Äskettäin kalustettu 2 mh, 2 BA kuningatar nukkuja, nukkuu mukavasti 6. Tämä yksikkö on suojattu patio näkymä laguunille ja osittainen näkymä Port Royal Sound. Taulu, Wi-Fi ja täysin varustettu keittiö sisältyvät nautintoosi.

Vain 100 metriä ja olet vedessä nauttien upeista näkymistä, kävelemällä luonnollisella rannalla tai nauttien auringonnoususta / auringonlaskusta laiturilta. Rentoudu jollain keinulla tai koeta ulos iso, avoin kansi. Laaja valikoima vesilinnut ja simpukat parantavat varmasti vierailusi. Voit kalastaa myös rantaviivaa pitkin.

Kiinteistössä on 2 ulkouima-allasta ja 1 lämmitetty sisäuima-allas, johon kuuluu poreallas / spa ja kuntosali. Käyttöösi on myös 3 tenniskenttää. 24 tunnin vartiointi antaa sinun tuntea olosi turvalliseksi ja mukavaksi lomasi aikana. Kylpylässä ei ole hissiä, mutta se on vain kaksi askellentoa huoneistoon.

Condo had direct access to the beach. Very clean and neatly put together. Very quiet and peaceful area.Had a problem with getting the deadbolt unlocked. Owner answered phone right away and sent help within 20 minutes. Would stay again. Had a great time.

Great condo close to a beautiful beach thriving with wildlife. The pools were great the security staff was friendly and helpful, the gym was decent (i prefer free weights to machine's, but the machine did what it was supposed to do) i would definitely stay there again, it was clean and comfy and felt like home.

We really liked the location, very quiet and nice grounds. The condo was a little dated but well stocked for our needs and the 2BR/2BA was perfect for 2 couples. The 3rd floor was a little more challenging toting luggage with no elevator than we thought it would be and this would be a consideration to staying there again. The host was very nice and had great communication. Overall it was a great trip and a nice place to stay.

Hidden Gem

First time visiting Hilton Head. This location was really neat and interesting. Seeing all the wildlife there was amazing. Caught a few fish and just loved being out on the sand bar. My son enjoyed every bit of it. There was even a bald eagle that hung around while we fished. The condo was perfect for us. Everything we needed was right there.

My family loved it!!

We had a great time staying in this Condo. No issues with the tv at all. Kids loved their room and had just enough space for their toys and tablets. We loved going out on the beach and walking out on the water when the tide was out. This was our sixth visit to Hilton Head Island and one of our best visits yet. The manager helped us anytime we needed it.

Great little getaway!

View of the lagoon was fantastic! Location to beach and pools was great. Margaret was responsive and helpful when we had an issue with the washing machine. Beautiful area and all the beds were comfy. Bathrooms could use a little makeover but overall we were pleased!

Great Stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The outdoor pools are great. We really enjoyed looking around the sound at low tide for little crabs and found 2 sand dollars. The sound at low tide during sunset is beautiful. Would stay again.

Hilton Head Condo

Beautiful condo…very peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed the landscape and pools on the property. The owner was very easy to work with and quickly responded to minor repairs. The only drawback to be aware of the condo is on the third floor and no elevator.

Lovely and quiet

Very nice condo. Especially enjoyed the screened in porch that overlooked the garden. Short walk to the beach and also liked the well-placed shady swings overlooking the ocean. Since the condo is located on the Sound not the Atlantic, it is a quiet, shallow beach, but the shallow water makes low tide a wonderful experience by walking out in the ocean for what seems like a half a mile! And unlike other Hilton Head beaches, this one is not crowded which we loved.. We would stay here again.

Very nice unit and on the quiet, less congested end of the island but very close to more action if needed. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. I don’t remember reading there was a 20.00 “parking” fee. I would stay again.

This property is wonderful. It's an older property so there is a little wear and tear but nothing that really mattered. We fell in love the moment we walked through the door. We are already planning to make reservations for next summer. Shoot, maybe a Winter holiday as well. The grounds are gorgeous. Beach access is great and it's so relaxing to have a "private" beach. The only real negative thing I can say is there is no elevator and that made it hard for some in my family to go to our third floor room. So, keep that in mind if handicap access is a must.

The Spa at Port Royal Sound

It was overall nice but there were lights out in the condo which we called about and someone came to replace but only some of them, still burned out lights. Also the washer and dryer very old and didn’t work well.

