Everything about this property was exceptional for this area of Panama City Beach and the age of the building. The owner could not have been more responsive or pleasant to work with. The unit was nicely furnished, and the balcony had a full size patio table, lounge chair, and two upright chairs. Perfect Gulf view. Nice extras included by the owner like coffee filters for the drip coffee maker. I loved having beach loungers and umbrella included.

The property manager/owner is spot on with all communication and helpfulness. It is a great location and very nice. We look forward to returning when we can.

The property was very clean and exactly as described. Having the beach chaos and umbrella service was super convenient. The views are amazing with a perfect balcony view of the sunsets over the gulf! Check in was simple and the owners were very responsive to some very minor questions we had. We would love to return!!

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and stocked with what we needed. We cooked some simple meals in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. There were plenty of bath towels and wash cloths. We loved being directly on the beach. The ocean was rough and murky while we were there so we spent a lot of time at the pools. It was great having 2 pool options. It was very family friendly. The elevators were being serviced for most of our stay, but the wait was never too long. I’d say the average was less than 5 minutes. We never had trouble finding a parking spot in the garage. The owners were fantastic to communicate with. I would definitely recommend staying here.

AMAZING!

We so enjoyed our stay, everything was as listed, actually better! Beds were are super comfortable and entire condo was exceptionally clean!!! it was perfect for us! My elderly mom was so impressed that the beach is literally just steps away! Love this side of Panama City, we totally avoided the crowds but literally could be in the middle of all the fun in just a few minutes!

Sun, Fun, & Relaxation

The condo has everything you need to have a great stay. The king size bed will make you sleep like a baby. The unit was very nice and clean too. The kitchen was stocked better than anywhere else we had stayed before. It has a great view of the ocean and beach. It's in a less crowded location, but still convenient to everything. My wife said it was the best vacation ever. Thanks for all your help. Duane

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I, and our 3 girls ages 23, 17, and 13, all stayed last week. The weather could’ve been better, but the view from the condo couldn’t be beat. We had plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. Beds were comfy. The owner got back with me quickly for the couple small things I had questions about. Elevators were no problem. The ocean was just steps from the building, and it wasn’t as busy as farther up the beach. Great vacation for my family!!

Family vacation

We arrived and the check in process went very smooth. Being on the 18th floor I had worried that the elevators may present long waits however the entire week we were there we never had to wait on an elevator. With all the recent unfortunate events we had double red flags most of our time but we still enjoyed dipping our toes in the water. Having two pools was a nice change up for the kids! The condo was large enough to comfortably give our kids their own spaces and they enjoyed that. Kitchen was equipped with all my needs to prep and cook dinner and lunches each day! We enjoyed the spacious balcony with a great view of the gulf. Communication with the host was excellent and very prompt! We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation this year.

Everything as advertised

We had a great time here. Everything was exactly as advertised. Beautiful and comfortable. Amazing views from the balcony. A huge plus was the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. Really helps save money because renting those are expensive. Only negative thing to us was the distance from everything. But, that can be a huge benefit for others. We would definitely recommend this place to others and definitely stay again if available during our times of vacation.

Celadon Resort

Room was beautiful, view was awesome. Waiting 2 hours for a cart and the elevators was an absolute nightmare. Elevators were broken 3 to 4 days of our trip making our time waiting incredibly long. Not ideal.

We are very sorry for the delays caused by the elevators. Unfortunately, we were not contacted at all during your stay and made aware of these issues. A 2 hour wait does seem a bit long as we were not informed by Celadon property management of this type of delay on either your check in/ check out date. That said, Celadon is in the process of initiating a total elevator replacement and recognizes the inconvenience to guests caused by delays. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and are glad you enjoyed our condo.

Amazing views!

Just got back from a weeks vacation and wish we could have stayed longer! Condo was cute, clean and more than enough room for our family of four! It had all the amenities that you need on a vacation. The balcony view was outstanding! The owners responded right away the two times we had questions (within minutes!)-We've stayed at other VRBO's through the years and waited days for a reply...it was very refreshing! The condo is located in a quiet area away from the "downtown" which we loved...more families down on that part of the beach. But close enough to drive down and visit the restaurants and shops. Within walking distance to Thomas' Donuts (a suggestion from the owners-fabulous!). And the lounge chairs/umbrella that are provided with your stay were awesome (get down to the beach early if you want front row!). There was never a long wait for the elevators (something I was worried about with being on the 18th floor). Book your stay-you won't be disappointed!

Spring Break 2021

Everything with the condo was as described except exterior construction causing beachside pool to be closed for the week. Also the beach service company’s employee was not helpful.

Unfortunately, due to completion of a total roof replacement during Jan/Feb, scaffolding was still in place on the east side of building during this stay. As a result of existing scaffolding, the beach side pool was closed. There was no active ongoing exterior construction during this time. Celadon owners had been informed that scaffolding would be removed on March 4. This date was revised several times due to repeated weather related delays. However, the second heated pool located across the street was open and available for use. Lack of helpfulness by the beach service attendant was not reported during the visit by this guest. Therefore, were unable to address and report prior to the guest departure. This has now been reported to management. We are very sorry about the pool closure and about lack of helpfulness with the beach service attendant. We appreciate and value this feedback.
