We absolutely adored the condo. We’ve stayed in several condos in FL and SC and this by far was one of our favorites. We overly packed and prepared for a family of 4 at the beach for the week and the condo had everything we could think of which made the stay that much more relaxing and enjoyable. The only slight con is the patios would be more enjoyable with an outdoor ceiling fan. We definitely recommend and will likely stay again!

Perfect Getaway

The condo was very clean, and well supplied with necessities. Master bedroom is huge! All the beds were comfy. Would definitely recommend.

As advertised and more

We brought too much with us. Condo had towels, noodles, chairs, boogie boards and a wagon. We didn’t need to bring our things for sure. This condo was well appointed and clean. We will stay here again.

Wonderful

Flawless check-in and check-out process, wonderful condo and property in an excellent location. We had one issue with the AC but it was resolved the same morning. Highly recommended!!

Clean, well appointed, good secure location and nice views

We planned to stay at another beachfront condo but due to maintenance issues were moved here and pleasantly surprised. Even though it was across the street from the beach we had an end unit with ocean views and very convenient to the pool. The two decks were nice to sit on in the early morning and late evening. Unit was clean and updated. We did have some issues with the TV in the living room not working but it didn't affect us. We called the cable company and they couldn't fix it without setting up an appt to come out so we just forgot about it because we didn't want to spend a day waiting on them. I would recommend adding a small tv to the third bedroom. Rental company very responsive to emails. Would stay here again.

Great stay for three generations

This was a very comfortable condo that suited our group's need perfectly. The group included my father-in-law and my husband and I, and our son and daughter-in-law visited for a few days. The large, open living/dining/kitchen area allowed us all to visit without being crowded, and the kitchen was well-equipped, with nice appliances and a pantry closet for food storage. The complex was quiet and well-maintained, and the lovely beach was easily accessible. The NSB area had lots to offer, including many restaurants in town, Smyrna Dunes State Park at the north end of the peninsula and Canaveral National Seashore to the south. Our only disappointment was that no launches were scheduled from the space center while we were there!

Definitely recommend

We had a great stay at the condo. It was very easy to check in and get the keys. The condo was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed there. The beach was just a quick walk across the street. The pool was right next to the building which was super convenient. I would definitely recommend this condo for your vacation.

Nice complex, great location

We really enjoyed our summer vacation, it was so nice to be back in the New Smyrna Beach area. Having a condo for a family of 6 is the best way to vacation. The location was great and the complex offered a lot of amenities. The only problem we encountered was having the wrong gate code when we arrived, we literally could not get into the complex and it was a Sunday night so no help available either. Please double check that the codes you are giving out are correct for future guests, otherwise thank you for a great vacation we would love to come back again soon.
