LakeShore Villa - Kaunis järven edessä oleva koti koko perheelle

Tervetuloa LakeShore Villaan, jossa ylellisyys, rauha ja hauska sulautuvat yhteen.

Tämä hämmästyttävä 5-makuuhuoneen 4., 4-kylpyhuoneessa sijaitseva Anna-järven yksityisellä puolella on tilaa koko perheelle kokoontua yhteen ja nauttia laadukkaasta perheajasta. Siellä on 3 makuuhuonetta, jokaisella on oma kylpyhuone.

Talo sijaitsee 2 hehtaarin erällä, jolla on heikko kaltevuus talosta kävellen rantaviivaa. Rauhallisella laella, aivan pääjärven rannalla, mahdollistaa rauhallisen, suojatun uinnin, mutta kuitenkin nopean pääsyn kaikenlaiseen vesiurheiluun pääjärvellä. Yksityisellä laiturilla on katettu oleskelualue rentoutua auringosta ja aurinkoterapeutin aurinkoterassi. Telakalla on runsaasti tilaa veneille ja se tarjoaa vieraille ihanteellisen paikan katsella järveä ja käydä perheen ja ystävien kanssa.

LakeShore Villan koko takaosa on vuorattu ikkunoilla, joista on näkymät järvelle melkein jokaisesta huoneesta. Kodissa on rikkaat kovapuulattiat oleskelutiloissa ja berberin matot makuuhuoneissa. Talossa on 5 teräväpiirtotaulutelevisiota, joissa kaikissa on DirecTV-satelliittiyhteys. Päärakennuksessa ja venevajassa on Wi-Fi, joka mahdollistaa kaikkien laitteidesi Internet-yhteyden koko kiinteistössä. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa ja keittiön saarella on pistorasia, jossa on 2 USB-liitäntää, jotta kaikki elektroniset laitteet voivat täyteen latautua loman aikana.

Päätaso koostuu kaksikerroksisesta loistavasta huoneesta, jossa on lattiasta kattoon ulottuva lasi, kaasutakka, moottoroidut ikkunanvarjostimet ja 55 tuuman teräväpiirtotelevisio Smart TV - täydellinen alue perheelle rentoutua yhdessä, kun et ole alas venevaja tai vedellä. Gourmet-keittiöstä on näkymät suurelle huoneelle, ja siinä on kiinteät vaahterakaapit, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, kiertokaasuvalikoima, sisäänrakennettu mikroaaltouuni, graniittilaskurit, saari rentoille ruokailuille ja Keurig-panimojärjestelmä. Lakefront-ruokasalissa on iso ruokapöytä, johon mahtuu jopa 8 vierasta. Järven rannalla sijaitsevassa ensimmäisen kerroksen Master-sviitissä on queen-vuode, nahkaiset loveseat-oleskelutilat järvinäköalalla ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa suihku. Valtavassa 16 'x 20' Lakefront-kannella on öljyllä hierottuja pronssisia kaiteita, jotka sulautuvat ympäristöön minimoiden järvinäkymien estämistä. Kansi sisältää Weber-kaasuristin ulkona ruoanlaittoon ja sateenvarjoa olevan ulkona olevan pöydän niihin aikoihin, jolloin perhe haluaa ruokailla ulkosalla. Lisäksi on pesutupa täysikokoisella pesukoneella ja kaasukuivaajalla sekä jauhehuone vieraiden käyttöön.

The house was everything and more. Marvin stocked the house and everything was in great condition. We all loved the house! The convenience of a dock and the paddle boards wss great! Would stay again if we decide to come to Lake Anna again.

Something for Everyone!

Great property, house and amenities. The arcade was the best. Kayaks were used by all and fishing off the dock was a real hit! The house was clean upon arrival, beds were comfortable and communications with Marvin were helpful and appreciated.

