Upon entering this 1000 sq ft, second floor, private getaway complete with all the amenities you are embraced by it's warmth and spaciousness. Situated on 20 acres, starting at the base of Dexter Peak your eyes travel south and west to the panoramic and unobstructed views of the Absaroka and Gallatin Mountain Ranges. including breathtaking landscapes which showcase Emigrant Peak, Baldy (Chico Peak) and Arrow Peak among others.

Paradise Terrace boasts a full kitchen with granite countertops, a spacious living room/dining room, two warmly decorated queen bedrooms designed for ultimate comfort, each with a full private bath, plenty of closets, a large washer/dryer, radiant heat and central air conditioning. Enjoy the private balcony overlooking Paradise Valley while sipping your morning coffee.

Secluded and peaceful, yet only minutes from activities in charming Livingston, the Yellowstone River, Yellowstone National Park, Chico Hot Springs and outstanding dining at local restaurants. Hiking and biking trails, river and lake fishing, hunting and skiing are all in abundance here.

I’m so happy to say that we found the most amazing place to stay in Paradise Valley with our friends! James & Christine are the best host and hostess . Back again at Paradise Terrace for my third time, and definitely not my last! I just can’t say enough about James and Christine and their beautiful property, and the overall experience here. I consider them friends at this point, and I cherish my time on that balcony with my coffee just enjoying the peace and quiet and the unbelievable views. Pizza night is always a special treat and I think James’ pizza making skills get better with each visit! We always enjoy spending time with them and catching up. We also so enjoy Christine’s wonderful biscookies and desserts. Please don’t hesitate to stay here! Over my three visits (two with my husband and one with my bestie), we have enjoyed day trips to Bozeman, Livingston, Big Timber, Yellowstone, Red Lodge, and Virginia City. We have also had days where we just stayed put and enjoyed the property. There are two beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a kitchen with everything you would need, a spacious and comfortable living area with streaming options on the TV, the awesome covered balcony with views, and even a washer and dryer. The pictures don’t do it justice. Seriously I could live here!!Until next time….xo

Perfection in Paradise

I travel a lot and do a lot of research on where we stay. This place is a HOMERUN in an amazing locale. Christine and James are incredibly kind and taught my son how to make the most amazing pizza I’ve ever had. The place is spotless and it’s even better than the online pics. I cannot wait to return with my husband!

Great Views & Great Hosts

Very well decorated and a very clean place to stay. Beautiful scenery and mountain views from the 2nd floor balcony. The homemade biscotti tray was very tasty and the fresh cut Allium flowers were a nice touch. Pizza night was awesome, delicious fresh wood-fired brick oven pizza and some homemade desserts too, James and Christine were great company and hosts! They are both amazing and creative artists too!

Wonderful Place and Better Hosts!

This place is a gem - it might be the best food in Paradise Valley on pizza night, but it is also in a PERFECT location, with sunrises, sunsets, and magnificent stars all there for your viewing from the private deck. What a great time we had here.

Exceptional Stay

Accommodations are lovely and exactly as described. Location is perfect for Yellowstone and all activities in the area. What makes this rental shine are the extremely gracious hosts. We enjoyed our time with them along with some of the best pizza we have ever eaten. We book many VRBOs and this was by far the best. Do not hesitate to book this property.

Amazing stay at Elegant Paradise Terrace

We had an amazing stay at Elegant Paradise Terrace! The hosts, James and Christine, were incredibly accommodating and hospitable, ensuring we had everything needed throughout our stay. Pizza night was awesome - both the food and the company of James and Christine! We highly recommend this property for its tranquil setting, beautiful views and as a starting point for access to the North Entrance of YNP!

Perfect Getaway

Wonderful Stay at Paradise Terrace

The indoor space was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The views from the TWO outdoor spaces featured the surrounding mountain ranges that were majestic. Lots of hiking trails nearby and easy drives to Bozeman and Yellowstone. The owners were responsive and we enjoyed the biscotti welcome basket and the pizza night with them. We would highly recommend the property and will stay here again if we visit Paradise Valley again.

Beautiful views. Very clean, comfortable.

Beautiful view, loved sitting on the deck to watch the sun rise & a storm pass over the mountains. Kitchen and washer/dryer was very convenient. Beds were comfortable and everything was decorated so cute!! We really enjoyed our stay. My kids were bummed that there was no pizza night, but some yummy cookies & fresh flowers on the table!! Definitely a slice of paradise!!

Best place in Montana

Absolutely one of the Best places I have ever stayed. James and Christine are wonderful people and we loved Pizza night. The Biscotti was the best . The property is very clean and peaceful and James and Christine have thought of everything you would need for your stay. Loved sitting on the balcony. I will sure stay here again.

Paradise Terrace perfect for outdoor fun!

My family rented paradise terrace while we were exploring Yellowstone National Park and the Paradise Valley. It provided the functional needs as well as amazing views. Paradise Terrace had everything my family needed. We were very comfortable and James was very receptive! The pizza was amazing!

Go to place in Paradise Valley

It was a pleasure to return to Paradise Terrace. Beautiful property that is close to Livingston, Chico, Yellowstone Park and yet a private setting to settle into and enjoy the beauty around you. So enjoyed pizza night and the opportunity to visit with the hosts. A reminder of why I will always call Montana home after being gone for 10 years.

Second stay, better than the first.

Just completed our second stay with James and Christine and it was better than the first. The difference? They cooked homemade pizza in the outdoor pizza oven for us. Fantastic hosts!

Like a good fishing spot

Posting this review is akin to finding a great fishing spot; you can’t wait to return, but hesitant to share with others for fear it will never be the same. The 2 bdrm/2 bath was perfect for a fly fishing escape. Hands down it was the cleanest, best decorated, comfortable VRBO’s I’ve experienced. Well located with easy access to Sage Lodge, Chico Springs, Yellowstone River, Mill Creek, Yellowstone Park. Already looking forward to returning.

Another great stay

My second time staying at Paradise Terrace, and won’t be my last. This time I brought my bestie, for some girlfriend time and her first visit to Montana. James and Christine treated us like family, I can’t even tell you how generous and welcoming they are, you just have to experience it for yourself. Pizza night, as always, awesome. The accommodations are perfect. The homemade bread and biscookie tray, so yummy. I just can’t say enough about this place! I absolutely love sitting out on the covered deck with my morning coffee or a glass of wine at night, while looking at the beautiful scenery. I can’t wait to be back! Thank you again J&C!
