Jos haaveilet merenrantakodista, et voi päästä lähemmäksi kuin tätä ihanaa 4 makuuhuoneen, 4 kylpyhuonetta, joka asuu nykyaikaisella paikalla ainutlaatuisella paikalla tuottamaan esteetöntä näkymää niin pitkälle kuin silmä voi nähdä. Äskettäin uusittu keittiö ja kylpyhuone, mukavat huonekalut sekoitettuna kauniilla antiikkiesineillä tekevät kodin sisustuksesta niin kutsuvan kuin ulkopuolenkin.
Herää ja nauti aamukahvistasi toisella 4 kannelta katsellen horisontissa olevaa loistavaa auringonnousua. Myöhemmin kävele ulos oven edestä päivittäin hoidetulle kauniille rannalle; 10 rantamerkkiä on käytettävissäsi. Kun on aika lounaalle, jätä vain rantatuolit ja kävele takaisin taloon - sinun ei tarvitse sietää jäähdyttimiä. Äskettäin uusittu ulkosuihku on ulkona terassilla avuksesi.
Rannalla vietetyn päivän jälkeen voit rentoutua pehmustetuilla lepotuoleilla taivaan kannella, josta on näkymät auringonlaskuun lahdella. Illallinen voi olla perheen tapa, jota nauttii ulkoterassilla katsellen surffaajia, kun illallinen kokkii grillillä. Tai pidä tauko ruoanlaitosta yhdessä monista loistavista ravintoloista Long Beach Islandilla. Lyhyen ajomatkan päässä sijaitseva Beach Haven tarjoaa päivä- ja yötoimintaa koko perheelle: Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf Water Park, merihistorian museo, Surflight Theatre tai vain selaamalla ainutlaatuisia kauppoja ja erikoisliikkeitä. Perfection on LBI

Our family group of five adults and three children spent a wonderful week at this perfectly located oceanfront home. We thoroughly enjoyed the reverse layout, which meant that even once we reluctantly dragged ourselves off the beach (from the direct access path Immediately next to the house), we still could enjoy spectacular views from the comfortable and airy upstairs main room. The window-side reading nook shown in the listing’s pictures was a coveted and fought-over spot for all family members, young and old. 😊 The home is in a quiet and peaceful residential area, but within an easy drive of plenty of activities, restaurants, and shopping, if desired. For our group, the tranquility of the waves and sand and sun was mostly what we were looking for, and that’s exactly what we got. Thank you, Lila, for opening your home and for great communication and responsiveness. We hope to be back! 🏖️

Perfect!

Lila was very attentive and checked in with us prior to our stay. She provided all information and saved us some packing of the usual beach things that were already part of the house. Walking into the house the vibe was just perfect. It was very clean and tight. The house levels gave privacy for my in-laws, a level for my teenagers, and a private spot for my husband and I. The main living area was a lovely spot for all of us to gather and watch the dolphins on the beach. Great views and a clear view to check on family at the beach. The corn hole boards gave us some great fun later on the beach when everything was quiet. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time just steps from the beach. The house was as described and just what we were looking for in a beach vacation. Lila was fantastic. We'd go back again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful views, spacious home

Our family enjoyed this home, great views, easy access to the beach. The roof patio was a hit. Be aware that there are a number of stairs (living area and kitchen at the top), but there is plenty of space for the family to spread out. My only grip was the beds, particularly the bed in the master…that mattress has see better days. Be mindful as a POC, spoke to some people that wouldn’t speak back.

Wonderful Vacation Home

My sisters, daughter and I stayed at this home 9/24/22 to 10/2/22. What a lovely home this is. It was clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. The house is airy, with lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, and an open kitchen, dining and living room with a fantastic view of the ocean. The third-floor deck has amazing views of the ocean! The kitchen is also well-stocked for cooking, which is a plus when you want to eat in. We were right next to the walkway to the beach which was so convenient, and close to shops and restaurants. Lila quickly answered any inquiry we had and was so helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this home.

