Les Moines has its own secure gated entrance with parking for two cars and additional parking located outside the property for a further two cars. Although being part of a larger property, it is very private. The garden is enclosed and terraced with mature shrubs and plants.

The main entrance is through large iron doors into a library with a breakfast table. This leads into a fully equipped galley kitchen. The living/dining room is light and full of character with high ceilings, large french windows, a stone open fireplace and underfloor heating throughout. There is an extendable dining table and plenty of comfortable sofas and armchairs. The master bedroom suite is located on the ground floor with two further bedrooms on the garden level below.
