 Sijaitsee suoraan historiallisen virkailijan rivin takana (John Mellancamp on naapurimme!)Tämä Tybeyn rauhallinen osa sijaitsee lähellä majakkaa ja pohjoista rantaa.
Pohjataso, aidattu sisäpiha, korkeat katot ja erittäin suuret ikkunat, joiden ansiosta tonni luonnonvaloa valuu. Tämä koti on täysin sisustettu ja suunniteltu. Mökissä on nyt 2 täyttä kylpyammeet ja ylimääräinen "vesihuone!"
Täynnä taidetta paikallisista taiteilijoista ja vintage-löytöistä, mukavia huonekaluja ja parasta erittäin suurta seulottua kuistia keinutuoleilla. Todella etelän hurmaaja kotiin! Tämä koti on historiallinen koti, ja asunnonomistaja on lisännyt täyden kylpyammeen yhteensä 2 1/2 kylpylä! Vielä yksi kodin ainutlaatuinen piirre! Tämä on puolet duplexista, jossa toisella puolella on Enlisted Men's Mess Hall. Molemmat puolet ovat hiljaisia ja niissä on oma / erillinen sisäänkäynti. Tarvitsetko tilaa suurelle perheelle? Another great stay at Screened Inn

We knew this would also be a great chance to bring along the family dog as well after we stayed with Mermaid Cottages at this location Teo years ago. Perfect size and layout for our three boys and us. Great location as a quick walk from the least crowded parts of the beach on the north end of Tybee. You will love it.

Not only did this place feel like a home away from home but mermaid rentals went above and beyond in their communications- they are incredibly friendly, warm and inviting which is so welcoming after a big day of travelling. The rental was spectacular, cozy, bright and FULL of character, the decorating really made it feel like a relaxed vacation and the walk to the beach was very short. It's a cute property on the north side of the island, which we prefer because it is quiet and peaceful, but only a few minutes' walk to the North beach. It is always spotless. And it is very spacious. The interior is exactly like the pictures in the listing. Really cute. The Mermaids are friendly, accommodating and responsive. We are already planning to be back sometime in November-December and again in March.

The screen porch and small fenced-in yard are wonderful. Lots of shade from old live oaks. VERY convenient to trail around nearby Jaycee Park and easy access to the beach. The floor pan and room locations are a *little* quirky but actually worked very well for us (we were there with our two small children, and, alternately, my wife's parents and a friend with her child). Lighthouse and the very tasty North Beach Bar & Grill were within easy walking distance. Nice, quiet neighborhood and street. Also, the staff at Mermaid Cottages were very friendly and helpful. We loved Tybee and hope to return next summer!

I have two small dogs and they had a blast in the fenced in yard and the screened porch for some sun bathing. The rental company was beyond exceptional. They checked in on us and communicated with being bothersome. The location is so close to the beach, the lighthouse, great places to eat. We walked to several places and we rented bikes because everything is so close. We have an electric car and there is a fast charger just around the corner. We drove to Savannah several days, it’s only 20 minutes away and there is so much to do and see. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with the hosts. Also, when we left , Tammy reached out to let me know we had left something behind so we could arrange to get it back. Just wonderful ladies. I will definitely be recommending this spot to others and I will also be back in the future. Thank you mermaids for making my stay so easy and really going out of your way for us. I truly appreciate it. Your wonderful.