Excellent Stay / Excellent Property

My family and I just returned from a stay at Lila's oceanfront property and it was fantastic. While the views from inside the home are great, they are even better from the rooftop deck which includes new lounge chairs and full size dining table and chairs. The house is comfortable and clean, the kitchen well-stocked and provides space for both family time and private time when needed. Beach access is directly adjacent to the home making it convenient to come and go. Lila is attentive, responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend and will be back.

Outstanding beach front location

Our group of 8 had a wonderful, relaxing, vacation right on the ocean. Its on the sandy path through dunes to the beach, you couldn't have faster beach access. Plus, the views of the ocean are spectacular. We had a great time and heartily recommend the house and owner. Truly a five star experience!

The location of this house right on the beach is dreamy!

You wake up in the morning to the sound and view of the ocean and the gentle morning sun streaming into the main bedroom and living room upstairs. The outdoor space is amazing — nearly every bedroom has an ocean-front balcony and there is a top- floor terrace where we enjoyed yoga, happy hour and some wonderful dinners!!! I miss the place already!

Thoroughly enjoyable getaway

Lila was super-attentive whenever I emailed or texted her with questions, before and during our stay. The house is directly next to the public access entry to the beach and when we weren't at the beach, we enjoyed using the house's various decks to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. The bedrooms were quite spacious, with most of them having additional seating. The kitchen/dining/living space was bright and airy with windows and a deck providing beautiful views in 3 different directions. We normally rent a different house every summer, but we'd definitely considering renting Lila's property again!

Jewel at the Jersey shore

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was well appointed and extremely comfortable for our multigenerational family. I loved the fact that each level had a bedroom with a bathroom. Everything was clean and in working condition. The kitchen was well equipped, nice dishes, glassware and pots/ pans. It was so nice to have an open area adjoining the kitchen while prepping meals with a fantastic view of the ocean. The upper deck had spectacular views as well with very comfortable outdoor seating. All in all, a gem!!! Lila was very easy to work with and extremely responsive. We hope to return next year! :)

Sun, Fun and Family on the Beach

We wholeheartedly recommend this property for a family vacation. After being home through COVID, this home was the perfect getaway. The location is breathtaking with views, sunrises and sunsets that are simply spectacular. Morning coffee on the decks and off to the beach! The house is beautiful and well cared for, and provided comfortable accommodations for our family. The many amenities provided made life easy! The outdoor shower is great after a day at the beach. The owner was wonderful! Most importantly, she was readily available and very helpful in the planning and execution of our trip. If you love the beach, this is the spot for you! The only difficult part of this trip was having to pack up and leave!

Amazing house!!

My family and I had a flawless stay at this beautiful home! The views from every floor are stunning, the rooftop deck made the perfect setting for cocktails and dinners, the living room/kitchen provided the perfect setting for family bonding, and proximity to the beach was unbelievable (as was having access to beach chairs/toys in the garage). Our 93 year old grandmother especially loved being able to watch my cousins and me surf from the comfort of the house without having to walk down to the sand (although the public access path provided an easy route for her to walk to a bench for a better view). There are several flights of stairs, so worth being mindful if anyone in the group has mobility concerns, but the whole house worked beautifully for our family and the stairs were no issue at all. Everything was clean and comfortable, and communication/check-in and check-out were super easy. Thanks for a truly incredible stay!

We had a great pre-season stay at this home. It had everything we needed, was clean and representative of the photos. The beachfront location can't be beat. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is very bright and very comfortable. There are excellent calming views of the ocean from multiple levels. Enjoyed Ocean Blvd location-excellent for walking and biking. Mission accomplished.

Perfect getaway

This ocean front property has plenty of space to spread out with two balconies and a rooftop deck overlooking the ocean. The homeowner is responsive and wonderful to work with. I would gladly stay here again!

Great week!

From the first to the last encounter with the property owner, she was flexible, responsive and helpful in every respect. We got access to beach badges early and eventually the house a few hours ahead of plan! The house is as advertised and you can't beat being oceanfront, it is worth every penny and then some. We will definitely consider renting this property again, everyone in our party had a fantastic time!

We purchased this property in 2016. The location of the house makes for breathtaking views as far as the eye can see. Over the past two years, we have updated the kitchen, the furniture and all bathrooms including an outdoor one so that every square inch of this lovely house is now beautiful inside and out!
