- San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am.
- Our home is a combined duplex remodeled into a single family home. Our home encompasses 3 floors.
- This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras.
- The indoor fireplaces are inoperable and not for guests use.
- Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
- You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.
- We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.

No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. As your beach getaway comes to an end, we kindly ask you to follow these quick steps before checking out. Please turn off all lights, fans, and HVAC; lock all doors and windows; start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes; leave used towels on the bathroom floor and beds unmade; and remove all trash and recycling. Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved.
