Beautiful Destin

Surfside is a great place to stay on Miramar Beach. It has easy access to lots of activities in the area. The unit we rented had a great view of the ocean and was very quiet at night. We enjoyed siting on the balcony in the A.M. and P.M. Sun in the morning and shade in the late afternoon/evening. Thank you our relaxing vacation.

Great Vacation Spot

Thanks for letting us rent your Condo. We had a great week. The beach is beautiful and the pool was a nice warm 85 degrees. The whole family had a blast. It was nice to have free umbrella service every day. There were also a lot of beach toys in the unit for the kids to use. The unit was in great shape. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We will be back again.

Absolutely beautiful

This is one of the more accurate rentals that I have rented through VRBO recently. First of all it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked compared to other places that I have rented from in the past. There was plenty of room for my family. Chris was wonderful with communicating with me. We were able to check in early which was really nice. Looking forward to returning again. Thank you Chris!

GREAT condo and GREAT OWNERS!!

We had a great time during our stay! The condo was clean and bright, and we were happy to see that the condo had alot of kitchen appliances and small items that we didn't have to buy. It made it feel more like a home away from home, and the pictures of the unit on the website were exactly what we saw when we arrived. I had no trouble in getting into contact with Suzanne about any questions or planning, which was very convenient and reassuring to know that the person renting us the condo was honest and interested in helping us anyway she could. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Destin and will recommend this condo to others!

The view of the ocean amazing.

We had the best vacation. The pictures are great, but in person it is so much better. The owners are great to work with. They answered all questions and would respond very quickly. We did not have one problem and will go with this property every year. The restaurant (Rick's Crab Shack) was awesome, we took advantage of the all you can eat crab legs. Everything was at our fingertips. We cooked a couple of nights and everything was available to use. Thank you so much Suzanne and Chris, best visit to Destin so far and we go every year!

Outstanding Trip!

We stayed in Chris and Suzanne's condo during early October and had a wonderful time! The weather was absolutely perfect and the gulf calm. The condo was well decorated, spacious, and had all the items including beach flotation toys that we needed. With two teen girls, we really liked how the bedrooms/bathrooms were on opposite sides of the main living space. The views were so inspiring from the balcony and from every room of the condo! Loved watching the sunrise each day on the balcony. Rented bikes to ride along scenic 98, ate at several great restaurants including Rick's Crab Trap in the condo, Kenny D's diner, The Crab Shack on the beach, and McGuires (down by the harbor). The dolphin cruise is a must! We actually saw dolphins swimming even from our condo balcony one morning! Thanks for opening your home to us Suzanne and Chris!

Nicest condo yet at Surfside

My partner and I have been staying at Surfside for one week for about the last ten years. This condo was just wonderful. We love the area and the condo was up-to-date with very nice kitchen and bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. We would definitely choose this unit again.

Delightful !

Absolutely perfect! The location is par excellence and is truly steps from the beach. The home itself is exactly as described - clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We travelled with family and cooked multiple meals in the house. The host was quick to respond, exceptionally easy to work with and truly went the extra mile with helping list out some great neighborhood restaurants and things to do! Will definitely stay here again.

Fall Break at the Beach

I reserved this property one year in advance specifically for the handicap accommodations available. My husband is confined to a wheelchair and he was able to move from room to room without any issues. The roll in shower and bathroom sink made our stay so comfortable. There were even portable ramps to the balcony that enabled him to easly access the views of the beach with the family. We will rent this condo again!

Absolutely wonderful!!

We could not have asked for a better rental. I always bring cleaning supplies with me because we have rented some not-so-clean units. I didn’t even have to wipe a counter down!! It was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable. All new appliances. The view from the unit is STUNNING! I couldn’t get over it. Every day it looked like you were looking out to paradise with the sparkling water and dolphins! Would absolutely recommend this unit. John and Patti communicated the entire time and made the whole vacation a breeze.

FANTASTIC!!! 5 🌟 and then some!!!!

We have stayed at the Surfside for many years. I was extremely impressed with this condo. It is very modern with all new high-end appliances. Communication was excellent with responses from the owners John and Patti within minutes of my questions. They are truly committed to making sure that your vacation is everything you want and more. Very relaxing and just overall amazing. I will definitely be booking this condo for all of our upcoming vacations.

Beautiful condo overlooking Miramar Beach. Kitchen and Bathrooms have been updated. Nice amenities at the complex. Owners were proactive in providing information on local activities taking place during our stay. They responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely recommend renting this unit. I really like staying at the Surf Side, this last condo we stay in was one of the best ones.

Great communication with Owners, easy check in and out. Condo was very clean, and has all updated appliances, flooring, counter tops and cabinets. Had an awesome time.

Great communication and great location

Chris quickly responded prior to our trip and throughout the trip if we had any questions - which I really appreciated. The location of the stay was perfect. A quick walk across the skywalk to a beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Getaway!

Easy rental! I had 3 other properties starred and decided to look one last time, and this one popped up and exceeded my expectations. The 2 bedroom was immaculate with an INCREDIBLE view of the gulf directly across the street with easy beach access. There is a large binder that tells you everything you need to know about the property. I felt safe and secure and parking was easy. There were incredible shops and restaurants down the road! I would stay here again and again. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to cook every night. TV came with Netflix and all other streaming services. Perfect location on the 12th floor!!

First family vaycay

We originally wanted to book the st pete Clearwater area for our first family vacation and after a slight mix up (because it was my first time using the vrbo app) we definitely want to come back! We had the most amazing week and having a comfortable place to stay played such a huge factor! Chris is a very nice guy! The unit has a beautiful view its very clean and while it was a mistake to book the wrong area it was not a mistake to stay here! Great place to stay thanks so much chris!!

Good location, Great View! Perfect for two couples, Good internet connection, Hot tub and pool very convenient, Beautiful Beach, Fun Beach Bar. Many fun nearby destinations and restaurants.

Fall Break

We enjoyed our stay at Surfside 1207. The condo was nice and so was the view. Unit was clean and updated and Chris was great to work with. Week started with rain due to Hurricane Delta, but ended up clearing and the last 3 days were beautiful. My husband and I relaxed and our daughter and her friends enjoyed the beach and shopping and being on the go. Thank you, Chris!

Miramar Beach section is less congested, great views of the ocean, Surfside building is rock solid and built to Category 5 Hurricane standards. Unique layout of floor plan has sliding doors from all rooms out to the balcony with views from all rooms to the Gulf of Mexico.

Skybridge from pool deck to the beach, fantastic restaurant in the building, (enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the beautiful new dining deck) awesome view, all rooms open out to private balcony.
