointed. The huge sea-facing windows allow tons of sun in (no real blinds) & 3 of the queen beds are in the loft. My 4 kids slept up there and were uncomfortably hot 2 of the 5 nights (thankfully it was overcast the other days & didn't get so hot). I was provided a 1.7% refund for the lack of AC & the listing was corrected not to include AC as an amenity.

Wonderful Property

The cottage is small but perfect for a couple and our dog. You can't get much closer to the beach. The end of April is the perfect time to avoid crowds and enjoy PNW weather. The cottage is really well stocked with lots of small details (doggy poop bags, coffee station, umbrellas, lots of games, hot tub towels, etc.). Some items could use a few updates but overall it was a great getaway and we would definitely stay here again.

❤️Family time❤️

We were able to stay over Thanksgiving and were so happy to have a perfect place to gather for the holiday. We love Rockaway so much and appreciate an opportunity to be together, on the beach, with the doggies and a warm fire. Make sure you bring some firewood and note there ARE space heaters. The washing machine wasn’t working so make sure you have extra paper towels just in case. The TV and all electronics worked great, the blankets were beautiful and warm and cozy and they had little amenities most don’t think of - like the strongest scissors ever for crab and a crate under the stairs for the dog. I wish I had the innate interior design ability of these homeowners. Thank you for opening your home up to us!

Good times

The view was awesome 👏🏻 Even better if you could wash the windows~ When you opened the windows they were plum full of fly poop 💩 The garbage disposal didn’t work~ the sliding glass door was very difficult to open I spent some time cleaning dog hair and sand to try to make it open and close ~ I did hit my head on the upstairs bathroom door 🚪 opening … The carpets upstairs need to be washed you can see where dogs peed… with that being said~ I would return~ but would need to bring cleaning supplies… the heat is by fire 🔥 or space heaters FYI …

The views, beach access and sounds of the ocean are the best features of the property. The home is older and quirky - for example if you use the kettle, the breaker will trip if anything else on that circuit is on. The washing machine was not out of service with a note that said "Out of service. Vacasa notified on 10/26." They did provide an abundance of towels to make up for it. And, they did not have a back up supply of paper towels. Finding the home in the dark was challenging - the house numbers are on the front by the garage, however they don't stand out. Instead, there is a Vacasa property number that is more prominent. Also, we arrived after 7pm and it was completely dark with no exterior lighting. The 10am checkout was a bit pressing for us and we did feel a bit rushed…especially since check in is at 4pm. With all this said, the location cannot be beat. It is literally right on the beach. And, they allow dogs (just please pick up after your dogs. It was painfully obvious to us the next day that may people didn't do this). The home has many cute touches like the loft with office space, a useable hammock, a daybed and a cute room with bunkbeds and views of the ocean from the floor to ceiling windows. We also enjoyed the pin board in the garage where you can place a pin to show where you are from. And, they had a plethora of beach toys in the garage like surfboards, kites, bikes, etc. but due to the time of year, we were not able to enjoy them. So, we would book again w

Perfect getaway!

The location right on the beach was the perfect setting for a relaxing stay. The clean and beautifully appointed living and sleeping spaces exceeded expectations and created a very comfortable and pleasant experience. We will definitely be back.

Excellent little cottage, great location, but HOT if sunny...

Overall, my family & I really enjoyed this location. I could see the kids playing on the beach from the living room! A trail leads directly from the home to the beach. We really enjoyed fires & smores on the beach in the evenings. Rockaway Beach is a great place to visit! We did run out of TP & paper towels. Also, the listing said there was AC, but there wasn't. So the 4 kids roasted 2 of the 5 nights we were there. The guestbook also needs updating as things aren't fully accurate in it. Other than those things, it was great!

Perfection!

This home was perfect! There were so many great touches to the actual space good cooking utensils, little amenities in the bathrooms, plenty of clean towels, comfortable beds, comfortable pillows and sheets, throw blankets to make watching TV comfortable. All of this on top of a perfect location right on the beach with a hot tub. We loved it and wish we lived in Oregon so we could return sooner.

The Perfect Oceanfront Beach Cottage

Loved the view and sound of the ocean. Beautifully furnished and well laid out for a small space! Close to so many attractions but honestly sitting in the sun and listening to the surf was my favorite. Great WiFi for working and the ocean view for inspiration! Loved our time here! 🌊♥️

Ocean outside the doors

Sweet and charming beach cabin. It’s super dog friendly. The ocean is a few steps away. The beds are comfy. Ceilings are low in the upstairs bathroom. It’s a bit more tightly packed with neighbors than expected, but overall pretty magical.

Lovely beach side home

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home. The house is just as pictured, and a cozy dream, perfect for a small group vacation. We enjoyed the hot tub, well appointed kitchen, and bright living space. There is easy access to multiple state parks, but you might not want to leave the view from the living room! The only slight hiccup we had was that the washer had reversed plumbing for hot and cold water, so accidently washed multiple loads on scalding water before realizing. The Vacasa rep wasn't that helpful when we notified them of the problem, but did say they'd fix the issue after we checked out so my hope is this is resolved now!

The location of the house is ideal for easy beach access. Great for families! We've been coming to this property every year for the past 5 years. This year we had to deal with unacceptable cleanliness issues upon arrival. More issues were discovered throughout our 5 night stay. Unfortunately we may look for a different property next summer.

Loved the location of this house and proximity to walk out to the beach. Enjoyed the views with the hot tub as well. Everything was very well appointed and clean - would love to come back!