Perfect lake vacation

This house was perfect and it had everything we needed. Having access to the pool was a plus because it was real hot and the pool helped cool us off. Everyone enjoyed use of the arcade games which was also a nice bonus. Overall, the house and lake access were the perfect lake vacation and we hope to return next year.

Wonderful place to Vacation

We had a great time. The lake, dock, home, deck, everything was wonderful and soooo beautiful and relaxing. It was a very, blessed, pleasant and peaceful stay. Great time at the lake

The property was just what we needed. Marvin was a great host and communicated well and promptly. The house was in really good shape and we had a fun time getting out on the kayaks, canoe, and paddle boards. The house is on the warm side of the lake and I don't think I realized how warm it would be, but my wife really like it.

Summer Vacation 2022

In a word, Exquisite!! Everything about this propery was exacly what the pictures showed. This is one of the BEST VRBO properties that I have ever stayed in. Marvin really does take care of his beautiful home. We loved the all of the arcade games and especially loved being out at the lake and chillin' on the dock. We will definitely go back.

Lovely house

We stayed with two other families at this house. The layout, the rooms, the games in the basement were all great and enjoyed by all. The dock was great, and it was nice to have Wi-Fi down there for those of us who had to check in at work. We used the EV charger and it was nice to not have to worry about finding other charging options. The yard is great and offered areas for kids, playing, or corn hole on the path to the dock. Overall, everybody had a great time and we highly recommend this house.

Family vacation 7 adults 5 grandkids beautiful quiet neighborhood beautiful home large lot gentle slope to walk to lake dock is awesome even has WiFi on dock lots of chairs and table lighting for evening swim off dock tie up your boat water is exceptionally warm plenty of bedrooms home very clean everything worked well kids hung out on lower level playing the arcade games large deck on main and lower levels table chairs ang grill we fed the grandkids on the deck because they are messy lol circle driveway easy in/out plenty of room for parking we had 3 vehicles and a boat trailer parked highly recommend this rental Mr Ward was readily available for any concerns even got a bottle of wine/gift on arrival

Great for families

The house and surrounding property were beautiful. Everything was well maintained and organized. Our families had a blast swimming. The covered portion of the dock helped us escape the heat when we needed a break, especially with the fan. The kids loved the video games in the basement and the Nintendo switch dock came in really handy. The house was big enough for our group, we were able to all be together and also have our own space if needed. Marvin was very helpful during the whole process, we will definitely look for this place first next time we come to Lake Anna.

Fantastic home!

Where do we start?! From the minute we booked the reservation Marvin was wonderful! He was super helpful and responsive and even allowed us to book the watersports package last minute. The minute we pulled in, the kids were excited and couldn't wait to enjoy themselves. The home was tastefully decorated and hands down the best place we've ever stayed at. All the 'little things' were there that one usually forgets to bring. More than enough towels, blankets, pillows, etc for the 10 of us and tons of room. The kids were never bored and just had a blast! I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay on the 'warm side' of Lake Anna. I can't thank you enough Marvin for letting us stay in your beautiful home and being so helpful and responsive before and during our stay!

Exactly what we had hoped for

First off, this property is meticulously maintained. The grounds were spotless and the inside of the home was fantastic. The furniture is all in excellent shape and nothing looks out of date. The owner was readily available for anything we needed and the amenities were plentiful. Everything was very well thought out. If we were pressed for a complaint the only thing we could come up with is that the Wifi repeater at the dock wasn't working and there was a foul odor in the water at the house, but it was nothing most lake houses don't have. As for the Wifi at the dock, that was really more of a luxury anyway for us to play music down there, its not like we were trying to stream movies while hanging out down there. We would definitely stay here again. Very happy with our experience.

