Maxxed Out -lokero on täydellinen suurille perheen, ystävien tai jopa yritysryhmien ryhmille keräämään ja nukkumaan mukavasti saman katon alla!

Sijaitsee 12 hehtaarilla aivan Lac qui Parle -järven lähellä MN: n länsiosassa, se on loistava paikka päästä pois. Pääloosassa on 9 erillistä makuuhuonetta, seitsemässä makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja 2 makuuhuoneessa yksi kuningatar.

Pelihuoneessa, joka sijaitsee päälohkon vieressä, on makuuhuone, joka mahtuu neljä, jotta kapasiteettimme saataisiin 22 vieraalle!

Kun kirjoitat Lodge, näet ruokasalipöydän heti vasemmalla puolella ja keittiön juuri ohi.

Tarjoamme täysin varustetun keittiön, joka sisältää kaupallisen keittouunin ja uunin suurella valurautaisella tasaisella yläpannulla, jota ryhmäsi kokki rakastaa! Aivan keittiön ulkopuolella meillä on iso 4 polttimen kaasugrilli, jossa on paljon tilaa kokkiin koko ryhmällesi.

Kun keittiö ja ruokasali ovat poissa vasemmalta, kun kävelet sisään, odotat eteenpäin, kun näet kylpyhuoneet / suihkut ja käännyt oikealle näet suuren huoneemme.

Suuressa huoneessa on holvikatot ja toimiva kivitakka, ja se on täydellinen tapa rentoutua noilla viileillä MN-iltoilla.

Suuren huoneen takana on pitkä matka 3 makuuhuoneen molemmilla puolilla. Jokaisessa näissä huoneissa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta.

Tämän käytävän takana on uloskäynti takapihalle ja uusi 14x24-kansi, joka on täydellinen aamukahvin kahvia tai iltaa rentouttavaksi ja nauraen jakamaan ryhmäsi kanssa.

Suuresta huoneesta parvi-alueelle johtaa portaikko. Parvella on yhteinen alue, ja se on loistava paikka lukea tai pelata lautapelejä ja siinä on käytävä, joka johtaa vielä 3 makuuhuoneeseen. Kahdessa näistä makuuhuoneista on yksi queen-vuode ja yksi makuuhuone kahdella kaksosena.

Kun ajat ylös Lodgen eteen ja pysäköit, huomaat vasemmalla puolella uuden rakennuksen. Tämä on pelihuone ja se sijaitsee aivan oven edessä ja 15 askelta pohjoiseen ja on erittäin suosittu ominaisuus. Tämä uusittu ja täysin kalustettu alue on muodollisesti autotalli ja siinä on wifi, taulu-4K-tv (täydellinen ryhmäsi pelaajille), pingispöytä, foosball ja korttipöytä!

Pelihuoneessa on myös makuuhuone, jossa mahtuu neljä, jolloin kapasiteettimme 22: een!

Great cabin for a guys trip.

Great cabin for a guys trip. Only two issues were there were no towels and they scheduled lawn services to be done for 4 hours the one day we were there. Other than that beds were good kitchen was clean and fully stocked.I would recommend.

Good setting

It was a good setting for our family gathering with kids. Outdoor space to play soccer, baseball and kickball. Sarah was a good host and did well at making sure everything was ready for the weekend and was accommodating. It worked well for simply being able to spend time with family.

Family experience

The property is nice and neat. It has plenty of beds for a large family or several families. It's in a quiet part of rural Minnesota which we liked. The town of Dawson is an awesome town. They are very friendly and helpful. Ashley did a nice job of giving us a tour and being patient with us when we were running late. Her notebook about local highlights was very helpful and useful. Our stay was delightful. Thanks for sharing your beautiful cabin with my family.

Very accommodating to large groups

We rented this cabin for our annual girls weekend. We planned on 15 of us staying, but only had 8. The cabin was nice and had more than enough room for us. Definitely room for 20! We were able to cook our meals and play our outside yard games. The game room was an added bonus as we played ping pong and foozeball. When we contacted the owner, he was very accommodating to any needs or concerns we had. I definitely think this cabin is more geared towards a hunting crew, but we still enjoyed our stay very much.

