Villa Magnifica on upea 4000 neliön jalkainen merenranta kotiin, jossa on upeat kalusteet.
 500 lankaa ja koko WiFi. Kolme HDTV: tä olohuoneessa, Den
 ja Master sekä 5 muuta tasaista näyttöä kaikissa muissa makuuhuoneissa nauttivat premium-kaapeli-tv: stä.
 uima-altaassa on suihku / pukuhuone sekä neljäs kylpyhuone.

Katso Kalifornian harmaasavalan upea vuotuinen muuttoliike merenrantaelämässäsi
 Villa Magnifican huone, den, keittiö ja makuuhuone. Koko perhe rakastaa valaiden katselua
 vaellusmatka Point Loman ohi, kun he matkustavat Baja Kaliforniaan.

Saapuessasi voit nauttia tilavasta taka-viihdealueesta, jossa on kutsuva
 uima-allas ja kohotettu poreallas. Myös miellyttävä oleskelutila uima-altaan ympärillä
kahden Oceanfront-kannen ansiosta lomamatko on vertaansa vailla.

Wonderful family vacation on the cliffs!

Villa Magnifica was perfect for our family. The location is ideal and the view of the ocean is spectacular. We were a group of 13 people, including six kids and seven adult. This house was the most well provisioned of any I have stayed at. There was space for everyone in the various rooms and the two decks.

There were 12 of us staying here and there was room for all. The house was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There were plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, lines and towels. We did not want for anything. The view here is spectacular and the manager was very responsive to our needs.

Great Location, Host, and space; but not quite "Magnifica"

Eleven old college buddies stayed here for a long weekend. Our host was terrific; friendly and extremely responsive. The location on the beach at Sunset Cliffs can't be beat. As promised, it accommodated 11 of us nicely, with bedrooms and bathrooms. However, while the house was adequate, it is past its prime. The pictures are from a time in the past. Just be aware that the place is a little rough around the edges, and not "luxury". All considered, I still recommend it.

Girls get away

We are a group of women who were in Nurses training 55 years ago. We get together yearly now for 5 days or so to reconnect and enjoy each others company. This house was perfect for us as we each had our own bedroom, but there were penalty of areas to gather. House was very clean and well equipped. Great location with amazing sunsets and close to all we wanted to do. 15 minutes from the airport. Joseph was responsive to our needs also. Thanks so much for making this property available to us.

Family Birthday Weekend

We had 10 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant, and the property accommodated us all perfectly, with room to spare. Fabulous location, fantastic views. Very well appointed home - while we didn’t cook much, everything we would have needed was there. Joseph is an outstanding and gracious host, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend any large group if you need a home base with all (or more) of the comforts of home. If we ever travel as a group to San Diego again, we would definitely book this home.

Family Reunion

The house was found in good order and clean....everything we needed worked and the property manager was quick to offer assistance in fixing/replacing items. The grassy area and pool and spas suited our outdoor family and most of our activities were outdoors. The location, across the street from the ocean was beautiful and pleasant. Had a great time with everyone of the 22 folks finding comfortable sleeping arrangements....

Great home Sunset Cliffs

Great location/neighborhood in OB area. Away from the central beach OB area hustle for some peace, but only a few minutes to central area. If coming with family this is the place. Great manager communication and responsiveness. Clean and tidy. Bright home, many windows. On the ocean. Watch the sunset over the Pacific from inside or out on the front patios. Efficient check-in/check-out. AV simple to use. Kitchen well stocked, all appliances are optimal. Nice pool and hot tub. Beds very comfortable. Bathrooms excellent. This will be our place as long as we come to OB to visit family.

Great great great location

The property description write up needs to make it much clearer that the house is NOT air conditioned. Why does this matter with the Pacific Ocean across the street? The house faces due west and it gets quite hot on sunny days. If the marine layer settles in the house gets quite humid and not very comfortable. Just a heads up but overall the house is ok but in need of some upkeep. No AC needs to be made clearer.

A lovely place for a family reunion

We were looking for a house that can hold our large family and this fits the bill. The communication between I and the company (manages the rental) is great. Joe and Dylan took care of every issues we encountered. The house is dated, still it has everything we need to make ourselves comfortable. When we need our own space, we can also find it in the house as well. We did not know that CA requires fencing around the pool, and that is appreciated as we have a almost 2-year old in our group. A few things that can be improved: screens at every door (to keep the flies from coming in), light fixtures tested (quarterly) to ensure adequate lighting. We'd consider renting this place again if we choose to come back to San Diego. A nice stay at a great location.

A very nice place for a multigenerational gathering

- The location is amazing, with wonderful sunset views, no parking issues (if you want to park at sunset, it can be difficult but there is parking space at the back of the house). There are a few grocery stores 5 to 12mn away (Jensen's or Trader Joe's to cite a couple...). It is close to the airport, which is convenient if people gather from different places (we had guests flying from from HI, MI and France...) - The house itself is great. Common spaces are really spacious, allowing various activities in parallel. The lanai in front of the house is very nice too and the glass railing makes it safe for young kids in your party. - The kitchen has all the equipment you need (and more) to prepare meals and accommodate a big crowd!. Sleeping quarters are in an aisle of the house which is mostly away from the common space: also a good thing! The swimming pool is a plus for kids and older ones too... - As noted in another review, the house has been used, so not everything is in a pristine state, but it is expected from a house mostly used for large gatherings. Some pictures are old and the house has aged since then. - We had no issue with the house itself. The heating of the swimming people (which we paid for) didn't work when we arrived and it took some time to be repaired, but we were reimbursed for the days we missed it. - The communication with staff was fantastic, from the preparation before we arrived to the checkout at the end of the stay for the fourteen of us!