First Time Lakers

What a lovely stay we had at Lake Shore Villa! It was absolutely beautiful. I can honestly say we didn’t find one thing wrong with this home! We as a family have stayed in a lot of rentals, in a few different areas, over the past 20 years and this home by far has been the best!! It was very clean, up to date, and very comfortable!! It had everything we needed and then some. No detail was left undone!! Really to much to write everything!! The property was gorgeous as well! Having dinner every night out on the deck was a favorite for most all of our family. We also enjoyed the boat house and dock area. We brought our canoes, kayaks, and fishing boat and being able to just walk out the back door and be on the lake was pretty nice. Our host, Mr. Ward was very responsive, when we did have 2 very minor hiccups he got right back to us! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home!! Oh, and The Classic Video Game Machine, AWESOME!!

Relaxing Getaway

We had a great time at LakeShore Villa! The house is clean, comfortable and has great views for watching the lake. My boys loved playing on the arcade machines in the basement. Each day me, my wife and our two boys spent the majority of the day in the water floating, swimming, canoeing, kayaking or paddle boarding while the grandparents relaxed on the back deck or on the covered dock. This is our second year staying at this house because we had such a great relaxing time the first year. This is a great place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Relaxing, Beautiful House on Lake Anna

We just got back from Lake Shore Villa and had a great time! The house was so clean and had a great layout. We had 8 people including my parents, my brother and sister in law, and our two kids who are 7 and 10. We all enjoyed using the kayaks, paddle board and canoe and spent most of the day on the dock by the lake reading, talking and relaxing. In the evening we enjoyed hanging out together in the house, watching tv and me and my boys loved the arcade games! The beds and rooms were very comfortable. Marvin was very responsive to all our questions and we had no issues! Overall a wonderful house and we would love to stay again in the future!

Worth the trip

This was our second time staying at this property. There were several upgrades since our previous stay 4 years ago. The location is great because you do not have to worry about boats/jet ski’s, the dock is partially covered, which is great when you need a break from the sun. The house was very clean and kitchen well stocked..

Wonderful lake retreat!

Lakeshore Villa is a beautiful and peaceful home to spend time with family. Everything you could possibly need is there and in top condition. Marvin is a great host! Lake Anna and Lakeshore Villa were perfect for our family to reconnect and enjoy some quality time together!

Perfect Getaway

What a wonderful experience. Mr. Marvin is a superb host, very responsive, polite and accommodating. The house was just as described and it was beautiful. Upon arrival check-in was a breeze and the house was thoroughly cleaned. In our current environment cleanliness was a top priority during our stay. The sunsets and sunrises were so beautiful to watch from the living room through the windows or dockside. The rooms were welcoming and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We absolutely enjoyed taking the kayaks and paddle boards out daily, and being on the private side of the lake had no issues with a ton a traffic on the water. We also really enjoyed the community beach access. If you are looking for a wonderful stay at a great house this is the house for you.

I challenge you to find a more well appointed rental home.

This property is truly wonderful! We stayed with another family (including two teens) and there was more than enough space for everyone (in terms of bedrooms and living space). It was clear that the owners wanted guests to feel at home and enjoy every creature comfort. The dock was wonderful and an amazing place for relaxation. We definitely look forward to renting this beautiful property in the future!

We are the Wards and we are water people. I had my first ski boat before I could legally drive a car. My lifelong dream was to have a lake house...and LakeShore Villa is the culmination of that dream. My daughter achieved her Virginia boating license at age 12 from the US Coast Guard Auxiliary and has been operating motor boats and jets skis since that time. She was a coxswain for Lake Braddock Secondary School's crew team and was exceptional in the role. Her Freshman year her boat was undefeated during regular season regattas and was ranked 2nd in the state going into the state championships. Her Sophomore year her boat came in 2nd place at the state championships, bringing home the silver medal. My son is a rising 12th grader at Lake Braddock Secondary School. He grew up spending summers at Lake Anna and was skiing by the age of 5. He loves all areas of water sports including wakeboarding, wakesurfing, kneeboarding and skiing. He is a master at docking our boats and obtained his boating license a few years back. My wife grew up in a boating family and is looking forward to our eventual retirement at LakeShore Villa.