A Christmas To Remember

It was the hand of God working when I stumbled onto MaxxedOut lodge and chose it for our 2021Christmas gathering. My husband died of cancer last December and our family had always gathered at the Dawson Racquetball Club that is now a church so that was no longer an option. Having stayed at many VRBO properties in the past I was surprised to see this property just pop up on my screen I live in Dawson and I had no idea this lodge was even here. A hunter I am not but 25 0f us gathered and truly had The Best Christmas in what had been an extremely difficult year for all of us Graham was so easy to work with and Ashley had fresh cookies just out of the oven when I arrived We have already made our reservations to return in 2022. I would highly recommend Maxxedout Lodge to all

great place for a big group

Plenty of bedrooms for everyone .Showers were small, but very usable. Loads of room outside for yard games and the new sand volleyball court was great. used it a lot! Game was being renovated and will be really nice when it's done. Overall, a wonderful time and I would recommend it for any large group of people.

Excellent response to any questions prior to stay. Great welcome by the property manager. Perfect for large groups with options to spread out. Only downside was the living room furniture, (time for some new couches and chairs). Otherwise exactly as advertised and will likely return with our annual get together, thanks !

Great place to rent out for the weekend. The rec room was a plus for the teen boys. Great memories were made. Enjoyed using the patio and the bonfire was a plus to use in the evening.

Great place to stay with a large group!

7 couples that became friends in AZ for the winter gathered at Maxxed Out Guides for a few days of golf, fun, eating and a lot of laughs! This place was just what we were looking for and it didn't disappoint! It was great to stay all under one roof and the accommodations were just what we were looking for. You'll be happy you stayed here - I know we were!

Great place for a large group

Our family had a wonderful time at Maxxed Out Guides! There was plenty of sleeping accommodations for the 22 people in our group! Plenty of room to sprawl out whether indoors or outdoors. The game room was a hit for the younger kids and teenagers. Lots of yard space for games of all sorts! Very private and secluded! Everyone had a great time!! Sara was very attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend this resort for a family getaway! Shay

Great getaway place.

Cabin was nice and big, it really did fit all 19 of us. Backyard was great, it dried up in time before our stay and we were able to set up our volleyball net. Firepit was right by the deck so it was easy access. Gameroom was actually very pleasant with the pingpong table and a nice smart TV. The only small problems we had was that the beds were too hard as it is loaded with springs and we would constantly wake up sore all-around our bodies. There seems to be quite some dust as our allergies kicked in whenever we stayed inside. And we couldn't get the oven to work but that wasnt a big deal. Also, the photos showing the lake and fishing dock should probably be taking down or captioned as a nearby lake, because we initially planned for a lake but found out it was actually 15-20mins drive away. Overall, definitely a nice getaway cabin in the middle of farm lands, fits a big group of people as well and great communication with Sarah.

I grew up on the west side of Lac qui parle lake just miles from our lodge. The youngest of 5, the family farm I was born and raised on is just 3 miles east of our lodge.

I went to graduated from Lac qui parle valley high school (5 miles from our lodge) in 1996. Growing up in the area definitely had its benefits for a young man that loved to hunt. My family operated a large goose hunting business from our two farms that brought hundreds of people to our front door every fall.

Nine years ago I started my own venture and opened a small guide service in the area catering to small group hunts for geese and ducks. That small side business has developed into my full time job and I can not be any luckier or happier.

As my guide service grew it became evident the need for a lodge to house my hunters was a must. My wife and I had an opportunity to purchase the property in 2015 and jumped at the chance.

Andrea and I have 5 kids together and use the lodge ourselves for family getaways and functions. It's the perfect place to put a large group under one roof.

We have done a lot of work on the lodge since we purchased it and will continue to do so as it evolves. We love our lodge and we hope you do too!

One of the things that really makes our lodge unique is your ability to house a large group of friends or family under one roof. Our facility has 9 bedrooms plus the bedroom in the game room and can sleep 22 guests comfortably in the main lodge.

While we are not licensed as one, our kitchen has a commercial cookstove complete with flat top griddle, two burners and a large oven. This makes it a perfect set up for cooking for a large group. Preparing a large breakfast for you group will never be more fun!
