3 Makuuhuone / 2 Bath hiljattain rakennettu (2016) aidatulla eco-surf yhteisön, Finca Del Mar. Vuodepaikkoja 6

Keittiö ja olohuone ovat tilavia, joissa on korkeat katot, trooppiset lehtipuut ja kiillotettu betoni kaikkialla kotona. Paljon aurinkoista ikkunoita ja lasiovia anna aaltojen ääniä kaatumaan rannalla.

On olemassa kaksi "master makuuhuonetta" yksi vaikuttava liukuva navetan ovi ja toinen on yksityinen Master Suite. Molemmissa ilmastoiduissa master-makuuhuoneissa on king-vuode ja kylpyhuone sadesuihkulla, jossa on kysyttävää kuumaa vettä. "Boardroom": ssä on myös king-vuode, ilmastointi ja tilaa surffilaudan varastointiin. Kattotuulettimet ja merituulet pitävät talon viileänä koko päivän. Siellä on myös turvallinen kaikki omaisuutesi.

Talossa on suuri gourmet-keittiö, joka on täysin varustettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet, kaasu-alue, mikroaaltouuni ja astianpesukone. Kauniit käsityönä olevat puun aksentit ja huonekalut tekevät kodin tuntuu olevan moderni ja trooppinen. Saari, joka istuu kuusi, on täydellinen ruokailu ja viihdyttävä.

Suuri ulkoterassi on osittain peitetty ja sopii erinomaisesti lounging ja ruokailu. Suuri Guanacaste-puu antaa varjoa ja palmuja ja trooppiset puut kattavat omaisuuden. Kierukkaportaiden käämikattoon käämitys on loistava paikka tähtitieteelle.

Tämä ominaisuus on juuri sitä, mitä tarvitset pakopaikkaan ja rentoutua suojaisalla rannalla. Sijaitsee lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä talosta on yksityinen hiekkaranta. Tämä ranta sopii aloittelijoille ja kokeneille surffaajille. Vietä seisokkeja, jotka heiluttavat riippumatossa lukemassa kirjaa tai rannalla kampaamalla etsimään simpukankuoria ja hiekkamillia. Alhainen vuorovesi tarkista vuorovesi-altaat! Älä unohda tuoda maskin ja snorkkeli nähdäksesi trooppisen kaloja! Mene kalastamaan heti rannalla tai kokeile heittää pois riutta. Tutustu yhteisöön rantarengaspyörällä tai tutustu monenlaisiin surf-rikkoon lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä talosta (auschillo, hemmies / piste, chiggas, robins right ja ranchos)

Finca Del Marin kehittämisessä on Los Cordones Eco Lodge and Restaurant. Lodge tarjoaa jooga, yksin ja pariskunnan hierontaa, surffilauta, rasvan polkupyörän vuokraus, ranta edessä riippumatot, varjoisa Palapa n, ratsastus ja un-unohdettava auringonlasku surf! Golf-kierros naapurikylässä "Gran Pacifica" voidaan myös järjestää cartilla ja klubeilla tai opastetuilla kalastusmatkoilla Captain Danin kanssa. Jos haluat tutustua Nicaraguaan uudesta kotipohjallasi, päiväretkiä voidaan järjestää hotellilta. Vulkanoita, paikallisia markkinoita, kahvilaatikoita ja kierroksia naapurikaupungeista. Los Cordonesilla on myös kilpikonna lastentarha, jossa ympäri vuoden voi todistaa kilpikonnia munista tai vielä paremmin - uudet haudutetut kilpikonnat indeksoivat takaisin merelle!

Hard to find but nice place

We had such a hard time finding this place. The pin they sent didn't work, so we used the address, which brought us somewhere an hour out of the way. Once there, the house was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Great 3 bed house / property.... I can’t say enough good things about this place - great service and communication from the start. - Safe / secure / private property and surroundings - House .... 3 bed / king size with A/C Fully loaded to cook and entertain if need Also comes with a washer dryer for longer stays.... recommendations.... for longer stays - grab food and supplies for your stay - grab a claro chip as there is no wifi in this house.... yet - if you need to go outside this community .... for surfing or other Nicaragua adventures, which I highly recommend you do! Ask for Elvin as a driver!!!!! Very professional also can chat English with you if needed Thanks again for the place and experience!

