Tämän kiinteistön upea kattoterassi tarjoaa yhden parhaista näkymistä Okaloosan saarelle. Uida uima-altaassa, kävele rannalla tai kuuntele aaltoja omalta parvekkeeltasi. Siellä on runsaasti mahdollisuuksia nauttia henkeäsalpaavista näkymistä Meksikonlahden smaragdivesiin tästä keskikorkeudesta, 15-yksikön taloyhtiöstä.
Nauti rauhallisesta päivästä rannalla tai ajaa läheiseen Fort Waltoniin tai Destiniin kokeaksesi loputtomia ostos-, ruokailu-, kalastus-, golf-, delfiiniristeilyjä ja lapsiystävällisiä viihdepalveluita.

Great beach view

Stayed at the property for two weeks and was worth it. Very clean and organized rental. View from balcony was an amazing view of the ocean and the roof top pool was the perfect place to watch the sunset!

Loved Gulfside

We loved our stay at Gulfside. The location was great with the balcony overlooking the beach and gulf. The condo was well furnished and clean (except for the sand - you are on the beach). The overall complex is small which made for easy access to elevator, pool, workout room and beach. The unit is also pet friendly. We look forward to returning in the future.

Great location, great condo, host allowed us to check in a little early which was a huge help since we had our pup with us and didn’t want to have to wait in the car for 2 hours. Clean, very quiet unit. Will definitely stay here again for future visits!

Great Stay

Great location for a family vacation. If you want quiet, relaxing and no crowds this is the place. We had the pool to ourself for several days. Room was great. Everything worked appropriately. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Great view. Easy access. Only downside was parking. If you have a bigger vehicle (we have a Tahoe) then it can be a little snug parking under the building.

Beautiful Beach Experience

Staying in Gulf Side Unit 402 was an awesome beach getaway for our family. The view from the condo cannot be better. The water, sand, and occasional dolphin siting were stunning. The condo was convenient, clean, safe, and roomy. Having a beach umbrella and chairs set up each day was a plus. Many activities, stores, and places to eat are nearby. Great family memories were made during our stay.

Amazing View and Beach Access

I loved how private the condo is, there's not very many units so the beach is not overly crowded!!! The rooftop pool is an awesome spot with the perfect view of the water as well. The balcony view is great so you can always see the water even when you're inside. The Condo itself had everything we needed to cook and do laundry. It was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Exactly as pictured and described. Bed was very comfortable. Recliners are nice and comfortable and overlook the ocean. The couch was in very good condition. Offered more amenities than other places that only leave amenities to last 1 to 2 days. We would definitely recommend and would stay again! Thank you.

Beautiful views, nice condo

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. Loved the views from the patio, spent a lot of time there enjoying the views when we had enough sun and wind on the beach below. Beach access was super easy. The master bed isn’t very comfortable but that’s not unexpected for a vacation home. The living room furniture was comfy, especially the recliners. It was just two of us so we didn’t use the sofa bed for sleeping, just used it as a couch

Excellent view of the gulf!

We love this condo, it offered an excellent view of the gulf! The kitchen looked like it had been recently remodeled, we thought it looks really nice - I thought it was neat how the kitchen cabinet doors slow-closed to prevent any accidental slamming. Lots of great restaurants nearby which was a plus, my wife loves some good seafood! Overall it was a great stay, my only minor complaint is that the noise from upstairs could be a bit loud, but it’s something we just ignored honestly, it didn’t hinder our sleep or anything. We look forward to booking with you guys again, this was such a fun trip!

Gulf Side 402 May 2023

We really enjoyed our stay in Gulf Side 402. The condo was directly on the beach. Wonderful balcony view of the Gulf. There was a VERY short walk down to the water. There is a rooftop pool on the 7th floor. Easy to access. Locals live on the property and were very friendly during our stay. It was also VERY convenient that the beach chair and umbrella service were included in our rental. We will definitely be returning to Gulf Side in the future !!

Clean unit with large balcony

We have stayed at Waterscape for the past 2 years. We decided to try this unit because it had decent reviews and was the best price for the amount of space we needed. We had 2 adults/4 kids and had plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked. Beach towels were provided. It smelled and looked clean upon arrival. Smooth process from start to finish. Will be returning in 2018.

The owners of the property have done a good job updating this unit in a older building. Positives are no crowded beach and the beach service provided. The bed was comfortable and balcony was a great place to sit. The only negative is this unit, and probably the whole building, has low water pressure. I did get stuck in the elevator, but even if the elevator isn't working there are very few floors to navigate.

Beautiful view.

