Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This studio unit was very well laid out and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay in Kauai. It felt like plenty of room even though it was all one big room. There was a problem with the tv but the management company and then the resident caretaker had it looked after very quickly! We really enjoyed the pool and the beautiful gardens around Prince Kuhio. We also really enjoyed several friendly conversations with other guests around the pool.

We appreciated the management job done by Kauai vacation rentals. The on-site property manager was unfriendly and unresponsive but when we were unable to reach him, the Kauai vacation rentals person handled it immediately and efficiently. This property is fine, but the furniture is uncomfortable and poorly arranged. The TV is mounted on the same wall as the bed headboard so you can’t see the TV from the bed. There are two rattan chairs where you can sit and see the TV but they are extremely uncomfortable. Well, we were not here to watch TV, it was nice to catch up on news when we were getting ready for our next activity so this was something that affected our ability to enjoy the property. Addressing this would make the unit much more comfortable.

The accommodation was a clean, quiet, and had all the supplies, dishes, beach towels, beach chairs, you name it, it was available to us to use during our stay. Kaua'a Vacation Rental staff are great to work with and were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely use their rentals again. Mahalo and until we meet again - Aloha!

Condo 334 was very clean, offered a very comfortable bed with a well stocked kitchen and linens. One small point was the shower/bath plug did not drain very well at times. Apart from that we would easily rebook condo 333 in the future.Mahalo

Amazingly Beautiful - Kauai Prince Kuhio

Overall an amazing place to stay, with beautiful beaches and easy access. It was wonderful sitting out on my patio enjoying the views of Prince Kuhio grounds; just full of lush tropical plants and trees. The condo was the perect size for one or two people, with a full sized kitchen (fully equipped), comfortable chairs and dining set. And after long days of excercise and fun, I very much enjoyed the comfortable king bed and pillows! I would definitely recommend Prince Kuhio!

Great Place at a Great Price

Super comfortable king bed, nice kitchen with all the necessities (including a dishwasher), & gorgeous views from the balcony. The complex was quiet, well-maintained, & beautifully landscaped. The only disappointment was not being allowed in the pool--the rules stated that it was only for residents & the gate was locked. Besides that, we loved it & would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation getaway.

Everything was clean; it had a great view of the pool and palm trees, which were very tropical. The only bad thing is that we were on the third floor and there were no elevators; therefore on the first day when we got there, we had groceries and our luggage, just imagine. Everything else was great, thank you for letting us spend a great week in your place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time exploring Kauai with the Prince Kuhio Studio 334 as our home base! The bed was big and comfy and the studio came with everything we needed for our stay, even extras like beach chairs. My only complaints would be the lack of beach towels (only 2), the chairs facing the TV we not comfortable, and the balcony was tiny and narrow. The grounds are lovely, and the pool is clean. There is an awesome snorkeling beach right across the street where we saw a sea turtle and lots of fish. I would for sure stay here again in this complex, especially in the winter, since it was always sunny when we got back to Poipu, even if it was rainy somewhere else on the island!

The kitchen has everything you need, beach towels and plenty of bath towels, wash clothes and hand towels. A/C was great! You do need to climb stairs as this unit is on the 3rd floor; but we didn't have a problem with it. Parking is limited but there is street parking. Great help from the rental group; tips, directions, emails with info, and gifts at check in. We would definitely go back! Great location as well.

Comfortable

Cute little bungalow stocked with most things you need. 2 beach chairs and umbrella, beach cooler. Comfy bed. Small lanai, pool view. Ceiling fan and a/c. 2 stories to walk up, no elevator. Nice pool, no spa and no restrooms by the pool. Need key to get in AND out of the pool area. Sunsets across the road are breathtaking. Overall, great deal.

The location is nicely situated close to the coast but without ocean view, which was alright because the room overlooks a nice garden area overlooking the pool, so it's quiet and remote. The parking garage is a little tight but ideal for access, so coming and going is quite convenient. Overall, it is a modest, self-serving place to stay without all the hype! My wife and I enjoyed that!

Perfect Getaway

This property was perfect for the two of us. It was a quiet little community that was beautifully maintained. The location was great for easy access all along the south shore. The actual unit was well-stocked and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, it was friendly for our budget! We have stayed at a different place nearby before that we loved and were worried this wouldn't live up, but it was excellent and we saved a lot of money! Definitely check this place out on your visit!
