Tämä on aivan uusi 4 makuuhuoneen 3 kylpy koti neljä täysikokoista kannet. Koti on suuri uima-allas ja aidatulla pihalla. Tämä koti sijaitsee 400 metrin päässä merestä ja sillä on selkeä näkymä rannikkojen väliselle vesistölle etukannelta. Olemme kävelymatkan päässä Lockwood Follysta. Toisin sanoen Atlantin valtameri kohtaa rannikkojen välisen vesiväylän. Vesinäkymät kodin takaa ja edestä. Koti on sisustettu kauniisti kaikilla uusilla kalusteilla. Tilava ulkosuihku pukeutumisalueella. Gourmet-keittiö, jossa graniittiset ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Bar Top neljällä jakkaralla. Suuret ruokapöydän istuimet 10. Täysikokoinen pinottava pesukone ja kuivaaja. Olohuoneet molemmissa kerroksissa, 60 tuuman televisio. Peruskaapeli-tv Apple TV: n ilmaisella Wifi: llä. Keski-ilmastointi ja kattotuuletin kaikissa huoneissa. Liinavaatteita ja pyyhkeitä ei toimiteta. Koti on 1 vauvaportti.

With beach access only a 3 minute walk of the house you can relax and put your toes in the sand. After the beach, enjoy our in-ground pool and concrete pool deck, with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and outdoor shower with dressing area.
There are plenty of decks to take in the spectacular views from both the front and back of house. This house has many upgrades making it feel much more like a luxury home than a rental property. This is not just another beach rental property. All brand new furnishing in a relaxing beach color palette in hues of blues and grays with elegant décor. We have many features that we have included to delight our guests including large flat screen TVs in both living rooms and a gourmet kitchen with everything you will need to prepare a great meal
