Kyydissä bluffissa kauniin Tyynenmeren yläpuolella, Cliffs 5-301 on kolmannessa kerroksessa (ei hissiä) ja tarjoaa upeat näkymät merelle ja vuorille sekä rehevään lehtineen, josta pohjoinen ranta on kuuluisa. Nauti näyttävistä näkymistä t��män tilavan kulmayksikön (1 400+ neliöjalkaa) 18 jalan lattiasta kattoon ulottuvien ikkunoiden läpi tai astu molemmille lanaille lähemmäksi.

Yksi lanai on pois makuuhuoneesta ja on loistava paikka käpertyä hyvän kirjan kanssa, kun taas toinen, olohuoneesta poispäin, on t����ydellinen paikka rentoutua ja ruokailla sekä merinäköalalla etäisyydeltä. Iltaisin haluat kokea Kauaiin värikkäitä auringonlaskuja täällä ja epäilemättä pohtia uutta loistavaa p��ivää paratiisissa.

Tämä huoneisto on sisustettu huomioimalla yksityiskohdat ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu. Täm�� huoneisto sisältää huomaavaisia mukavuuksia, kuten ylimääräisen TV: n parvella ja makuuhuoneessa sekä täysin varustetun keittiön. Olohuoneen televisiossa on Blue Ray -soitin. Holvattu katto lisää tilavaa tunnelmaa ja saari-tyylinen kalustus kiittää hienosti trooppisia maisemia. Cliffs 5-301 on erinomaisella paikalla vangitsemaan trooppisia tuulet, jotka parantavat jo mukavaa tunnelmaa.

Laskeutukaa uima-altaan vieressä lyhyen kävelymatkan pä���ssä ja aktiviteettien ja seikkailujen täynnä vietetyn päivän jälkeen nauttikaa yhdessä vierekkäisistä kylpylöistä (yksi on vain aikuisille tarkoitettu kylpylä) nauttiaksesi täydellisest�� rentoutumisesta. Cliffs-hotellissa on myös ilmainen pysäköinti paikan päällä, lasten leikkipaikka, 1/2-kenttä koripallokenttä, suolakuori / melapallo, 2 sekoituslautakenttää, polkupyöränvuokraus, mini-viheriö, yrityskeskus, concierge-palvelut ja 24 tunnin vartiointi.

Se on lyhyen ajomatkan päässä mahtavan pohjoisrannan rinteiden kautta naapurikaupunkiin Hanaleihin, jossa paikalliset laitokset tarjoavat ostosmahdollisuuksia ja erilaisia ravintoloita, mukaan lukien paikallisten suosikit, Zelo ja Hanalei-delfiini. Näm�� ruokapaikat kiittävät Princevillen lomakeskuksessa saatavilla olevaa neljän tähden ruokailua. First time in Princeville

The condo was comfortable and spacious enough for our family of 6, as long as only 2 people were in the kitchen at a time. We will definitely return to the Cliffs.Make sure you double check spam/junk mail. Our code to get into the facility was buried deeply into my junk folder, even though the rest of the correspondence came through fine. We had a late evening arrival and though the daytime front desk were very helpful, the evening lady on duty didn’t help at all. There was an emergency number she could have pointed us to and saved us a lot of hassle. I also recommend bringing/buying paper products like paper towel and maybe plates. The dishwasher was not working and 6 people we spent more time than we’d like washing dishes.These small things did not by any means ruin our wonderful experience. Kaua’i is beautiful and this company does a good job if you communicate our needs.

The place was adequate and just as pictured. The master bed was a little hard for our liking. There is no AC and being from the mainland this was problematic for comfort and allergies. The unit did have extra chairs, a cooler and the complex was nice. There was a parking fee of 15 per day, plus tax that we were not told about before arrival.

Condo was nice but i would ask that you keep all window coverings closed for check in. The condo was so hot because the sun had been shining in all day. Once we got the doors opened and the breeze was much better.

Little piece of heaven

This was a beautiful spot - great views of ocean and plant life. The chickens were fun to watch - the roosters kept us on our toes and helped us get up in the morning. We will definitely stay here again.

Another great stay at the Cliffs!

We enjoyed this property so much last time we stayed that we returned for another great visit. The unit is clean, bright and spacious. The only negative is the occasional noise from people at the pool but we didn’t let it bother us. It doesn’t have air conditioning but you don’t need it - the ocean breezes are perfect.

Outstanding vacation rental

We loved everything about this property. We were originally booked at another property nearby but were notified last minute that the other property was undergoing construction. The rental agency allowed us to cancel without penalty and moved us here. We were so glad they did. We had a great week here at the Cliffs at Princeville and would book this unit again in a heartbeat!

Not sure if it’s the owners or KVR but the toilet paper, paper towels and extra soap (dish, laundry and bath) was much appreciated for our 12 night stay. The spices in the kitchen came in handy for those few dinners prepared- we were sure to replace and left our boys 2 boogie boards for other kids to enjoy. My wife and I decided to stay in the North Shore and the Cliffs 5-301 was the perfect place four our stay. First off, the place itself was amazing with a ton of space, all the amenities we needed for our stay and was super clean. 5-301 has great views of the ocean and mountains and was perfectly located to hiking, beaches and sites we visited in the North Shore but also manageable for when we visited the South and East side of the island. The rental even included a cooler, beach umbrella and chairs which came in clutch! Overall, had an amazing time in Kauai and can't wait to make it back and would consider this place again for sure.

Condo at the Cliffs

We were very happy with the condo-warning, it is up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. It is well maintained and everything we needed was there. The grounds were beautiful, but the pool was too cold and hot tub was smokin hot. Overall, a beautiful location, nice place to stay with great amenities.

Fantastic stay!

We had a great stay at the condo. It was prefect for my husband, daughter, and I. Very clean and well appointed and the views were gorgeous. The grounds were very nicely kept and the location adjacent to the pool was perfect. No complaints whatsoever. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends & family for sure. FYI if you have not traveled to Kauai before, I recommend that you bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Chickens are part of island life and the roosters start to crow at the first hint of dawn. All part of the experience :)

Amazing Condo for Family of 4 - just perfect!

Great layout, fully stocked with everything we needed for our one-week stay. Master bedroom was very spacious for adults, and upstairs loft perfect for two kids (ages 7 and 10). The Cliffs Resort property is beautiful and well-maintained and we found staff to be kind and helpful. Location is convenient for island activities and very close to Hanalei Bay shopping and restaurants. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Great Condo!

There is a very nice cross breeze between all the windows that keeps the condo cool and there are many fans if the weather is hotter. We enjoyed using the Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella on our beach excursions. We really loved being close to the pool where our kids ended up every afternoon. The sound out of pool waterfall was an added bonus. In the evening if there were people in the adult hot tub, we easily closed the sliding doors and they were gone. Great trip all around.