HHI Beach Condo

Well-loved but very clean condo! Did not have any concerns about our toddler crawling around on the floors. Quiet location about 15-20 minutes from all the action. My son enjoyed playing on the natural beach and looking for shells. Pools were great- especially with kids. Owner was super responsive/helpful. Only con was that the master bed was uncomfortable. Otherwise, we had a great time!

It was a nice unit for a couple of days, but wouldn’t want to haul up 2 or more weeks of belongings up the 36 steps. PSA Don't even try to bring you boat and trailer to Hilton head, there will be no place to leave your trailer!!!

Awesome Property

Very close walk to Fish Haul Beach and there were chairs to take to the beach. You can even watch the sunset & the sunrise from this beach! It has a great view of the pond fountain & nice pools too! The condo itself was perfect for myself and my 16 year old granddaughter but we could easily have fit more. It was definitely a bonus to have 2 bathrooms. The balcony is screened in, which was nice for breakfast. Easy drive to all the beaches and shops, since the island is pretty small (no more than 30 minutes from one end to the other). Margaret was very accommodating, allowing us an early check in, once the condo was ready after the previous guests had checked out.

Great location but outdated apartment

The apartment was located in a great area close to the water, shops and restaurants. The apartment however could use some updating if they want to keep attracting guests. We were a family of 6 traveling and while the bedroom beds were comfortable the pull-out mattress on the couch was dingy and had some stains on it making it unappealing to sleep on so my eldest son just had to lay on the couch to sleep instead. The bathrooms could use some updating as well, the bathtubs did not leave us wanting to shower in them. Also finding the apartment number took us for a spin since the buildings aren’t labeled and we arrived during the night making it much less visible to see the apartment numbers on the doors and the renter did not communicate which bldg to go too. Perhaps they should consider including a map for future renters to make it easier to find. I was also told we’d have to pay for parking. It was 25 for the entire weekend stay- not much but that detail could’ve been included in the rental description so that potential renters are aware of prior to booking. Overall it suited most of our needs.

A place to lay one’s head

We selected HHI as we wanted to visit both Savannah and Charleston. Savannah was a 60 minute drive but Charleston was 2.5 hours each way. Condo is part of a large development and to be honest could use some updating. Bed comfortable, kitchen had the basics and condo was clean. Two flights of stairs to reach it (no elevator so cases need to be carried!). Development had two exterior pools (which we didn’t use) and one interior one (which we did). The hot tub would only bubble for 20 seconds and then shut down. HHI is ideal for exploring on bikes, especially the western end. There are public beaches but you need a map to find them. Humidity was high but not much sun when we visited so didn’t spend a lot of time on the beach.Myriad golf courses on the island. Shops nearby too.

Marine Graduation Stay

We stayed here to see our son graduate marine boot camp at Parris Island. It was approx 1 hour from the base maybe a hair less. It was cold so we couldn’t enjoy the beach but we did walk down there Bc it’s super close; you can see it out the corner of the screened in porch which was nice. It was just enough space for us and our teenage sons that came also. We don’t cook since it was short stay but it appeared to have all the amenities if we had wanted to. 2 tips- if the blow dryer in the master bath doesn’t work it’s Bc The gfi is throw in the hall bathroom; the laundry room is in the building between you and the indoor pool on the second floor and if you don’t have exact change you will need to download an app to pay and start the washers and dryers. For what little time we spent In the condo it was very accommodating!!!

Quiet private community

Our family stayed in this unit for a few days as an affordable option to other area on the island. It is gated and secured costing $4 cash a day to park that we found out about upon arriving. The condo was just enough space for our family of four. The small kitchen and living area was okay for gathering and dining. It was good to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms but as mentioned by a previous guest the second bedroom is cramped with two twin beds. Seems ideal for younger children. A small screened porch overlooks the pond and trails area There are a few rusted beach chairs that we did not bother with. Some peeling paint and sofas in needs of cleaning or replacing indicate a need for some updating. There are two pools that we checked out. The smaller one by the shore was too shaded and buggy so we enjoyed the larger one in the sun. There is an indoor hot tub that is nice and an indoor pool that was a little chilly. The typical check out time is 10AM though we got the ok for an additional hour. It’s a nice quiet community away from the bustle of most of the island
