Set in the heart of the private estate 'la Nartelle' in Sainte Maxime, this charming villa is the perfect location to enjoy wonderful sea views, surrounded by a lovely mediteranean setting.

Whether relaxing in the garden, diving in the pool - 12m x 6m, or working out in the gym, in this privileged location you will find all you need for a wonderful holiday.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 of which directly access and overlook the swimming pool, and all have a sea view.

We have recently added a home gym, a room that can be locked to ensure the safety of children. Our swimming pool is also equipped with 2 alarms.

The spacious living room leads onto the sheltered terrace, a wonderful place to enjoy a shady lunchtime.

For those prefering the sun we have a second outdoor dining area, perfect for barbecues overlooking the hills and sea.

La Nartelle's large sandy historical beach is a 5-10 minute walk from the house. Its selection of good quality restaurants, private and public beaches makes it perfect for families.

Discover the nearby sailing club activities, tennis, golf course 10 mins by car, boat trips and more, all nearby, or take a drive inland to one of the local villages.

For dining, why not try one of the fine restaurants to be found on the beach, in the old town centre of Sainte Maxime or in Les Issambres all within 4 kms of the villa or visit one of the local markets and enjoy the regional food in the comfort of the garden.

This stunning villa will charm you from sunrise to sunset, the perfect setting to enjoy your holidays with friends and family.

Wonderful family holiday
We congregated here from around the world and had a special week. The villa has a wonderful setting with beautiful views and is a short car journey or longish, but lovely, walk into St Maxime itself. If you like to run the seafront is lovely in either direction and there are many friendly runners, The beach is at the bottom of the hill but we were happy at the pool and playing boules in the garden. The pool is a good size and has a diving board which was great fun, there are 2 pool alarms for added security in case someone should fall in and there is a terrace between the rooms and pool which provides extra security for little ones. Despite being early in the season we made extensive use of the pool and bar-b-qued every night except one. It took us several days to discover the outside light switches which are behind the curtain on the door from the pool area into the living area - it is beautiful with them on. The villa is in a very quiet residential area and is charming. There is a beautiful bedroom in a little tower with stunning views and also a very large en suite bedroom with a bath which was perfect for the family with toddler as there was plenty of room for the cot. The other bedrooms are comfortable - 1 is separate downstairs through the garage so good for privacy but perhaps not for children. The bathrooms are recently refurbished and very nice - great shower in main bathroom. We would definitely return in future if possible and all wish that we had had longer.

Fantastic !
We had a wonderful time in the house which is very conveniently situated near the beach and yet very private. It is tastily furnished, very tidy, the swimming pool is as nice as it looks on the photo and the terraces offer stunning views of the bay... It is a perfect place to spend lovely holidays !

Fantastic holiday in ideal conditions
We had an amazing holiday in this beautiful villa full of charm from Provence. The villa is very well kept, the views of the sea and the domain are stunning. We and our children really enjoyed the huge swimming pool. The villa is a walking distance to the beaches and all the beach restaurants so we really appreciated not to have to take the car. Ste Maxime is a stone throw, perfect for shopping, strolling, cafes and restaurants. Absolutely loved it!

Bien placé, très beau cadre pour se détendre
J'ai logé cette villa pendant une semaine en juin, et je dois dire que je ne le regrette pas. En effet, belle maison, spacieuse, beau jardin avec une grande piscine, cela correspondait à mes critères. En plus, la plage n'est pas très loin et est très agréable, surtout avant l'arrivée massive des vacanciers. Seul point négatif: la connexion internet n'est pas idéale, mais cela nous a permis de profiter davantage du soleil !
