Tämä upouusi Kings Beachin loma-asunto sijaitsee vain ½ mailin päässä Tahoe-järven kristallinkirkkaista vesistä. Siinä on kaikki mitä etsit seuraavalta vuorelta.
Kun yövyt Beaver Lake View Retreat -lomamökissä, nautit käänteisestä pohjaratkaisusta, jossa on tärkein oleskelutila ja keittiö ylemmällä tasolla ja kolme makuuhuonetta alapuolella. Yläkerrassa asuintila on kauniisti määritelty; luoda hienostunut vuoristohenki uhraamatta mukavuutta. Moderni, edistyksellinen muotoiluelementti on fiksu ja energiatehokas. Täydellinen viihdyttämiseen, tämän loman oleskelutila, ruokasali ja keittiö ovat avoinna - mahdollistavat keskustelut ja paljon seurustelua. Tietenkin, näyttelyn tähti on upea järvinäköala, joka on vain takaovestamme.

Upea kivilaskurit antavat keittiöön runsaasti tilaa, jotta voit luoda ikimuistoisen lautasen ja käyttää samalla useiden avustajien taitoja. Kings Beach sijaitsee Tahoe-järven pohjoisosassa, vain Nevadan osavaltion rajalta länteen. Fantastic house in a fantastic location. Well appointed and plenty of space for our family of 4. Perfect spot to access all the amazing sights and activities on Lake Tahoe. Agree with other comments about the bed in the master bedroom. Seems out of place in this room and should be swapped with the bed in the other room but it’s a very small concern and does not take anything away from a great property. Do not hesitate to book this property for your Lake Tahoe visit!

Excellent stay!

Tahoe Getaways helped me select the home at Beaver Lake View Retreat as our family's Tahoe getaway! This home is well decorated, furnished and equipped for the perfect stay. We enjoyed the relaxing kitchen and living room, relaxing hot tub, and perfect location to ski resorts and Lake. This home was easy to access, safe and perfect in every manner. We will be back!

Beautiful house with open floor plan. 10-15 min drive to northstar for some world class skiing. Hot tubing after a long day on the mountain is the best.

Beautiful new home in the heart of Kings Beach, Tahoe

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house! It is so nicely done and well equipped that it felt like it was ours. The views of the lake are spectacular and the living space is very comfortable and stylish. The bedroom area and bathrooms are quiet, relaxing and luxurious. This is a great home for a family or group vacation with access to all the north Tahoe explorations on both the California or Nevada sides.

Cozy Thanksgiving at Beaver Lake View

We were a party of 4 escaping the Bay Area for Thanksgiving. We found the accommodations to be comfortable and inviting. As a cooking fanatic, I was quite pleased with how well appointed the kitchen is. A couple criticisms: There was no metal bin for the ashes from the fireplace. The italian stove/oven is notoriously tricky. It seems to only light ~30% of the time so it could probably use servicing. Nice to have: garage available for guests. All-in-all a lovely home and adequate services.

Perfect summer getaway in the sweetest little town

My husband and I treated my parents to this wonderfully peaceful vacation for all of us in celebration of their anniversary. Our senior pup came along for the ride and enjoyed all of the new smells outside of the city. We canceled a few dinner reservations realizing that shouldn’t waste the best views eating from the deck of this gorgeous property. We spent most days at one of the local beaches or shopping. I got an excellent massage at Well Being. We played miniature golf, enjoyed a free summer concert on the beach, drank tropical cocktails, ate fully loaded hot dogs, ate plenty of ice cream, and enjoyed a few delicious meals out (Hiro sushi and Whitecap pizza are yummy!) The temperate climate this time of year made this location preferable to many hotter places. (Oh… and the hot tub is a nice cherry on top!)

Great all around!

Can’t beat the fantastic location for easy and quick access to Northstar—10 minutes to the turn off from 267; 15 minutes to the Village Lot. Beautiful view of the Lake; place was very clean and spacious! Two car garage was a definite plus and much appreciated. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. The only things we would have liked to have, as compared to the many other Tahoe properties we have stayed at in the past, are: basic toiletries (soap, shampoo—we usually bring our own even though many properties provide some, but we forgot this time); more kitchen supplies (asked us to run the dishwasher before leaving, which is common, however there was barely any dishwashing liquid in the bottle under the sink so we had to go buy tablets). All in all great place though!!!

Good but....

Our stay at Tahoe was very nice. The house was clean and so was the hot tub. I did find a few things frustrating. On our way to the house, I was informed that the dryer did not work. I had packed expecting to be able to use the washer and dryer. Another thing that I found frustrating was that the oven did not work. We could get the broil setting to work but not the oven setting. There was no note about how to use the oven or that it wasn't working. They also had the kitchen lights out of commision and there were exposed wires hanging down from the ceiling. There were also no instructions on what to do with the recycling. Overall the place was great but it just felt like we came in the middle of maintenance time.

Great Tahoe Getaway

My husband and I rented Beaver Lake view for a anniversary trip the Tahoe. The house was lovely - great view of the lake, very well appointed kitchen and we loved the private hot tub. The neighborhood was very quiet, which was just what we were looking for. Upon arrival, the house was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. I loved being able to see the lake through the bathroom window. The only downside was that the bed in the master could've been more comfortable (it was a queen with a firm mattress) but that's personal preference. We really enjoyed our stay and would be back again.

Amazing view

You can't beat the beautiful view of this property. It was clean and well maintained, and we had a very enjoyable trip. Kitchen and laundry room was well stocked and everything was working and in order and there were puzzles and games. Very lovely stay! There's room for improvement with the master bedroom furnishings especially, but the view helps to overcome that.

Great place for family getaway

We stayed here with our two young kids and it was perfect. The layout of the house was great for our young family, and the home itself was well stocked. The listing and packing checklists made it sounds like there wasn’t much at the house, but we found that there was enough to work with along with other things we brought. The house is very well kept and clean. My son is already asking when we’re coming back and we certainly will be back again.

Great Stay

High end mountain house. House offered everything we needed. Enjoyed watching the hang gliders from the patio every evening as the sun set. Would stay again. We only needed Mother Nature to provide cooler weather.

Great views

The views from the decks of Lake Tahoe are beautiful! The house has everything you need. The only disappointment was the master bed. A king would be nice but overall it was an enjoyable stay. We will be back!

Great for our family

We really like this place - its a great layout and size for our family (3 kids and dog). We stayed a few years ago and were excited to return this year. The locations is great for the lake and for skiing at Northstar. The road is quiet, and it has a lovely view from the deck. One great addition would be to have a king size bed in the master.