Great host and stay even with a little hiccup

Awesome place, everything except the master was a bit dated so the pictures are a tad bit misleading, however the location was fantastic and the host was AMAZING. Have been using vrbo/Airbnb for a long time, and don’t think I’ve ever come across a more quick responsive host, not sure if he’s the owner or property manager but if I owned property he is the kind of person I want running mine. I do suggest to clean the windows as the views of the amazing sunset and sunrise would be so much nicer if the windows throughout the house were sparkling clean. We had a little hiccup which we just shrugged off as nothing, but a homeless man stayed in our patio one night and our kids / family were extremely scared in the morning. The host and police arrived at the same time and resolved thing’s painlessly. Even with that, I would easily stay at this place if/when I return to San Diego. There is nothing the host could of done to prevent that situation but a lot he could of to respond with it differently. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great home for 3 generations with 4 families and 13 people

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home accommodated our group perfectly. It was unusually well stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, kitchen appliances and containers. The owner made sure there were staples in the pantry as well as plenty of paper goods, garbage bags, etc for our stay. The moms of the group greatly appreciated the secure pool area, lots of pool toys and lots of other toys for the children. The manager was very responsive to questions and issues, and was very helpful in making sure we had a smooth check-in and check-out process. The location is incredible, with spectacular daily ocean sunsets, and close to shopping, walking trails and other amenities. The home and furnishings are not new--in places they show the age of having multiple sets of renters, but they are all very functional. Upon request, the manager promptly switched out a couple of chairs that needed repairing. While this place was expensive (end of July)(but reasonably appropriate for the size and location), it is certainly on our list of potential repeats!

Outstanding property, right on the bluff overlooking the ocean!

For rental homes for large families, this place is great! There are 5 bedrooms, plus pull-out couches in the living room. The kids loved the pool and there's a big safety fence around the pool to keep little ones out when you want them out. You just sit on the front deck and watch the gorgeous sunsets every evening. Short walk/drive to restaurants/bars. Plenty of nearby grocery stores. This is our 9th summer vacation family rental and it was probably the best! Things always come up and you need the property management company to get back to you - something that sadly is a rarity in home rentals. This property manager was always responsive and there to help. There are a few times each year where the temperatures go high, which happened during our stay. There is no A/C, but the property manager brought over extra fans (I bet we had 6 fans that came with the house plus the extras he brought!). The fans helped, but on some nights the house was very stuffy and uncomfortable for sleeping. If you think it will be hot when you arrive, talk to this property manager about finding a house with A/C (A/C isn't very common in San Diego since the cool ocean breezes typically cools things) This was the only issue we had with this property and we knew ahead of time that there was no A/C - we just didn't expect the heat to be so bad. We'd go back during a cooler season!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So I want to start and say that the location is pretty sweet and unique. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Internet speed was one of the big reasons we chose this property and was great. The property management is very attentive. Our overall experience was decent. The property just needs some fixing up. Some of the things are just mind boggling. All of these items need to be repaired or replaced and I would say they have been for a long time: the front door lock, the garbage disposal(fee if use it - absurd), the microwave, multiple TVs, one of the toilets runs every time you flush it, one of the undermount sinks is unattached from the sink, the hammock looks like some animal was living in it, outside furniture is falling apart. These are all pretty minor and I just think for what they are charging for this property - these things should be fixed. None of these items are new problems at this property - maybe they are just really trying to squeeze what they can out of guests? Yes - the property is a lil older and the furniture is out of date(as someone else said in their review) - we were ok with that - it was just these smaller things that we just did not quite understand.

READ THE FINE PRINT!!!

First let me say that this place is quite lovely. There are mostly pros, but the cons are here too. First, the host is great, very available and very supportive of your needs. The properties location is top notch, and the house has a very well supplied kitchen, towels, sheets and blankets. The cons are that 1. Its pretty dated and needs a bit of a safety inspection. Loose or non-existant hand rails for stairs, old falling apart porch furniture, one of the wall mounted sinks conpletly broke off the wall and almost smashed my foot. When i looked closer it was literally plastered to the wall with no beam support to the structure. 2. If you want a private pool, this isn't your place. While the pool is fully private and centered in the home, theres a video camera pointed right at it and functioning 24/7 i have a teenage daughter and neices there and found that a little creepy and invasive. Also if youre thinking of a romantic evening swim or hot tub... think again and smile cause you're on camera. This leads to the 3rd point of the terrible neighbors and quiet rules. If you have a quiet group that shuts things down around 8pm then this is your place (outdoor activities end at 8pm) also $300 noise charges are there and can be very subjective. One neighbor is apparently 89yo and doesnt like noise. So we literally had to be inside with all doors and windows closed so we don't get hit with a noise violation (quite hot in there with no AC). Other side neighbor 2 houses down blamed me for having a dog on the property, which was the house next door, dog sitting, they were very quick to blame me and the host had to come verify and calm everyone down. Bottom line if you're a chill quiet group this is a great place, if you want to stay up past 8pm this is not your place.
