Sunriverin kaupat ja ravintolat ovat alle kahden mailin päässä ja molemmat Mt. Bachelor's hiihto (21 mailia länteen) ja Bend matkailunähtävyydet (17 mailia pohjoiseen) ovat helpon silmiinpistävän matkan.

Pysäköinti Huomautuksia: Ajoneuvot on pysäköitävä vain ajotieltä tai autotalliin. House had everything we needed. When I called for assistance, it was handled quickly. Only major item that needs addressing is the sliding door. The rollers need to be replaced. It was extremely hard to slide.

The cabin itself and the Sunriver resort were perfect for our family of four meeting up with several other family friends staying in the area together. We appreciated the extra bikes in the garage, the kids loved the hot tub and the pacman arcade box. Thank you!

A good spot to stay

We stayed for a week to ski at Mt. Bachelor. This rental worked perfectly for our family.

Love the Circle 4 Cabins!

Overall a great stay! We have been coming to the circle 4 cabins for many years and continue to return! For this property in particular, there were a few inconveniences, but overall a great place to stay! The dishwasher did not work properly and there isn’t a lot of kitchen utensils/plates/etc, but overall not a big deal for us. The sliding door was really difficult to open and close—the handle on the inside ended up coming unscrewed at one point. And the cable did not work. We probably could have called to have someone come fix it but, again, not a huge deal for us.

Home not bad, Vacasa not good

The response from Vacasa during our stay to our issues we had during our stay. Dishwasher didn’t work. Asked them to fix, no reply. Back slider broke and no lock, just a stick in the door. Let them know, no reply. Upstairs window would not stay open. Just slid down. Only enough laundry detergent for 1 load. These are all things that could be easily resolved to make for a great stay at this home

Overall nice stay

Overall we had a nice time, the house was clean, the furniture was nice. It had obviously been renovated, but you could see where there were aspects that were not renovated, and it's it took away from the esthetic.There were towels, including beach towels, sheets and blankets. The worst part of the stay was that the bed in the main bedroom felt like sleeping on cement, i kid you not, and the pillows were very flat making for a very restless night. It felt like campung on the ground. While the kitchen was stocked fairly well with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, I was surprised that there was no coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt or pepper. I'm quite sure this is the first place that I've stayed that didn't have these basic items. It was nice that there were several bikes, but no bike helmets for the kids or bike locks. The deck chairs were basic plastic chairs, I would have loved lounge chairs or something more comfortable to sit in for outside. The hot tub was large, had lots of jets and was pretty awesome. The passes to the sharc were great to have.

Get something else—-wish we knew

Horrible experience starting with the Vacasa staff. Lied about pool closure and sauna. Then they took no responsibility and it’s the second time in a row. Spent extra $ when we should’ve just stayed at a hotel as they are more accommodating then this cabin was. Stayed in many rentals over the years and love Sunriver, however this last experience we couldn’t wait to leave and were beyond disappointed. The cabin did not have a warm homey feel, layout was really strange to where we hade to move furniture to get comfortable. Even dinky hotels have coffee/tea and sugar—not this place. Bare minimum and only enough dishwasher pods for 2 loads. Everything was to the absolute minimal and nothing unlike the other homes we’ve stayed at previously, which were always well stocked and felt like it was worth the 300 plus dollars a night. Washer dryer was literally hell to use. Shook the entire house and squeaked so badly we had to leave or keep turning it off to get peace. Finally just gave up and took all our dirty laundry with us so we wouldn’t have to deal with it. The flooring was not insulated properly going up the stairs so every little movement is heard even when tip-toeing (not even exaggerating) and the first night the furnace kept getting turned down literally kept waking up freezing, then we would adjust heat and noticed finally on second day that there was a setting that it would go down in temp unless you manually delete it and restart temperature. Seriously? Really had to play around with it to finally figure out why we were freezing all night. Then while sitting in hot tub one of the staff members just walks up unannounced and starts taking water samples while we are in hot tub. Was incredibly rude and unprofessional, absolutely no sense of privacy. Normally we really try hard to give benefit of the doubt and stuff happens but this time around was absolutely terrible. Shame on you Vacasa! You guys were so unprofessional and rude on phone. Hoping the actual manager will get In contact with us as promised, but highly doubt it as we were blamed for the lies your staff had promised in this rental. It’s like paying for a steak dinner and only receiving the side salad without the dressing. Then the waiter telling you too bad it’s what they have and you still gotta pay for the steak. Literally unacceptable. Stay away from this cabin, there are WAY better homes and condos in the area who really care about the comfort of their guests. Will not book through Vacasa again and will be sure to share with whoever we can. Also— looks like they get rid of bad reviews regularly as I’ve noticed that people in comments have mentioned things that are no longer under reviews.