Place was nice, the view from the balcony is wonderful! Bed very comfortable and bathrooms were nice and stocked very well. Nice stove and microwave, be aware refrigerator does not work well and freezer will not freeze anything. We were hoping to freeze some fish to bring home. Pool is very nice but wasn't open until night we left. wifi didn't work during stay and elevator stopped working but was fixed very next day and I was notified by rental company. Thank for a beautiful time in Fort Walton Beach. We will be back!

Perfect Location!

If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing location with great Gulf views, this is it! The building has only a few units so easy access to the elevator and amenities. The condo was well appointed, very clean, bright and coastal. It literally offered everything we needed including extra paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, etc. This unit also comes with beach service which was a very nice perk The property manager is extremely responsive and answered questions quickly. Parking was not an issue. Best of all the building was dog friendly and our fur babies had a great time. Only caveat is the TV platform is a ROKU streaming service. Most people will spend their time outside- I get it. But if you are visiting during a time where live sports are a big deal (March Madness, NBA/NFL Playoffs) you will have to log into multiple services to make it work. Literally that was our only hiccup. Everything else was immaculate. Will definitely return!

Hidden Gem

Loved our stay! Don't be put off by the decor, everything is very comfortable and functional. We spent more time on the beach or at the top pool. We found the top pool to have the most exceptional panoramic view and incredible breezes. It was great to take a dip, cool off and then lay in the sun to dry off. The beach was gorgeous! The sand did have a bit of seaweed gathered on the shore and it was laying out in the sun. As it dried, it did give a bit of an odor. We are used to the City or County raking up the seaweed every morning, so this was a bit of a surprise. However, if you arrived to get your seating by 10am, you could choose a spot that didn't have much around and it was extremely enjoyable. Drinking coffee on the patio provided a great start to our days while we watched the fish play in the water and the birds dive to catch the fish. Some dolphins were visible in the distance and it was just lovely with the breeze. The king size bed was firm and comfortable, towels were plush and the kitchen pots / pans were great. The blackout curtains made for a great cool in the afternoons and our bedroom was always nice and dark for great sleeping. Close to shopping and wonderful local restaurants. Everyone should check out Fokkers and Stewbys. Can't wait to get back there again!

65th wedding anniversary gone bust!!

Pictures on VRBO did not portray that the property had been updated. They appeared that the property had been updated. We chose this VRBO because of the recliners. We are nonagenarians, like to lay back and read when we are not out and about. The elevator was out of commission every day when we tried to walk our dog or go down from the 4th floor from an outing. We could not call the elevator from the 4th floor. At first we were both using the stairs, then learned that my husband could go down and bring the elevator up to get me. It was a regular nuisance and inconvenience, was much easier to just stay in. We do not feel we got our money's worth in this rental. We do understand that renovations are to be done soon, but it would have been honest of the part of the owner to advertise that so the guests would be made aware ahead of time. We live in a senior community and saved a long time for this special occasion. We met and married in Fort Walton Beach and it seemed very special to go back to "where it all started", but our accommodations were less than satisfactory. And, now our money is gone. We had a really nice meal for our anniversary at Tommy Bahamas, and they were so gracious to us, they comped out one meal, our salads, bread and deserts. Out of 10 day stay that was a high light. We will go back to Tommy Bahama, but we will not go back to Gulf Side 402. The host (Kimberly Land Realty were very gracious and offered to help us move out on our last morning

They called and canceled 24 hours before our stay. Very short notice we had already paid. They refunded our money. Did offer a different place but would not have been ocean front so we declined.

So Much Deferred Maintenance!

This condo has a beautiful view & was clean when I arrived. It is pet friendly, which is nice. That's the good news. The bad news is there is a tremendous amount of deferred maintenance on the unit. The red chairs in the primary bedroom either need to be covered with slip covers or hauled off to the dump. The bedside lamp has big chips in it and the lampshade is stuck in a crooked position. The mattress is comfortable but on the softer side. In the primary bath-the sink is slow to drain (it's pretty gross), the toilet paper holder wobbles, the casing for the fire sprinkler is missing, there are scratch marks on the molding, the hair dryer is cracked, the towels are old & feel like sandpaper. The primary bathroom ceilings are maybe 7 feet so anyone who is tall is going to feel uncomfortable in the bathroom. The bottom of the shower head is maybe at 5'10" so again, someone who is tall is going to have a hard time showering in the primary bathroom. Both bathrooms are tub/showers. I had to turn off the lights to be able to dry my hair as the electrical outlet kept tripping. Throughout the unit, baseboards have detached from the walls, cracks are everywhere that need to be caulked. In the guest bathroom, the toilet wobbles. The kitchen is okay & is well stocked.