Amazing

This was exactly what I needed. Everyone I encountered during my stay had been friendly and helpful. Only issue I can think of is the critters but escaped without a bite. Thank you to Janelle and thr staff at Los Cardones for an amazing trip and I look forward to my return

Highly Recommended!

Relax, surf, eat, massage, eat, surf, relax. That about sums up a day staying at Casa Palmera and popping down to Los Cardones Eco Lodge. We stayed at Casa Palmera this past Fall and were over the top impressed. The property manager was awesome and made sure we were set up for success. Having access to Los Cardones Eco Lodge was amazing and easy! But the best part was being able to comfortably settle into Casa Palmera and enjoy it for the beautiful house that it is. It felt better then "feeling just like home", it felt like being in a dream home (with high end amenities, beautiful handcrafted furniture, and soft towels). Highly recommended!

Casa Palmera

A friend and I rented Casa Palmera as part of a Nicaragua surf tour. What a beautiful stop with all the amenities. The home is very open and the kitchen provides ample space for cooking and entertaining. The property manager made entering the home, our stay, and our activities all easily accessible and even set up transportation for us. The cruiser bikes allow you to access everything close by within a short bike, the surf racks made our morning trek very small. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to see the northern part of the country while still catching morning waves and home cooked breakfast.

Casa Palmera

My girlfriend and I rented Casa Palmera for two nights in November. We absolutely loved it! The house is beautiful and the location is incredible. It is very spacious and well designed for either entertaining or just chilling out. It was just the two of us but you could comfortably share the house with 3 couples. The woodwork in the house (kitchen, bedrooms, doors) is beautiful and you can see the attention to detail in the design. The house comes with 2 cruiser bikes complete with surfboard racks so you can get to the beach. It is a very quick 2 minute bike ride or a 5 minute walk to Los Cardones Eco Lodge, where the surf break is. The property manager made our arrival and stay completely seamless. She made us feel right at home and was available if we ever needed anything. That made us completely comfortable. We really enjoyed our time in Casa Palmera and look forward to returning again soon. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and beautiful place to stay.

Highly Recommended- Great Location

Casa Palmera is a beach house well worth the rental. Close walk to the beach and Los Cordones Surf Lodge. You can hear the waves crashing from the house. The lodge has board storage so our routine every morning was to wake up and stroll down to the beach break. We would have our boards in hand and in the water within 10 minutes of leaving the house. Really going to miss that morning routine. The coffee and breakfast is also fantastic at the lodge after a surf. The house has high end wood finishes and all the amenities you would need. All bedrooms fitted with AC and fans for comfortable sleeping. The roof top terrace is massive and gives a great vantage point over the area. We are already planning our next trip down. This place surely will not disappoint.

Amazing!

Can't say enough about casa palmera! So close to the beach you can hear the waves crashing at night :) the place is huuuuuge , beds are comfortable and AC was nice to have. Los cordones has a really good vibe and great for anyone trying to get away from the everyday race. Thanks so much for having us! We already talking about our next visit :) cheers

We are a couple of Canadians from beautiful Kelowna British Columbia. We love to travel, and explore new places. We have a passion for beautiful beaches, surfing, and hiking new land. I am a Registered nurse and Jon is a ticketed welder. We both work hard at home so that we can play hard on our vacations. The case we built has been our goal for the past 6 years. Recently we finished building and are now wanting to share our home with you.

After traveling to this special place on a trip we quickly realized what we had stumbled upon. We absolutely fell in love with the spot and the good vibes and decided to set up shop. We hope you find the same feeling we get when we sink our toes into the sand at the beach.

Many sporting activities to do around our casa such as renting a local guide and horse back riding down the beaches & through local sugar cane fields. There is also a sweet volley ball net set up on the beach, which is great for meeting new travellers. One of our favourite things to explore at low tide are the many tide pools that are just a short distance walk down the beach. You can also bring your own fishing rod or even better pay a local fisherman to take you out to the best fishing holes around. If you're looking looking for night life you can either take a short walk down the beach to a local reggae bar with live music and cold drinks. And one of the best things of all is the ever changing waves and beach break right in front of the Los Cardones Eco Lodge. Guaranteed you will never have to fight for a wave.
