Ok, melkein ranta-mökki :) Niin lähellä kuin voit päästä Isle of Palms ole ollessa saarella. Tule tutustumaan tähän uuniin uudistettuun uimarantaan, joka on sisustettu yhden tason kotiin rauhallisella alueella. Ei vain rannalla vain muutaman minuutin päässä, mutta sinua ympäröi yli 20 parhaista ravintoloista, boutique-ostosmahdollisuuksista, kaksintaisteluista piano-baarista, elokuvateattereista ja paljon muuta. Keskusta Charleston on vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Ravenel-sillasta ...

Mestari on kuningas ja muut huoneet ovat kuningatar ja yksi täysi sänkyä ja on kaksi kylpyhuonetta. (saatavana yksi patja)
Avoin pohjaratkaisu tarjoaa loistavan valon ja helpon viihdytyksen. Erinomainen avoin olohuone, jossa on takka sekä perhehuone, jossa on lisätilaa lukemiseen, keskusteluun, pelejä jne. Ominaisuuksiin kuuluu kauniita uusia kerroksia, graniitti työtasot ja ruostumaton teräs laitteet keittiössä. Suuri takaisin kaksinkertainen kuistia näkymät yksityiselle takapihalla pihalla on erinomainen rentoutumiseen istumapaikalla monille ja BBQ valmis käynnistämään.
Se on kaikki yksi kuisti / kannen menee koko pituudelta takana talon ja on piha molemmin puolin talon .... Tämä on myös minun henkilökohtainen asuinpaikka useimmissa talvena niin löydät sen sisustettu ja nimetty enemmän kuin useimmat kodit.

Olen juuri koristellut molemmat kuistit antamaan sille enemmän istumia kesällä, jos on lämmin avoimempaan niin on mukavaa ja varjostettu lopussa päästä pois auringosta .. LOCATION; SIJAINTI; SIJAINTI; Tämä ei ole vain kaunis koti, mutta se on suuri ja kätevä sijainti kaikki mukavuudet rannat Isle of Palms, Sullivanin saari, Mt Pleasant ja keskustassa Charleston ....

Hyvin varustetuista kotiin olemme yrittäneet ajatella kaikkea mitä tarvitset, jotta vierailustasi olisi mukava. Hinnoiteltu alle 2 hotellihuonetta kadun yli ... Helposti nukkuu 6 ja me rakastamme koiran niin vain kysyä. Valitettavasti perheen allergioista emme voi isännöidä kissaa.

Wonderful stay

What a lovely cottage! We appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of the owner. We had easy access to the beach, shopping, tourist locations, and restaurants. We have stayed in many rentals and this is one of the best by far.

Close to beach and shopping, easy access to highways

My family was in town for my daughter's wedding and this was a great location to drive to the beach, the venue and my families homes in the area. All the stores that you need are a very short driving distance. The house has everything that we needed for a comfortable stay and the host Cindy, was very responsive to questions. This one is definitely staying on my list to revisit when we come back to visit family next!

Perfect house

The house was amazing especially the shower. The location was perfect with everything you needed was close by. All of the furnishings were new and super clean.The neighborhood was quiet, well maintained and safe. Our host Cindy was super and very responsive. If you want a perfect place to stay this is the place. Overall the best thing about our stay was our host Cindy. She made us feel welcome and treated us as her friend. I will stay here every time I am in the Charleston area.

Great house and location

We were attending a wedding in Mount Pleasant but also wanted to do sightseeing on Isle of Palms and Charleston. This property was perfectly located! Cutely decorated and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. The back patio is very Private with lots of plants and foliage. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location..convenient to the beach and downtown Charleston

Fully stocked home for entertaining family and friends, quiet neighborhood and only 15 minute to Isle of Palms beach and just 20 minutes to downtown Charleston. The home has comfortable furniture and beds and beautiful outdoor space with a fully fenced yard to allow our dog to join us… would definitely recommend this home if you are bringing your pet.

Nice, quiet retreat

We were in from out of state to attend a Med School graduation weekend with other family members. We were able to stay with our two small dogs who really enjoyed the neighborhood and well fenced in back yard/patio area. Since we had events to go to, we didn't cook much there, but there was everything you would need and nearby grocery stores.

Perfect house close to the beach and to all in Mt Pleasant!

This house was wonderfully decorated, spacious, and had everything we needed. Cindy was very responsive, helpful and flexible. The location is in a charming neighborhood only a short drive from Isle of Palm and to other attractions in Mt Pleasant. I definitely recommend this house!

Stayed there because of the location and the fact that we could bring our dog. Adequate house. Very clean and well stocked. Thought the price was very high for what we got, but that may just be the time of year and supply and demand. We were very comfortable there.

Great stay

This property is a short 3 mile drive to Isle of Palms beach. It is close to stores, some restaurants. Short drive to downtown Charleston. The home was spacious for the 6 of us and our dog. Having the enclosed backyard was a plus with the dog. The owner was easy to work with and responsive to text/email.

Home away from home

The house and backyard was perfect for my family of four plus my two large fur babies. The home was super clean . The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance and plate setting you may need . Roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. The backyard is a beautiful shady place for you and your pets . Cindy makes sure you feel comfortable in the house . She has supplied a lot of bath towels , bedding , beach towels , chairs , and a little bit of this and that in case you forget your toiletries .

Perfect location/Lovely home!

Communication with Cindy was a breeze, she was very helpful with our questions about the area, since we had never been there previously. The home had everything we needed, the kitchen was well appointed. Though we mostly sampled the grand variety of restaurants in the area. The washer/dryer and iron were helpful, plus much more! This is a great location for going to beaches, so close, that we were able to catch a couple of sunrises on the beach and the beaches are gorgeous! It is close to downtown Charleston, and many historic sites. We felt very comfortable and it was great for our furry pal too! (We appreciated the vacuum cleaner so we could do a little tidy up before we left.) We loved our stay! Thanks a million for offering this lovely vacation home! There is so much to take in, we couldn't do it all, and would love to come back!

I am a local real estate agent in Charleston with Agent Owned Realty on Isle of Palms.. I love what I do and the benefit of being able to work with great families that soon become friends. Dog rescue is a passion in many different ways.
I walk my dog's on Sullivan's every morning and have missed very few morning over my 18 years of living here. Going over the Isle of Palms bridge every morning and seeing the ocean takes my breath away. Raised 3 wonderful children in the Mount Pleasant area and now out and about enjoying life. My 4 legged children now rule the roost and keep me entertained. We are originally from Vail, Colorado but traded skiing for the beach year's ago.

If you are looking for something close to the beach with out the price tag, this home could be the closest one available. No traffic to deal with!!! Save money !!! Close to so many of the restaurants with 20 plus fabulous choices all within 1/2 mile you will be able to afford to eat out more:). Shopping and entertainment are also so close. Downtown is a quick 10-15 minutes away. Mount Pleasant has a large assortment of antique and eclectic find shop's for those ready for a day away from the sun and fun. So much to do, so little time!!!!
Our vacation home is open, light and cheery . A great outdoor private yard. Because we all enjoy cottage-like atmospheres, we chose our home in a funky, quiet and rather eccentric small neighborhood where locals as well as vacationers can revel and relax in its casual vibe.

This home has a living room with TV and a family room with a TV. A long porch connects 2 yards, one shaded for the pooches and one patio style for entertaining. Everything in the house has a unique story...and is decorated with quality. I think when our guest arrive they drive in wondering where they are ...and then the biggest compliment is how much they love the house and then by the time they leave .....can't believe how convenient it is to everything.
