Tämä kaunis koti on juuri mitä olet etsinyt. Blue Heavenissa on neljä makuuhuonetta ja neljä ja puoli kylpyhuonetta, iso avoin pohjaratkaisu ja valtava ulkouima-alue, jossa on oma uima-allas!

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kolme makuuhuonetta, jokaisella on oma kylpyhuone. Kun kävelet ensimmäisen kerran oven edessä, siellä on iso makuuhuone, jossa queen-size-vuode, taulutelevisio ja oma kylpyhuone! Kun olet matkalla valtavaan avoimen pohjaratkaisun olohuoneeseen, löydät upouusia kalustekalusteita kaikkialle. Olohuoneessa on poikkitason sohva, johon koko perheesi mahtuu! Puhumattakaan ruokasalin romista, jossa on 8 paikkaa. Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on kaikki mitä tarvitset suosikki ateriesi luomiseen! Tai tilaa tilauksesta yksi monista lähellä sijaitsevista ravintoloista!

Myös tässä kerroksessa on makuuhuone, jossa on king-size-vuode, iso taulu ja oma kylpyhuone suihkulla. Tässä huoneessa on myös oma ovi, joka johtaa ulos uima-altaalle! Masterin vastapäätä on toinen isäntä, jolla on king-size-vuode, taulu ja oma kylpyhuone. Näiden huoneiden välissä on pesutupa, jossa upouusi pesukone / kuivausrumpu.

Katse ulos seinästä seinään liukuvat lasiovet, jotka johtavat ulos terassille / uima-altaalle. Tämä ulkona asuintila ei petä. Ota kiinni säteitä lepotuoleissa katsellen, että lapsesi leikkivät omassa uima-altaassasi. Ota jalkapallo ja pelaa pelejä takapihalla keitettäessä päivällistä suurella sisäänrakennetulla grillillä!

Ylimmässä kerroksessa on kerrossänky, joka sisältää kaksi sarjaa täysikokoisia pankkeja ja iso taulutelevisio, jotka kaikki on varustettu Xbox One -laitteella! Tässä huoneessa on myös oma kylpyhuone kylpyammeella / suihkulla.

Tule viettämään lomaasi Blue Heavenissa ja hanki oma siipi taivasta.

*** Allaslämmitys on saatavana tälle kiinteistölle 1. lokakuuta - 1. toukokuuta. Allaslämmitys on saatavana lisämaksu 20 dollaria päivässä tai 125 dollaria viikossa. Allas lämmitetään 83 asteeseen eikä sitä voida muuttaa. ***

Alueen loistavan sinisen lupiinikukan nimellä nimetty Blue Mountain on unohtumaton näky. Nauti upeista näkymistä turkoosi vedellä tämän ranta-alueen yläosasta, joka istuu pienessä kaltevuudessa verrattuna muuhun Etelä-Waltoniin. Viihtyisistä rantamökeistä ylellisiin uusiin koteihin, Blue Mountain tarjoaa erilaisia majoitusvaihtoehtoja rannalla kävijöille.

Tutustu tämän rannan naapuruston eklektisiin ruokapaikkoihin ja paikallisesti omistamiin putiikkeihin; tai poimi käsintehty luominen Blue Mountain -studiossa. Beautiful Oasis

Loved the pool, back patio, and the large bedrooms with bathrooms. This was a perfect location to celebrate a girls trip for 40th birthdays. Highly recommend working with 30A.

Amazing, relaxing, convenient, beautiful!

This property is one of our favorites! My friends and family have been coming to 30a area for 25+ years and this property is a rare find. Private pool, walking distance to great dining and beautiful beaches and not overcrowded and congested. Very well maintained property with everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful beach home

I took my four children their spouses and one child and it was the best vacation! The home met all of our expectations and more! It was very roomy and loved the decor. The pool so so well maintained too. We will be back!

Amazing!

This was our second time visiting this property and we just LOVE it! Clean, spacious, and convenient for our multi-generational trip. The bedrooms, living spaces and pool area are fantastic to relax and enjoy time together as a family. Close to the beach and within walking to shops/restaurants. Plus has lots of things to do like bikes and board games. Can’t wait to visit again next year!

Beautiful!

One of the most beautiful places I've visited so far in Florida. The house was so spacious to accommodate adults and kids. We made full use of the fully equipped kitchen cause my family loves to cook. The rooms were so clean and spacious. It felt like a better version of a pent house during a hotel stay. Beach was so close to walk too! I also love the fact of a not so crowed are. 30-a is defintely my vacation spot now!

Second Time Staying as Good as the First

We stayed here the exact same time last year for our wedding anniversary, we loved it so much we stayed again this year. We love this home and the location so much, and would like to return annually. I do recommend paying the extra fee to heat the pool in these cooler months. Before we got the pool heated, the low temperature would bring back the dead! Warm up the pool and have the time of your life in this wonderful home!

Fabulous!!!