Good rental, not exceptional.

Really nice having access to a close pool, but the house itself needs some updates. Washer/dryer are laughable, probably purchased in the 1990s, beds are terrible and the kitchen is only minimally stocked with pans, utensils, serving bowls, etc. Also, the house is very dark, even during the day. With that being said Vacasa was great to deal with. Texted to let us know the house was ready early and super responsive with a minor issue we had upon arrival. Will not rent this house again, but wouldn’t hesitate to use Vacasa for future rentals.

We found the home to be comfortable for our two families. Pro renter tip: Bring your own cooking oil, spices, and seasonings if you plan to do most of your own meals. House did have salt and pepper. Plenty of silverware, dishware, and cookware for our group of 8.

Perfect stay!

This house was perfect for our stay in SunRiver. We had 2 families and had more than enough room for all! The house has been nicely updated with new flooring and appliances. The pool was amazing during the heat wave. The Sharc passes and access to the boat launch and pickleball courts were a huge plus!

Bachelorette Weekend Trip

The property was clean and well stocked with what we needed. It didn’t appear the garbage had been picked up from the renters prior to us, so there wasn’t much room for us to throw garbage away, but that was the only inconvenience we had.

Perfect summer get away

The house was perfect for our group. The loft for the kids and two nice bedrooms for the adults. Plenty of kitchen items for eating. .Access to a pool across the street and the SHARC passes was wonderful. Two bikes for us to use was also really nice. All in all a great place to stay.

Perfect for our family

The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It is decorated really nice. The beds were very comfortable. There were a lot of extra blankets to use. The hot tub was very nice. The kids loved all the games in the loft. It was a fun get away. We were able to ride bikes to the village and get donuts at the bakery. The unit was overall really nice and we would book this place again in the future. The only negative would be the washer and dryer are an older model. They worked fine at cleaning but were extremely loud.

Lovely home, unheated upon arrival

House was very clean and comfortable. I gave 4 stars mainly because of the management. Upon arrival at 6pm we were greeted with a 55 degree house. It was 40 degrees outside. It took 3+ hours for the house to come to a comfortable temp. If check in is at 4pm, then the heat should be turned on at a reasonable time to ensure a welcoming home. It felt as if this was a cheap way to save a few dollars at the expense of the paying guest. Please do better, this was unacceptable.

Needs major updating and improvement.

We have stayed in nearly all of the circle 4 ranch cabins and this one was the worst. The two stars is due to the hot tub, which was large and worked great! But for the cabin overall, I feel like we overpaid. There was no AC, (which we were aware of ahead of time) not a big deal, but many of the windows didn't have screens (including the large sliding glass door) leaving us to the mosquitos if we wanted fresh, cool air. And there was only 1 fan for a 3 bedroom house. The kitchen was poorly stocked. We had to buy our own salt and pepper. The beds were horrific. Some of them were the 6 inch think mattresses where you can feel the springs. The carpets were stained. My 3 year old had black feet an hour after taking a bath. All of the appliances are from the 70's (maybe 80s). Very loud. I had to run the dishwasher a couple of times to get the dishes clean. The microwave over the stove doesn't work but there is a counter microwave which takes up a huge portion of your countertop space leaving very little room for cooking. I would not stay here again.

Good stay... needs an update

Great location... and a great little house for a family. I would recommend getting hardwood floors when you can. The floor is filthy... we would stay again for a short weekend or somewhere else in that section of SR

Don’t stay here

This cabin is badly beaten up! The walls and carpet are covered in stains. Each dining room chair was partially broken. The beds were so hard that my hips are sore. The stove and oven smoked when turned on. There was one functioning fan in the place during stifling hot weather. We had to watch our toddler constantly because there was no baby gate for the stairs. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable. I want to be clear that this is not the fault of the cleaning staff. This cabin is in dire need of repair, paint, new carpet, appliances and furniture.

Hazardious eleectrical outlets

The cabin was comfortable and adequate for our stay, as SunRiver Circle 4 is our semi-annual family vacation. However the screen door fell out, due to many years of use and the several electrical outlets are so warn the plugs fall out, or worse become loose and could cause sparking which could result in overheating or fire. Unit should be updated