This house hits a home run!!!!! We all loved the swimming pool with beautiful changing color lights! The great room is huge and will accommodate everyone in your group. Professionally decorated, luxury linens and a few minute walk to the beach. It’s the best house we have EVER stayed in and will return next summer. Perfect!

The pictures don’t do the property justice! We were wowed from the minute we opened the front door. I stayed with my husband; children—ages 5, 7, 9; parents; niece and nephew—ages 4 and 11; and sister. It was so nice to have 3 primary suites so everyone had privacy and space to retreat to at night, and the kids absolutely loved the bunk room. We cooked breakfast and dinner every night, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor space was incredible, with a spacious shaded patio and sectional overlooking the pool. The property was exactly what we’d hoped for, and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more.

Fabulous week at the beach!

We loved Blue Heaven! It was perfect for our extended family of 10 guests. The bunk room with full bath was perfect for 4 boys, ages 8, 10, 13, and 15. The bedrooms with full bathrooms were ideal as they were all similar and didn't feel like one couple had an overly fancy master and the others had small rooms. Living space was large and open. Kitchen had really cool glassware and serving dishes. The backyard was awesome with the covered patio, grill, pool, and even some green space. We even used the firepit one night as an added bonus! We appreciated the 4 bikes that were included with the house, as then we only had to rent 6 not 10...and it was nice to have use of the garage and store the bikes in there! We rode bikes or walked to the beach in under 10 minutes, which was great not having to drive and try to park. We would defintely stay at Blue Heaven again on a future visit to 30A!

Amazing family vacation!

Happy New Year! Our family has been wintering in the Santa Rosa Beach area for over 15 years - our parents stay right on the beach at Old Beach Road. This year, as families do, we outgrew our one house (and this became apparent after day one!) Frantically, I checked VRBO for something in the area that could help us with our growing population. I emailed several VRBO properties in the area and heard back from this rental agent (Ashley) within 30 minutes! She was quick, professional, and very helpful. We were AMAZED when we walked into this beautiful house. The house was so much more than we ever imagined! What a wonderful, well thought out design. You can tell that the owners have children and grandchildren - the house is designed to comfortably accommodate a large family in a very stylish and well appointed way, the house and grounds are immaculate, it's quiet (until our kids were in the pool! ;) and we actually ended up staying more time at this house than the house on the beach! We all walked between the house on the beach and here all day without ever tiring, this house is close to a cute ice cream shop on 30A with bike rental, close to Goatfeathers for our peel and eat shrimp, and close to all cute towns along 30A. We will be returning to this house in the future and we thank the owners for allowing us to stay in their lovely family home. DL, Minnesota.

Beautiful house!

We really enjoyed our week at Blue Heaven. The house is beautifully decorated and the flow of the home was great for our family of 10. They had everything you needed there. The pool was great and there was enough yard space for cornhole! There is also plenty of pool toys, chairs, umbrellas and carts in the garage that we really didn’t need to bring any with us. We will definitely be back next year!!!

What an amazing house! We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and this home was just the way to celebrate! We spent most of our time at the pool. The kitchen was top notch. So much space. Close to the beach. We can’t wait to come back.

great house.

The house is well layed out. the bedrooms are all seperate from one another. The large open kitchen grandroom was huge. plenty of pots and pans and cookwear.. enough room to park 4 cars not counting garage space.

Best Place Ever

We cannot say one negative word about our experience with our stay at 30A Blue Haven. There is something for every age. We were very happy and impressed with the cleanliness and neatness overall. The house is roomy and accommodated our family of 7 with extra room left over. The kitchen provided every thing we needed and a large pantry gave us room to store our food and coolers. We cooked all of our meals there and even baked cookies and a cake. The walk to the beach was not too much for all of us adults. A wagon was provided to carry things to the beach. If a family had small children , they could certainly rent a golf cart to carry chairs, coolers, and toys to the beach. There is plenty of parking for them at the beach access. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful!!

We loved the house and the location! The beach was just a short walk or bike ride away! We loved biking around the neighborhood in our spare time! We will definitely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend it! One slight bummer would be that we paid to have to pool heated for the week of our stay... and it was broken. The property manager was more than attentive, but obviously she could only do so much. They did say we will get our money back for that though!

Perfect Family Getaway!

My family and I️ loved our stay. The house was beautiful- and allowed us to spread out. The pool was a great alternative when we were home from the beach. The beach is also a close distance from the home. We were able to walk the first say, but opted to rent a golf cart for ease of carrying chairs and towels, etc to the beach. The owner thought of everything that one would need during our stay. The restaurants close by were yummy as well. This was the getaway we needed! Thank you :).

Amazing

This was our first vacation to the gulf side of Florida and it didn't disappoint. The property was amazing, very clean, and thank god for the heated pool. Thanks again for this well needed vacation and we hopefully will be back in the future!!!

Perfect Beach House

Check in was very smooth. The House was very clean and the pool was the big hit with the kids. Great location to beach and restaurants. Hopefully be back next year
